I just opened a UBA account and i have to say, I've never seen an app so seemless. I found it very easy to navigate the App. Very nice dealing with banking activities, sending funds both internationally and locally, airtime purchases and cable subscription. No glitches, instant transfer etc. The UI/UX experience has also been top notch. I have to really commend the UBA team for putting effort to ensure d app is enjoyable for the end users. UBA App is the best I've used so far.

It's pretty ok and streamlined, but the privacy feature is bugged, even after disabling it, it still darkens my screen when I move over the top of my screen and also when I'm not in the app itself and it's running in the background, I have to close the app before the screen darkening stops. Apart from that it's an amazing app, but they have to fix that bug it's very annoying.

Initially, I thought my internet was poor, but it turned out that the app was not working properly, app continues to load for ever.. I've tried several options directed by customer care including clearing my cache, it obvious they don't know what else to do. It's frustrating!!..UBA should fix the bugs and make this app working again, it's an excellent app though..

If not for this app, how would I have blocked my atm card when my wallet was stolen on a Friday night? I also requested for a new card through it. Navigating through the online banking platform is very easy, fast and secured. It seamlessly covers all my banking needs especially payment of cable bills, electricity bills etc. The UI design is amazing, with a very easy to use interface. I love the fact that i can review my statement of account by just adjusting the date, and add beneficiaries too.

The worst app ever. always crashing and never prompt user for update because there is no one actually. It's better not to have this app than to have it crashing all the time. Instead of having two apps on Playstore, improve the other one and make it useful, improve the features and scrap this one or leave this and scrap the other. This app is really not good for user experience with the way it crashes everything though the features on it are good when working.

There's a glitch that happens most times when you log into the app. The moment you verify your fingerprint, the app keeps loading and doesn't sign you in till you toggle on and off the airplane mode before you can get access. The old app wasn't like this. The bug needs to be fixed. Apart from that, every other thing is aesthetically pleasing.

There used to be challenges before the app can be accessed. It's becoming too much these days. It's not only about this new app, the old one too inclusive.... It'd be much better if the whole service is put into review. I'm giving the only (1) star because its ease of use (to an extent) when it works.... If there's an option of not giving any star at all, it won't be bad........... Frustrating....... Low level of reliability. Needs to be reviewed as fast as possible.... Thanks🌚🌚😕😕

The new UBA app is a massive improvement from the former app that was really terrible. Thumbs up to the developers. One of the issues I noticed is that, multiple people cannot use the same app to sign into/access their own account. The app is only tied to the account registered on the device. I hope the developer can review this. Secondly when opening an account, in the description area of the various uba accounts, the developer forgot to add the benefits of opening those accounts.

I've been unable to use the app since around 48 hours ago. It's been showing connection error. I n.v tried with different networks but all efforts to no avail. Kindly fix it. The app has been generally good other than this network error that happens once in a while. Please look into it. I couldn't use the alternative app to has I can't remember the PIN used for registration initially hence, I couldn't reset the password. I'll increase my rating when the issue is fixed. Thanks.

In my experience, the app is not reliable. I often fall back to its predecessor for my banking needs. It reports network errors when other apps are running smoothly, and takes to much time to process requests. I do not know why UBA allows two mobile banking apps to be live at the same time. Take one down and channel the energy and resources into making the one available worth it. To call it disappointing is really for mild use of words!

The app has been wonderful until lately. Since the last week of September 2022, the app has not opened. I have uninstalled and reinstalled severally but the glitch remains. Please fix this ugly experience timely. While expecting the initial bug to be fixed, the app became more unstable. Since November 25, the app does not open again after several attempts. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists. Very disappointing.

Its so annoying when you get to the stage of inputting the code sent to your phone number, the app don't allow my keypad pop up , there should be an option for pasting the code sent , if the app won't allow the keyboard option to pop up , it should be fixed , and I know my phone don't have issues it's a new phone , this is an app issue.

well.. I'm tired, this app isn't working.. I cant even register on the app.. The last one didn't allow my keyboard to pop up so i can complete the process, I thought this one will be better it turns out it is the worst... I can't register on the app, secondly the sig up process or step aren't showing, thirdly the choose process shows 'error occured' This is totally frustrating, UBA banking app isn't working so what is the essence of uploading the app on playstore in the first place?

This app is a big no, honestly. I've been trying to send money for the past 4/5 days and it constantly keeps telling me "transfer unsuccessful. Try again later". Once or twice, it seems like the transfer has been successful because you see the deduction but the recipient wouldn't receive the money. When you call customer service, they say there's been a holdup due to network issues and the transaction would be reversed with 24-48hrs. Very terrible app! It's so frustrating.

This app used to work just fine. Then one I was forced to change passwords when I tried to login in. Keep in mind that this app has asked me to change my password for no damn reason, like 3 times before now. It's so freaking annoying having to come up with a new password every 2 months. So when I tried to change my password, the app crashed and now I can access my account with my previous and current password. Emailing them was a complete waste of time. Still can't log in. No response from them.

UBA, y'all are disappointing me by the day. Ever since the app change, one problem or the other. The other app was better and seamless. This is a cheap looking app that is ALWAYS embarrassing me whenever I want to do a transaction. What is going on?????. I've been trying to log in all day, can't even access my account and this happens way too often!!! Y'all should fix this mess please.

Not as user friendly as the old app. Only improvement is the use of biometrics to log in. The transaction receipt made available in two modes is attractive but unnecessary. The main requirement of a customer for mobile banking is to check account balance and transfer funds. Unfortunately these functions are made as difficult as searching for Holy Grail. Please in the next update make funds transfer function a simple stand alone icon.

This rating is for the new features of this app only, the privacy feature, shortcuts, Foreign exchange rates update and active cards. I've had to go back to the old app several times to confirm if a transaction was successful or not since the new app can show you a transaction failed even though it was successful and the transaction history won't update immediately unlike the old app, imagine making a repeated transaction to a stranger, this app was supposed to be better please.

I rarely write reviews on apps, but this one is an exception. This version of the UBA app has been crashing for almost 3 weeks now on my phone. When you open the app, it crashes saying an error occurred. You have to Uninstall it then install it again, before logging in. An even when you log in, after few minutes it crashes saying your device has been deactivated. You would need to login back with your information. It does this repeatedly.

Before the update,this app could work though not perfect but at least could log in.. after recent update, once it requests you to change password ,you can not get past that, as when you reach the part to send code to phone,it says error yet code has been delivered by text. and no where to input code.. when you try to sign up, it takes you to an option to open new account
