More than 1 month already can not use the app. Always System error. Uninstalled and installed App again. Still the same issue can not register.

I couldn't pay in the cashier today just because of the unexpected error in the app. I cannot even use my own money after your update!

UPay NFC service doesn't work at all. There is no way to add your card to UPay. Can't give more than 1 star, as long as this problem persists

The application isn't working for some reasons, been lying that problem will be solved asap, it's been over 3-4 days now it's still not working at all! How are we supposed to use our money now?

I was using this app for a long time and its updated. I now cant access my cards because of root . I have root but its not Malware . And i patched app and change root detection . Its illegal but i had no choices 😇

Now it's not even entering the app. Could you explain what's happening? It says "cihazınızda root var", which nothing changed in my phone and it just doesn't work.

This app does not deserve even one star. Although I've complaint about this to the bank staff, there is no fix. You stuck at the register. The app says the code is incorrect which they sent me lol. Don't install this app

The representatives of this bank and online banking system is worse, besides even their call operators not helpful than every bank around the globe. Personally, the worse bank in Azerbaijan. They are quite not knowledgeable. Don't waste your money with them and your precious time. Bank security guard more awareness rather than their bank clerk.

Cant access my personal cabinet, there is no integration between my mobile number and card, first i install app, then I took card and wanted to add it to my app, unsuccessfully After it I decided to unistall the app and instal again, error "cannot find client with such phone number" - but I had an account and thats all. No way to write to unibank's support

You cant even change or reset your password. I am asked to travel back to azerbaijan just to reset my password. What an innovative mobile banking app. Edit: unfortunately it is not possible to reply to developer here. İ have already done that. They asked me to call hotline. Andd more importantly, it does not change the fact that, your app is not able to change account password. Ou you can do everything from home with one touch! What about password reset? Noppeee. Not possible. Absurdly funny :)

Thing is i just got my card and downloaded the app but it says there are some technical issues and an update is coming so i cannot add a card. it has been 4 hours. please allow us to add cards.

So much potential but wasted. Constant freezing issues, problems with NFC, not appropiate visualisation of transactions especially bonus ones and etc.. Still, they have not fully integrated 'edv geri al' so that I could transfer money to my account and use it. Edit: they added edv fund transfer function after all.

I've been using this app for years. It is really useful. Everything was good. But yesterday I rebooted my phone and cleared all of my apps. After reloading this app I couldn't get registered on this app. It should send me one-time password but doesn't do. I tried resend for times but couldn't get it. I hope it will work after update.

I used to use it without any significant problem, at least was accessing without any issues. But recently I could not and do not know why, though using same phone same app and keeping the phone secure and clean. Error message shows - registration denied , malware in the phone ..

First of all thank you for the application! I appreciate your effort to make it better as well. However, I wold like to invite you to rethink the concept and the purpose of the application to make it really useful for users for reach experience. Honestly, right now it feels like a social network app which is really distracting and annoying at some moments. I would recommend to remove or adjust those tiny elements (like story-like icons) to make it feel less like a social network. Thanks!

It has been a week that I have been trying to register my card, but it shows an error. I can not find any qay to contact ti the bank custimer service. When I make a phone call there are usually more than 20 people on the line before me. I texted to unibank whatsapp help center but no use. I emailed still no reply. Finally I am writing here, hopefully somwbody will help me

Was working normally for 2 years and then recently stopped working with the message: "Registration failed. Device has malware (root)". Yeah, I know that my telephone is rooted, I did it myself to be able to make backups of my data. Why was your program working on my ROOTed phone for for 2 years and then you decided that you don't want it to work anymore? Garbage. I'll switch to Kapital bank after my card will expire. Their application is working without problems with rooted phones. I guess they don't rely on the telephone being rooted or not in their security department and use more advanced methods. I have to use my wife's phone for now and ask her every time when I need to access to your app. What a great and SECURE way to use it. P.S. There are no "fake" software on my phone. The root was _officially_ unlocked through HTC web site. The only thing fake here is the fake sense of security you trying to instill by using those primitive methods. Have been client of your bank for many years, I guess it's time to move on.

Garbage I tried to order Albalı card. Thanks to your app I paid 20 azn instead of 10. Never got my money back even after calling support. App never shows any notification and I never get any messages about my account. (OTPs work fine) Recently, all of a sudden the app started showing warning that I have a malware on my phone. It doesn't let me see my account. Total garbage.
