The app keeps stopping. I have to reinstall a new one and link to my user ID every time I want to make a transaction. It's frustrating! Some of us don't mind spending on the hard token, so we can enjoy ease. What is this rubbish? Wish I could rate it negative stars.

Utterly useless! Deserving of no stars. It does nothing. Tells you that you are not eligible for the OTP. The bank itself is useless. Most times, can't make transactions. To modify transaction limit is an issue. Both bank and app not recommended. Can't be relied on during emergencies.

WORST MOBILE BANKING APP This securepass app is a non functional app that you cannot use. I have tried to set it up but keeps giving me same error that user cannot be signed up. I called customer care several & they confirmed to me that customers can't setup the app that we need to fill offline form to upgrade limit on account then we can make use of normal pin to transfer. I do not know the reason why UBA will give us non functional app in the name of secure pass just to fool customer. #Spit

The app is deactivated after few hours of installation. You keep reinstalling anything you need to authorize a transaction. Pls don't tell me to send my account details to CFC cos I have done it before with screenshot still no solution. Can't use it for more than one account. Can't you guys just copy what entrust has rather than frustrating your users.

This app should be scrapped. It's frustrating to register, even UBA customer support don't know how to fix any issue users encounter from this app. For two months I've been trying to use this app to upgrade transaction limit, I've called customer support upto 10 times. How hard is it to build an app that sends an verify otp?? Why is this app even necessary when there are two different mobile banking apps in the first place??

I have two corporate accounts but can only use the secure pass on one. Each time I tried to download it in my laptop device for the second account, it keeps telling me that there's no other eligible device to download to and that I already have it in my phone device. But the one I have in my phone device can only work for the first account. This is frustrating!

If there is a way to rate this quarter star I will, the app keeps crashing, I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again, now I can't activate it again, I can't log in, and because of this I can't make transactions of large amounts because OTP can only approve to a certain limit. Just what kind of stress is this? Should have stuck with my hard token ooh. This is just not working.

Update this app and make it functional. I've not been able to register on it with my new phone, and therefore I'm unable to use it. It's a really innovative solution if you can make it work. Then you can charge a nominal annual subscription fee from users. Don't go backwards, all bec you want to generate revenue by making people buy hard tokens.

I went to a UBA branch today to change my Attached phone number, so I can be able to continue using the mobile banking app. The added security Protocols requires either An ATM card plus pin or Secure pass plus pin which I can only go for Secure pass plus pin since I don't posses a Card. Now, the secure pass app ain' working since earlier today. The app keeps showing " webpage not available", please I need a quick response

My experience about this secure pass is terrible and I wish I never had account with UBA PLC. It is not just working. I was told to disable the previous Internet banking app on my phone because I downloaded it my self and to enable HQ set it up. The Internet banking was set up successfully but secure pass never works for once. Very frustrating app.

This app is just one broken rubbish, it does not work. I guess it was created only to frustrate customers. It has never worked for me. I have downloaded and uninstalled several times over a period of months and not a single time has it worked by mistake. Please if it can not be made to work for to give it's user a smooth and stress-free experience, then to what end is was it made?

This is the most unfriendly app I have ever had to use. I understand that security is important but it should not be a bottleneck tomaking seamless transfers. I need to have access to my money without the headache of a UBA secure pass that is not working!

I've been trying to upgrade transactions limit to no avail. Whereas limit can be upgraded at transfer process with Secure Pass, it's been popping with this message "The user you specified is not eligible for one-time password (OTP) login." ???

How can one get U TOKEN APP, I have types this severally to download all to no avail. It keeps showing uba secure password and I can't find u token app. Are these the same or what. It's really frustrating. Somebody will get UBA card, before u knew it the numbers have faded and then begin to struggle to download the mobile app

For me, I only have one question and a comment. Is the token app for only cooperate account holders or for everyone? In my case, it keeps telling me that there is no email ID/phone number on my account profile which I don't believe it's true because I receive emails and text messages from UBA. Secondly, it will be nice if the app can be improved on a bit. The UI is terrible to be honest. Thanks

This app has become increasingly frustrating due to its outdated version. It frequently crashes with error messages, making it almost unusable. Simple transactions that should be straightforward are often met with glitches and delays. It's disappointing that an app from such a reputable bank isn't up to modern standards. I hope UBA will update and improve this app soon because as it stands, it’s more of a hindrance than a help.

While this was a straight forward app to use on apple devices , it was not so straight forward to use on Android. One has to first log in with Internet banking ID and OTP , and then click install inside the app again , to finally install the usable part of it. I had to find this out through trial and error, before I finally got it. ..and once that is done correctly, it works efficiently
