Very bad, the app need to be updated quickly or switch over to the former. Could you please update the signing out of the app for customers to be able to sign out successfully after signing in? The sign out sign is not visible or accessible, unless you swipe to the right. Secondly, it is not security wise to display account balances too boldly and on top of the app page.

The Application is a good one in the transfer of funds from one's account to other people but not in the payment of services, for example in the payment of Electricity Prepaid Service. The TOKEN which is usually needed for the payment of the Bill is never generated and delivered to the phone. I have had this for a couple of times. I would have scored the App better but for this shortcomings.

Too slow to open, takes almost 5 minutes. Please fix this this. Overall functionality remains good hence 3 stars. I have cleared data and cache as advised and it seems it's worse. I am downgrading to a 2. Please toss this app and go back to the old version. I am downgrading to 1 star today 7/7/24. Changed to a new phone on June 27th and since then haven't been able to log into the app. Meanwhile I am getting charged for all the OTPs I am receiving for ₦120/SMS.

I have been issues with the UBA mobile banking app, yesterday I was transferred an amount of money but I wasn't credited. I thought it was the app, uninstalled it and installed again. Now I can't login, after the card+otp verification process. It says; "Dear customer, this option is currently unavailable on this device" I can't log in to my account and I haven't been credited yet pls resolve this issue.

I rated two stars based on some things that can be improved on this app. Starting with the UI, you should consider adding dark mode option for this is too bright. Secondly, I realise a lot of transactions are not working, including top-ups that only keeps delivering error messages on every transaction I make after inserting the pin. And consider adding a credit card view just like with the other app, including more sending options on the default dashboard

The worst bank app I've used by far. Daily transaction is set to 200k. You need to get uba secure pass to change it. But wait! Uba secure pass is no longer on playstore. You can use OTP to approve the transaction, but the app crashed EVERY SINGLE time you get to the final stage. Don't even get me started on the bugs. Balance is "unavailable" half the time. Navigating the UI is torture. I wish I didn't have an active UBA account so I can be free of this app

The new upgrade is terrible, it is extremely slow and unresponsive most of the time. I used to have issues with the former app but not as much as this. Even restarting my phone and data does not fix the issue. If it manages to open, some icons will not show especially when it's time to make transfer, the names of bank will not show and that's after the other delays. I am really disappointed with this new upgrade. You guys should also make Master card available at the Lugbe Abuja branch.

The new upgrade is very bad. I just upgraded the app and decided to perform a transaction but it is very slow. After I tapped on the transfer button it's taking sooo long to do so. It's not even bringing out the space to input your transaction pin. I'm really fed up. I regret upgrading the app. I should have just left it like that. I expected more from Uba. This is very disheartening 💔

Ever since I updated the app some days ago, I've really been enjoying it, and have had no trouble sending funds to or receiving funds from recipients, however, I went through my transaction history and noticed that it didn't display about half the transactions I've done in the previous months. Please, I'm urging UBA to see to it that they address this issue as soon as they possibly can.

Not sure if the app was thoroughly tested. There's a bug when you try to sign in on a new device. It doesn't let you enter the OTP if you choose the option to authenticate with Secure pass + OTP. The entire form is disabled for whatever reason. Edit: I saw someone posted about this in the other uba mobile banking app since January this year and the issue was not looked into even up till now. Downgrading to 1 star because of this. Please have your QC team look into this promptly.

Nice experience with this app, simply fluid.. keep up the good work.. The sky is your starting point.. There's a setback in the app's performance in recent times though, the beneficiary list is causing the app to crash when clicked on, no one wants to ask for banking details from beneficiaries each tone wants to make transactions to same acount number, when email was sent to UBA CFC, their reply was clear phone cache, do hard phone reset! But the app still hangs even on a newly bought phone!

While I am yet to get a full hang of how the updated version works, I think the app is a bit unresponsive. I had to try several times to see the pop up to send money. I also think the interface isn't as inviting as the former one. It'll also make sense for the transaction receipt to reflect the beneficiary's details and transfer details such as the date and session ID so that it's easy to follow up when there's a dispute. Thanks. Well done Team.

The App should include the acct. no. of the recipient of the transferred fund, in the notification message, to enable the sender keep track. Thank you. Yeah, actually the new app. was'nt very friendly at initial use, but i think with more use, one gets the hang of it. The current App is a bit slow. Needs improvement of the speed.

It's comfortable I prefer it most. The networking needs to be improved upon as most times this is the challenge the customers faced. There should be a program that will be able to ask the users authentication when the same amount is being requested for transaction within some stipulated time. Please let it be included in the apps program. Also, if it is possible to have a private box to check account balance without being displayed immediately the app is opened. This might help us more. Thanks.

Worst app have ever come across. The server is not good at all the annoying part is the app keep telling me that have entered the wrong password whereas I didn't enter the wrong password. So annoying, trying to log in into my account through the app for few weeks now keep saying the same thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled just to sign up again it works but try to log in and still repeating the same thing. Irritating 🤦🤦

Terrible Terrible experience. I just got a new device and I've been trying to setup the app with it and transfer my account from old device to the new one. I'll go through all the setup and once OTP is sent to the mobile number, the screen freezes and you can't type that in.. So weird, as I've tried to do this for a while now. Pls UBA should fix this... Thank you

Great app but when trying to sign up, once I get to the 3rd stage where I can input the code sent to my phone, it's just difficult because the keyboard to type the code refuses to pop up. something is just wrong and I have tried contacting the customer service line to know how they can fix it. please if there is a way to improve on the app so that it will be very easy to sign up and do seamless transactions without walking into the banking hall for assistance, that will be much appreciated.

The app has a functionality issue. I've been unable to sign up. When I get to the step to type in activation code, my keypad doesn't pop up. I've done this numerous times, same result. This isn't a phone issue, as I've read someone's review here, too, having the same issue. Please fix this! We must not always visit the bank for every little thing!

The app is easy to use all round but I have one thing against it. Occasionally, when you're transfering to another bank, once you select the option to "transfer to other bank," the box where you are supposed to input acocount number expands and turns gray making it impossible to make a transaction. It's annoying and has forced me several times to using POS. It's been 2 days, I still can't make a transfer to other banks. This is very annoying.

Good interface and was working fine initially until lately. If I want to make a transfer, after keying in the bank account details and my pin, next message I will see is that the acct no and name do not match. This I have tried severally with different acct and some of the acct I have made a transfer to before using the same app. I just don't understand and it's frustrating. Until that is fixed, I give 2 stars.
