App is still new with a few bugs, but the service U.S. Law Shield provides is unmatched, I have personally used their services and highly recommend it. Disregard the low app rating as it does not reflect the company or the services they provide.

Like another reviewer mentioned, you can't log in on the app. It states that I am an Unauthorized User; however I have no problems loging in through their website.

Great product, but this app is sub-par. Most screens are redundant "become a member" options that are not needed unless it's your first time on the app. Definitely needs some work.

Password doesn't work. I logged into the website no problem. I used the same password on the app, and I can't log in. Garbagio. Uninstalling.

This app automatically rejects the email I sighned up with, I assume it has some kind of detection algorithm that rejects any emails with unexpected symbols in it. Can't even get in.

Can't login. Same use/passwd as web. Even reset password. For what it's worth, website isn't same as it use to be. Can't add remove coverage. Plans look new so now I'm not sure what I have anymore.

Despite being a current member I am unable to sign in on the app. Like others, I get a message saying "User is unauthorized. Please Contact Administrator". Very disappointed that this seems to be an ongoing issue and has not been corrected by the app developers.

Nonfunctional. I see from other reviews from last year that US Law hasn't cared enough about their app to fix it. In April of 2024 I'm getting the ole "wrong email or password". It's kind of pointless to have an app that doesn't work. Makes me question the whole operation.

Initial use is cumbersome, but the app is good. App username and password not automatically linked to your membership. You have to reset the app password (it lets you use the website password). Then it works fine. The developer should fix this.

I can login online through a web browser, so I know my password is correct but the app insists it's wrong. I've gone over and verified my email and password multiple times and it still insists that the password is wrong.

Literally doesn't even work. You can't even log in, even though you log in through the web browser to verify your information is correct, it prrpetually tells you that invalid login information.

The app never updated. it still has me in 2022. I have upgraded my plan and have never seen the app update. Online I can see all my invoices and coverage but the app seems worthless. please work on your app and get it fixed.

Not intuitive AT ALL. I am already a member, but this godforesaken app has NO PROVISION FOR CURRENT MEMBERS AT ALL! Would it kill you to have a link that says "Already a member?" Why should I have to sign up for a membership AGAIN to use this app?!? Possibly the most frustrating app I've ever tried to use and makes me wonder about my coverage. I hope you're better with insurance that this stupid application leads me to believe.

I've been a subscriber for over a year and I have never been able to log into the app because it will not accept my email address... it's an address ending with ".email". The app says it is not a valid address. That's got to be an easy fix.

I tried to login with my credentials from my PC but I get the user is unauthorized message and to contact an administrator. As soon as this is corrected I will up my rating. Update: I saw on review that said the app login is independent of the web browser login. Absolutely true. Login on the app with your email address and select forgot password. You get an email with a link to reset password. It worked. This should be explained up front at login. Administrator needs to add this info to the app.

Unusable! Threw an error at sign up that will not clear even after multiple uninstalls, clear cache, delete data, etc. Even after completing signup by phone, using that login info triggers original failed signup to reappear. If the app I am supposed to use in an emergency does not work, what am I paying for?

As others have pointed out over many months, the app will not allow one to log in with their web account credentials. Considering the number of reviewers and the timespan of those reviews, I can only believe US LawShield doesn't care about the app. Having been a member for sometime, I can only hope their service is better than the app. Fix it or remove it!

App is broken. As so many people have stated before me going back many months no one has been able to log into the app. I know what my membership cost me and I also know that the person I spoke to on the phone says that they are personally answering more than 100 calls a day and signing up that many people multiply that by ALL the sales people there. How much money must be coming in and they can't get the app working?

App leaves little to be desired...also does not have the big feature they sold me on with "switch on and off coverage" to add stuff you can but to get rid of it...you have to call in. The app also give none of the info about laws or anything of real information...its a necessary thing if you have an LTC but the customer experience is lacking.

Sigh, it's not up to date like it is on a website. Honestly it's an area that needs some help. I don't use a computer but strictly my phone. You've got a great product. I shouldn't need to buy it again for it to work. Honestly did I mess up by buying coverage from you rather than your competition? Not having a login work is bad, and the constant sell of membership to members is lazy, like one who forgets to load their weapon or can't keep a finger off the trigger. Get it together guys.
