Many features not working on mobile data. You need to have wifi only. Fonts theme worst for weak eyes people. In recent update date is not working.

I am unable to register under the Register Arrivals section. I can't even complete the first required field, current nationality. When I tap on the field, a drop-down menu opens, or what seems to supposed to be a drop-down menu. However, from this point the app is totally dysfunctional. It says Select nationality and there is nothing to select from, but also, entering data is not possible. There are no choices in the drop-down menu, the menu is completely blank, and the search function within the drop-down menu also does not work. Basically, I simply have no way to complete the field. Completely stuck at step one with no options left. Tried the app on 2 different phones to eliminate phone model as error factor. Exact same problem on both phones. Please advise.

The good part is that application saves your service request as a draft in case it times out while you are completing the application. the area that needs to be fixed: not all areas are listed in the address option!! Not sure where will the ID be delivered to!!! I selected nearest listed area in the are option and put my area in the manual details. very time consuming and not easy to navigate drop down menus!!!

After the last update, you can't download the pdf copy of visa and EID. I hope they can fix this bug quickly.

I can see my details but the app stopping again and again. I want to update my profile but can't find here no option after tapping on update.

Sir/Mam Very good service (federal authority for identity, citizenship, custom,port-UAE ICP) very helpful for me use icp service. good system. online services & service center al so. almost UAE government services is very good & fast. ما شاء الله I got my family some extra days for after expiry resident visa. الحمد لله. Thankful 🥰🙏👍👏

I was applying for emirates ID for family when it came for the payment it is giving error. I couldn't complete the transaction. It was wast of time.

It is an excellent app to check your details. A very good effort by ICP UAE. Somehow, it is not fetching visa details and shows No Record Found. Further the Chatbot Hamad shows someone else's name each time I open the app. I t is a very, very useful app but for the past few days it hasn't been working properly.

Full of bugs and very slow . Not a user friendly at all and no online support unless you want to speak to a bot which is useless. I'm unable to connect with my UAE pass for the last 3 days and I'm seeing ( unknown error message ) .

Much slower and pathetic app. Once you back one page, you have to pass again from all pages and data you have saved is lost. It automatically changes the data one entered himself and one must review his /her data before submitting.

Never use that app otherwise wanna get bigger problem than you already have. Useless, incorrectly made, complicated too confusing, complex, not oriented for user at all. Has a lot of bugs, glitching and irritating by it interface.

Team, App is really helpful. But Android version of 5.028 notification is disabled by default and unable to enable. Please fix this ASAP.

Its really a great app, user friendly. But please add a new feature a persone must be able to downlaod his/Her cancellation paper from the app companies now a days annoying in providing the paper.thanks.

I just updated the app and it just doesn't open any more. It was working fine before the update! Please fix this ASAP this is a very important app!!

ICP needs to be realistic in what they request. I cannot renew my son ID before I renew his passport. In other countries passport is an optional document to have. Why not the case in UAE? Why one pays every year for a passport if they never travel!!! I pay for a service I need. Only ID should be mandatory. Passport is only travelling document!!! ICP needs to be make aware this. This is very disappointing. They asked for alot of information they already have. Who makes home phone number mandator

Services are good. JPEG crop is not covering the full picture. It can be improved by croping and extension in all direction as PowerPoint. I had to convert JPEG into PDF files for uploading. Fees can be reduced to within AED 200. As resident we need to attest all documents by paying at each stage for each document. Overall it becomes a huge amount.
