*Rooted device detected in your device problem. *After updating the app problem occurred. *Bank assistant manager telling that she is not having any idea about the u token and telling to mail to helpline. *It's been a week and still problem not resolved. * I T team not responsive.

Worst app U token shows blocked ven after correct password.. no option to reset.. facing this problem from last 6 months unable to do transactions.. no option to change back to OTP.. Called customer care no of time they say it will work after 10 mins but nothing works..visited bank no of time they only say uninstall app and it will work they don't know what to do even.. worst app

I am rating it in negative actually....... World's worst app. When I login it says account locked always. And customer care people are worst's worst. Either they don't know how to solve or they are not interest in customer service. One of them gave me email ID but I think it's fake too because no one replied me even once. Not even one word. Atheist they could reply with acknowledged and generate reference ID. I don't know why they are running this app..

Logged in to netbanking. Registered for u-token. Typed in the sms. Clicked on enable u-token. Typed in the second sms. Downloaded and installed app. Tapped on Register. Typed in a new mpin to set. Error pops up: first register. Read how to register. Tried thrice. Logged out of netbanking and relogged in. Went to enable mobitoken. Now in confirmation it wants UToken. This is so frustrating. As usual!

Unable to register as the moment I click on it app crashes evrytime. Need to change my transaction password through this as I haven't taken the debit card and until then I can't transfer funds. Hoping for someone to help me out ASAP.

Regularly facing difficulty using the app. Everytime I open it says internet not available etc. It wastes a lot of time. Waitin ful ful days behimd this is tiring. UBI needs to fix this asap. 2 months ago it was running good. Now its pathetic, Time waste leading to delayed payments. Cant explain to suppliers why we are delaying payments. No 1 belives that your app is not working

First time user of internet banking. While setting transaction password U-token enabled and code generated. While trying to add third party beneficiary, the app says account locked and after multiple calls to customer care, they say it will be enabled in half an hour but its been multiple half an hours but still saying the same. Its pathetic.. no remedy?

It shows the account is Locked and no one is able to help even from the customer care....infact they don't understand diff. Btw lock/unlock and enable/disable. My account is locked and thus unable to log into the app causing me to neither use net banking nor the U-token. Please update the app our Business is getting affected as we are not able to transact. :(

It is disappointment. Since 6 months I am unable to use my net banking. Every time I enter U Token Number i information that it is invalid attempt. I have spoken to customer service number of times ,but unable to resolve the problem. I hope some personal could resolve problem

U Token is fine. The customer can enable and disable this from net banking. Useful when many transactions are to be done without waiting for OTP due to network issues. Improved a lot. Very useful when net work issues are there. Waiting for OTP sometimes will be irritating and this token generates continuous random numbers. Good work by UBI IT Team

I am facing the issue of "Account Locked" after entering the user id and mPIN. I had called customer care twice and they told that they have unlocked the account from their side and it will work after 10 mins.But even after that it shows account locked. I am unable to complete online transaction due to this issue.

This is the worst banking app ever. I was forced to download the U-Token app for OTP generation. Before UBI took over my bank, online banking was simple. Now, it is a nightmare. U-Token app keeps crashing. It simply does not work. Either it says "Server not available" or "Check your connection". I've tried three different internet providers. Same error message all the time. UBI customer service is arrogant and useless, especially if you can't speak Hindi. I'm closing down my bank account.

Worst app ever.... My advice is first develop the app properly and then bring into existence. Just trusted and started using, now facing lot of issues where customer care also unable to fix. Moreover they unable to understand the problem and just conveying issued was resolved. Till now I have called 8 times still its showing "Account Locked".

It doesn't allow me to login using fingerprint or password , says no internet Inspite of having both wifi and mobile data. Need to handle the errors properly and show appropriate message if you are fixing anything

Very bad experience, similar to the Union Bank website. Everything is buggy. First of all, it could never do the fingerprint login, seems like a haphazardly created feature. Second and pressing present problem - it says no internet connectivity. Hence I cannot do any online transaction. I look forward to a more professional software development.

I am extremely disappointed with the U Token app. Every single time I try to use it, I get a "no internet connection" error, despite my internet working perfectly fine with all other apps. This is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. This app is rubbish and clearly not worth anyone's time. Fix your app or remove it from the store. Until then, it's just a useless piece of software cluttering up my device.
