App crahses I put all my info in and I was waiting for the confirmation of my account (it said it could take 48 hours) and now it doesn't let me access the app, it just crashes :( can I get any help??? I'll change the one star if I can get any help!

The app works much better now in Colombia, I dont give 5 starts because unlike other apps, when you put money in your account via PSE it takes up to 5min for the money to be available (sometimes even days), when other apps like Movii have the money ready right away

It doesn't even let me log in from the app anymore, I'm waiting for the email to validate my account and it never arrives, so there's no solution, I think so 🙄😡

Since the first time I had a lot of trouble to create an account. App not opening. My card didn't go through at the supermarket. If this goes on I'll have to withdraw the money I put in there and stop using it

The card was delivered really quick, the app is quite good. However it keeps on crashing every time I tried to go to consult my PIN to change it. I haven't changed my PIN yet.

Totally recommendable! Super easy to open an account and get the card. Intuitive and easy to use, fast money transfers. And the best part is: it's all free. Love it!

A wonderful app for a good prepaid card. it lets you follow every single charge with an amazing user interface. To improve: e-transfers from accounts that do no belong to the cardholder.

Terrible customer service, transfers are rejected with no error description, contacts are never saved, PSE service doesn't work for months and they keep saying it's "temporary". Just get a Nu account.

I placed a 5 star review around 4 years ago, not a problem. Since last year every time I try to see my last movements I have to wait and reload de app to see them, sometimes it takes so long I cant even see them at all for that day. This needs to be fixed because it breaks the functionality of the app, a lot more people would use this app if they could see the last transactions quickly (if they see them at all).

The company or card it self is awesome. The cashback and paybacks are cool and deposited right away, I had the app in my Samsung S9 plus Edge and the app lacked internet access and now in this device it crashes alot. Also, Some transfers are not available to certain Clabe or account numbers.

Now you offer a great rate but don't allow limit increase that sucks, also your promos focused on biggest spenders are aimed at wealthy people or at least send that way, you can do better

Pretty good, much better than expected. Sign up took only a few moments, and my virtual card worked as soon as it was generated. My only complaint so far would be that any movements in the account take a while to appear in the app, same for balance updates.

Does the job as a financial app, gives you fair interest and a mastercard with numerous discouns with several companies, but has a terrible customer service. If you have some sort of trouble, and you need to reach their customer service line on chat, it's 0/10. Feels as talking with dumb bots instead of people. They (the representatives) just talk to you as if you were some sort of idiot, and is very hard and frustrating to get your issues resolved. In my opinion that sucks.

I've been using this app sonce approx. Around 2018, I never had issues with it, but I keep getting spammed with emails saying I can ask for a new credit, only to open the app and have the credit part bugged (idk what to do at this point, I've tried pretty much everything), it doesn't lets me ask for a new credit, it only shows tye status of my old credit line (which has been already been paid for) please fix this! I would appreciate it!

The app works fine, send or move money is really easy (use PSE or a cash deposit) payments work great, virtual card is good to buy online, took a while to get the plastic but it was not that bad, in general no complaints. Give it a try if you want save some money, it has some good discounts in some services when you use it too.

The app believes my e-mail address already has an account associated with it and won't let me create one. All of Ualá's contact points are apparently intended only for already registered users and won't help prospective clients. El app cree que mi correo electrónico ya tiene cuenta asociada con tal y no me permite crear una. Todos los puntos de contacto de Ualá aparentemente son sólo para clientela ya previamente registrada y no ayudan a clientes prospectivos.
