This particular app doesn't work properly. I downloaded the green icon version the version 1. The setting works, adding drivers... Etc but the cashout keeps coming up with something has gone wrong. Please wait a while and try again. 😢 Just hope the pay comes out to the right account.

Corrections required in app. Driver Timeline: As a operator we should know driver's login/logout time, onduty/offduty time, if driver make any changes in Car Preferences option; then log should create in driver timeline. Navigation: issue should resolve with exact and fixed real time location, pickup and drop address. Trip Accept: should done automatically. (If he skip, Log should create in driver Timeline. Also Client locate, trip start and end time log should create) Call Support: Needed.

This app sucks. The whole app is ambiguous and every data is shown is conflicting each other. You can't find any requrired data like what your drivers earning per trip etc.

The new CEO f**ked the drivers in every possible way. They take an average of 38% from drivers, removed every help option for passenger related trips, did away with all worthwhile promotions, removed all the discounts that were given the drivers such as car maintenance and phone plans, and removed the option to give feedback due to all the negative responses they were receiving because of all the heinous things that they have done. I strongly recommend everyone to use alternate services.

When the driver is on trip, the live location does not update when you click on the car. The number of trips the app records is always lower than the actual number of trips. Trips taken between 12am and 8am does not show. The last seen location is always the place where the driver dropped off the last driver. At least it should be where the driver went offline.

Uber fleet is very good,, with good fleet partners like Everest, moove, they gives driver to be a own time to earn ..

So far the app does not have direct support for fleet owners where they can call in and get assistance. I have been trying to load banking details for a week now and the system keeps on having an error message appearing. The app needs to have a direct call button for fleet owners so they can call into Uber and get assistance.

Old version app was better than this, only the map was improved on this new update but the rest i prefer the old app

Worst update by Uber Since I m fleet partner from mumbai Operating fleet from 2015 and is unable to operate easily there are lots of flaws in the app i can explain each and every thing that are require to operate to lots of people

New update is the worst development you could have done for your customer. And you did that. No important Data is showing up. No track of payment. Worst app after the update. Before update it was working fine but now I am going to uninstall it.

Why do you move something that it was working well. Now you can't find any details of any trip, the driver that complete the trip, the fare and taxes, that is what actually matter.
