I've visited UAE before and I have to apply to bring my perscription medication with me. Now it seems you need a UAE Pass to do this, but the registration process doesn't work from the UK or with UK mobile numbers. I've been trying to resolve this for weeks but support is useless (all bots). Ive spoken to my network opperator and tried 6 mobile numbers across 3 networks, but the OTP I need never arrives. Support just tell me to 'check the number is correct'. Stuck.

May I bring the following to your kind attention: Registered in UAE pass with my passport number and OTPs in my phone number and email. As suggested by UAE counsulate, I am supposed to upload the medical test report for attestation. While verifying the account; a message appears "we are unable to process your request at the moment." Face recognition also doesn't work. Scanned my passport but same error is showing. Please help.

The app doesn't work! 1) It won't let me login or recover my account! Will through some error - M50ihFnswd 2) When creating a new profile, it won't let me verify the email address! The OTP verification for mobile number goes in sometimes; however for email verification it will always say the OTP entered it wrong! Tried more than 10 times! Pathetic! If they can't make it work, why are they integrating and forcing to be used as KYC with Etisalat and others? Stupidity at its peak! Typical

App verification doesn't work at all. It gets stuck after adding phone number. Every time when I open the app i will face different issues. This is the worst app and poorly optimized as I can't register my du EID.

After 4 months, today I received a call, the lady told my that there is new version of the app and I should delete and re install it. So I did it. But after almost more than 30 times of scanning my face for verification to recover my account, still nothing! Still showing recover failed! Unacceptable! The app can not recover my account, I have tried almost a hundred times. After the 3rd time of face scanning, it always says you can try other methods, but there was no option for another method.

Terrible. While trying to scan my emirates ID. The scanner doesn't work at all and the app just crashes. Don't bother downloading the app until the bugs are thoroughly addressed.

Hi, when I put password that I received on my mail for registration account its always showing an error that I put it incorrectly, but the password is right, I already tried at least 5 times with new passwords and showing same error. In other case if I use password that it's sented on my number phone, it's working but if it's from mail it's showing error. So I can't register my ID.

I updated my EID at kiosk, then deregistered my primary phone by accident. I have tried to fix and re-authorize my main phone but it keeps saying error code when adding device at the Kiosk. When I reinstall, same problem. When I do account recovery it says visit physical kiosk, even with reinstalling app and entering EID without dashes or spaces. I phoned UAE Pass support, they could not assist, same suggestions and I repeated 5 times. HELP! I CANNOT USE UAE PASS AT ALL!

I wish I could give it negative stars. If such an important app on which workings of so many official government sites depends upon is in such shambles, then I don't want to even guess how their other services are! Frustrating experience with UAE Pass. Reading by other reviews of past few months, it is easy to see that the same problems have existed for such a long time and there are still no improvements.

Please publicly list the phone brands and phone models (at least as courtesy) that is supported by this app. I was able to use this app before, but was unable to after the recent updates. I called your customer service and found out that only Samsung and Apple phones are supported now because of the required security encryptions. I was told that the only solution is to get a phone that's made by one of those brands.

App crashes on startup Edit - trying again on 28 June 2022 (after 2+ years) & still horrible app. Now it crashes on "create your signing in password" page. Why can't you fix your app? And allow pasting in password field, high time. Edit May 2024 - still very buggy. Doesn't work 80% of time. Sad that this is only login option on many other success now. I wish they fix it before making such big drastic moves.

Is there a way to rate it in negative? Even after so many feedbacks nothing has been done. I'm too in the same pool as others. There is absolutely no other way to bypass UAE pass. Unable to use the app to even verify my account. Just keeps giving me error and starts facial recognition without taking my consent and the continue button is already disabled. Anyways, I thought the camera will launch and I will be able to perform facial recognition, however, that too throws error. Simply useless app.

If i could rate zero stars,i would do it gladly. This app doesn't work at all. Cannot do verifications. I wanted to renew my Emirates id in Etisalat to stop my number from disconnecting and it doesn't want to do facial verification. app crashes and freezes are so common. Evn after successful verification it gives an error to contact customer support. Customer support themselves dont know what to do. Why are people been forced to use a project that looks overwhelmingly underdeveloped.

Absolutely disgraceful. App verification doesn't work at all. Then the app suggests physical kiosks to complete verification, none of those locations have kiosks, I tried 7! Why are you forcing residents to use something that doesn't work. Expect better from a system that's supposedly "fully digital and state of the art". If I could give it 0 stars I would. Oh a no point in calling 60051111 either. They've been saying the issue will be fixed in a week or two, for the last 3 months!!!

The worst App ever, verification process very bad, Apps keep giving error, Add on that there is two verification steps. If one works the other one hungging. And solution for any application submission unless it works 😀, your whole life stacks till the app works very funny
