Best Twitter app. Lots of options to make it function just as you want it to. It shows every tweet in your timeline (except muted) in chronological order, with no promoted tweets, and it never scrolls up and loses your place in the list unless you set it to or tap a wrong button.

Where other Twitter apps wouldn't even connect with or without VPN on, or open accounts on my Samsung Grand2, TwitPane fired up and connected seamlessly via browser login. The customisable sidetab, display options and settings are almost mindboggling. I lost track of where a few were. The UI is comprehensive, the design is clean, ads in free ver. are discreet. Beats official app handsdown. Very pleased so far. Only wishlist item would be scheduling, + cost to subscribe to 5 account v? 😊

Update: App doesnt work amymore. elon removed all 3rd party app access. Not about to use the regular twitter app. Previous review: Love the interface with so many options. Easily see trends, view other profiles and see the entire tweet feed in fullscreen. See their followers and their tweets, etc. Verbose, allowing you to see all possible features of Twitter.

Well, after about 4 hours of configuring, I finally got the app to the point where it's semi-usable. Still not nearly as slick as any Twitter app I was used to on iOS though. I wish there was an option to reverse the order of a tweet's conversation view...earlier tweets appear above the selected tweet with replies below it.

Paid full price for ad-free experience. Notice how the app says there are in-app purchases? I can't get rid of my ads and I no longer have the function to remove them paying again even, if I wanted to try that.

Little known, sitting quietly in the list of Twitter apps like many others... This IS NOT A TWITTER APP LIKE THE OTHERS! Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised. *EDIT* Twitpane is a MUST USE app. Aside from the great level of customisable options, it's almighty quick, very stable and lightweight. Get it NOW.

If you have a list, when you click on a profile it then brings up a big list of options, rather than just taking you to the person's tweets. If you click on the profile pic, it takes you to the account overview. Just take me to the person's tweets!

A powerful app. I used to use Plume, which I love, but it had a disagreement with my phone, so I tried this. I was happily surprised that I like it just as much. This has features that doesn't have, but the reverse is also true. I'm still getting used to it, but as far as I can tell, most of what I want is here. You can get a menu by tapping the tweet you're reading. The only thing is I don't always get notifications when ppl reply to my tweets, but that could be some quirk of my system.

Been using this app for years just when it comes to customising my twitter bio and has never given me issues. It's not working right now but that's because twitter has revoked some sort of right for third party apps. Check twitpane's twitter account and see their latest tweet before bashing them over something they have no control over.

1. Why in comments section the older comments aren't detected? I can't read thread in twitpane and it's show me some latest comments only, what a pity. 2. Can you add a feature that we can adjust what to show in context menu (when clicking a tweet)? The current menu is abundant, add "others menu" button instead. 3. It's possible to add search keyword that only applied for tab/list? It will be very helpful! You deserve 5 stars actually, i only trying to get your attention. Love this app!

Twitpane stopped working minutes ago for some odd reason, it was working perfectly fine a few days ago. Everytime I try to log in, it kicks me out and I'm not sure why. My account isn't deactivated or suspended or even restricted. Please fix this issue!

It's OK in a pinch, but there are far too many flaws to make it my go-to Twitter app. There's not even a way to like a tweet with one, simple click -- in fact, just about everything you'd normally do on Twitter takes more than one click. That's just one problem. It's got potential, but it's more hassle than it's worth. Uninstalling.

Been loving this for a long time, but yesterday it stopped being able to log me in to Twitter. Log in via browser doesn't work either. It appears to be a Javascript error with the browser the app uses. I just found this out when trying to log in with the Albatross Twitter client app.

It was working good for about a month and then it completely isnt working. I cant do anything. I use it as a way to change my bio and stuff on my actual twt, but anytime I click open TwitPane it saying my account can not be found authorized, even though my twt is perfectly fine. And anytime I try to reauthorize it, it doesn't even go to where I can start to before it kicks me.

I'm a long time Talon user, as it has been my go-to Twitter client. However, I've been having issues with DM's not appearing in-app, so I decided to give TwitPane a try. Thus far I really like it, but I am having a small problem with a DM I send not appearing in the DM thread until I back out of the app for a few minutes and reopen it. To be clear, the DM does send, but it doesn't show up in the DM thread until a bit later, usually after backing out for a bit. Otherwise, this is a great app.

It's almost there, just a few minor tweaks I would suggest. 1) If I'm scrolling my timeline and tweets are ready to be viewed once I reach the top, just add them in. Cause having to do it manually is kind of annoying. 2) Enable notifications for specific accounts, and once I get notified and tap the notification, send me to that specific tweet. Just like the native Twitter app. Cool? Cool.

LOVE the customisability!! I much prefer it and the design to twitter's, and the video player works better. It doesn't use a lot of storage space, and there aren't ads every other tweet. Seems to have every functionality except for viewing & getting notifications for likes, due to API. Replies/RTs and their notifications work, DMs and sharing work. Changed from 4 to 5 stars because twitter doesn't seem to display tweets in chronological order anymore--this does. Hands down a better UI.

Ok firstly, this isn't very user friendly. You have to tap through a couple of stages to reply, retweet, like etc. For me, this isn't a problem as I was finding Twitter too addictive for that reason, so Twitpane is great for cutting down your usage while still catching up on the topics which interest you. Apart from that one negative (?) point, it's super fast, reliable, and you don't have to use a third-party app for downloads.

As of 1/13/23, the app refuses to load up my profiles, claiming that there was an authorization issue several times, repeating no matter what I did (Uninstall and reinstall, clearing cache and data, etc.) And it will not let me log into new accounts, and it only says "Unable to complete action." With each attempt. Please figure this out and fix this, if you are able.

this is so good! it loads quick, it can download videos and GIFs, but the timeline doesn't show the liked posts of my friends. So like, the post you see are limited. It also doesn't show recommended posts. It's good though if you want to have a Twitter which can let you download videos and let you post faster than the actual app.
