My experience with this company called Ualett. my experience with them is a great one they are very helpful and helping me to apply for a loan being my first time with them and even with the problems that I had as far as having my account validated and verified through them the associate by the name of Sally was very helpful she stuck with me through it all until I was verified and the money has been deposited into my account. Overall I am very happy and pleased with the results thank you Ualett.

The app is stuck saying to complete your profile when the green checks indicate everything is complete. Seems a bit sketchy like a scam, you have all my banking info and now it doesn't work. Google needs to remove this app.

I like this app it helps you and whenever you cannot pay for the week they remove it for a different week so it really it's really helpful especially if you got that week a lot of stuff to pay or you need the money for something else and also the first week you get when you first start I like that too but it should always be available when you do the next round that you borrow money again. I was reading some of the comments for ppl having trouble with the emails you should try the chat they help

I've been using the service for about a year and I've been very disappointed with the customer service with my last interaction in the past it was great but these past couple of days has been just terrible Nobel explanations they don't want to talk to you and why even bother providing the service will you can't even chat with with anyone cuz your check keeps going down and deleting every message and you have to start all over again I'm very disappointed

This is amazing. It has helped me tremendously. My credit sucks and no one will loan me money. Payments are taken out of your account automatically on the day of the week of your choice and payment options and terms are flexible. Fee is way reasonable considering what I've heard from other lenders. Thx Ualett

I have not been able to use it since it shuts down as soon as i try to connect my bank and customer service does not help since their advice is uninstall and restart and install again and thst doesnt work. Ive done it 7 times. Zero stars in reality but it doesnt let me so i put one.

I have been with this company for a couple of months now and it is absolutely great. The customer service is amazing. I have borrowed 2 or 3 loans from them and I have paid 2 back and almost don't with the 3rd one. After pay off 2 loans I asked if I was eligible for and increase they did not hesitate to give me one because my repayment history is excellent. I will continue to use them and recommend them to someone.

This is a foreign buyer be aware personal loan company. Once you hand over banking acct numbers, ssn, birthdates and other personal information and they give a loan, they will overdraft your account. They will block their numbers so that you can't arrange to pay them on a different day. THEY WILL OVERDRAW ON YOUR ACCOUNT THAT HAS NO FUNDS IN IT! The banks will charge you their fees! It was my last payment and THEY did that to me 3 times already. They don't report to the credit bureau either.

There is no way in hell that the system should take 4 days to clear a payment!!! The payment was taken out on 12/21, my bank cleared it on 12/22, then they act like they can't close my damn account, and I don't see anywhere on this app to close it, in fact, everything I click on says page not found. If I could give negative stars I would!

No one ever returns emails, chat doesn't work, and phone calls never get answers IF it even rings. Rates aren't too bad if you can't get a loan other places and don't want to get a really higher rate. Funding is delivered fairly quickly, but not being able to talk to someone gets y'all 3 stars. If you need to reschedule a payment forget it bc you'll never get a response.

The chat function to contact support always says closed, even it's before 3:45pm eastern time (and who closes THAT EARLY?!) The automated system when calling support, doesn't respond or redirect to my chosen option, and the back button on the app DOESNT WORK AT ALL! I have to CLOSE the entire app, then go back and wait for it to load, AGAIN!! Which takes FOREVER!! As a new user, immediate issues with the core functionality does NOT instill much confidence in the abilities of this company!!

"Receive your advance within 24 hours!" Over a day and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED anything. This feels like a scam. I am willing to request help from my state attorney general. UPDATE: Funds have been deposited. On duty staff were able to fix the situation.

This App gave me a good advance when all I kept getting was A NO after applying wasting my time I got my loan same day within a few hours it was a lifesaver! Thank you Ualett

Doesn't support online banks.... Keeps disconnecting from support.... Talked to support 4 times and got the same Joann and she wasn't very polite.... I don't have a local bank... But my bank is nationally accredited and works everywhere else

Went through the process and entered info, verified ID only to be turned down. Probably a scam to collect info. Uninstalling.

This application does not work with my bank even though my bank is compatible with plaid. There's no option to cancel on the app, and they will charge you $15 a month. I'm afraid my identity has been stolen with this app.
