Needs some work but has the potential to be the best poker app. If they would incorporate more functions and special games from the other poker apps like wsop and poker heat: specifically the ability to show your cards after a hand, and special games like powerhands, and even functions from the wild poker app like seeing the other players hole cards and changing out a card for points would make this the all in one best app for poker made to date

There is DEFINITELY a bug. I won one of their "challenges" for 2.5b and never received my winnings. I reached out to "customer support" 6x at least and they did nothing. They closed my ticket without addressing my issue. As if it's not bad enough I am wasting time playing a fake poker game for fake money they won't bother giving me the fake money! Don't bother downloading this game.

Cannot load the app on my home pc, doesn't have full screen on my phone. Cannot sign in through Facebook. I wrote to the developers several times and they have NO CLUE what to tell me..THIS APP TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!! They even stopped answering me. TOTAL BS!!!!!! I can't get full screen on my mobile phone! How do I fix that?

THIS APP IS TOO BIG FOR THE SCREEN OF MY PHONE, CAN'T SEE OTHER PARTS OF THE APP ( settings, raise, bet) Installed and re- installed same problem, Am I doing something wrong ????? HELP ( one of the few games I like)...... Thanks for responding to my problem, CANNOT SEE OR REACH THE "SUPPORT BUTTON" it is cut off the screen.

I like this poker app. Although the interface/graphics are not to be desired at all! This is a fair an balanced game so far as im passing 2000 hands played. Realistic odds, and realistic results! Needs to update entire interface to compete with zynga! Thanks

I love the game and maybe can you change the position of the highlights combination next to my card so i can see easily if im winning and fix the control button it keeps freezing im playing then automatically fold... thank you..

I have enjoyed this one from the beginning . I do have 2 complaints. i love meeting the other players but, I've never been able to post my profile picture on here like I have on other games. I've asked for help but, i get nothing back . My 2nd complaint is when i loose, i like to see the hand that wins but, it is done so fast, im not always sure what the winning hand is. Sometimes im not sure the winning hand should have won. It's not that I doubt anyone its just so quick you can't be sure.

Doesn't even open anymore. Now it just says "loading". It gets to 90% and just stops. Now there's a way to frustrate players. Watch them gain momentum and then stomp on it by adding a glitch that won't allow them to progress. 👎

The game is unplayable for me. There are bars on the right and left side of the screen cutting off that section of the game. I can't raise for example. I can see part of the raise button (I'm assuming it's the raise button at least) but I can't use it because it's covered up by that bar.

Played for a short while and never stopped losing.. kept throwing me enormous bonuses. last two games I played I won the first one but should not have, and the last one I should have. Both games I saw another player with my same hand but either they didn't win it or I didn't.. no split pot. If I had kept playing I imagine all that they gave me would be stripped away.

The worst game ever. How is it possible a person can we 20 games back-to-back that's impossible. There are too many hackers on here bringing your people to take up chips away.. I understand it's free to play it should be competitive. I've read a lot of emails that was sent to you and I've even sent emails and your responses to every email basically the same. You've taking people's money and not giving them the right amount of chips and then did nothing to reimburse them. Make an improvement fast

I have been playing this for several years. Now, it shows I have nothing in my account to play. I had over 3 trillion in account before the game froze. When I try to get in the game now all boxes are blank. Please fix this. The problem with game freezing has been fixed. However now the screen is not centered & I cannot use the far right of the screen. So, I cannot receive the bonus points or increase bet size or go "all in."

I've noticed that other people have experienced this 3/4 of a screen problem that won't let them play the game correctly .But I don't see any answers ,except go send a message to some other place! what's the answer to the problem so we can go back to enjoying the game! And yes it has been unloaded and reloaded.

Something happened, maybe an update caused my screen to stretch so that some of the buttons are off the screen to the right. I tried everything I could think of to get it to work. I contacted support and they are aware. I have 2 or 3 trillion in chips. Anyone need chips? I can't play anymore.

Not that great, easy controls but size, organization, style is very boring. Plus so many ads will pop up begging for your money. If you lose all your chips it would take months to get them back because you would have to start from the lowest table. The only way to get them is paying their overpriced packages. Its a shame they are taking advantage of such a wonderful game.

Lobby options aren't fully visible on my phone:Collect button gets cut off,Invite button doesn't stay on screen in full after swiping. Game is only partially playable on my phone, can't raise bet for example, I don't know if it's because my phone has a big screen &/or because I'm using Android 10 &/or something else but it's a bit annoying I can't get the most out of this game

I love everything about this app, the graphics, the personal icons, all of it!!! One HUGE PROBLEM (and the ONLY reason I rate the app 2 stars) this app continually fails to load after I am up 30 mil 20 mil etc. I have downloaded it at least 5 different times, and it has continually failed to load past 91%, after I have a substantial amount of $. So frustrating!!! Please figure it out.

dealer keeps saying to change avatar yet when you try to it never loads. tried uninstalling andcreinstalling with no luck. graphics could be a little better. the trying to force you to buy chips in the inbox by using collect all is a little shady. could lead to accidental purchases if someone isnt paying attention and has their credit card info saved.

I would give this game a 5-star rating however there are a few glitches that must be fixed. One would be for the profile picture to always show when Facebook is connected. At times the profile picture would be black. secondly it must be fixed for Android devices to see the complete screen I am having an issue where I am unable to put bets out as I willingly want to and being able to check or to look at the settings and things like that that must be fixed the screen is cut short.

It was fun. Now it freezes repeatedly while playing, during the initial loading, randomly during the game and anytime I receive a bonus it locks up for AT LEAST one hand. I haven't recieved an option to update and all in all it's gone from fun to frustrating.
