Fantastic app and my little one loves it. Unfortunately it keeps logging me out and when I do log back in I'm on it for about a minute and it says "oops somethings wrong" and logs me back out. It's a shame as i said its a great app.

I find the app search options more user friendly and more grade related easier than on the Webpage. Please adjust the on line search Can the Webpage search be adjusted to this easier user friendlier way? But I LOVE Twinkle the sources that are given in great!

previously I have been able to use this app with no issue however in the last month it won't open on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. any advice gratefully received as it is handy to be able to access my account and resources from my phone.

So frustrating! WHEN it works it gives me awesome access to resources. However that is only 2/10 times! On these occasions I try to force stop the ap. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted my phone. Nothing. Laptop always works like a dream.

I downloaded this app thinking it was going to be helpful and easier to use than the website;instead it was worse!its been a long while since it ever worked.it keeps on lagging and never opens the main page even. I paid too much money and I'm really frustrated now .please do something about it. I just payed and I really want to use the resources since everybody recommended your worksheets.please fix it. Thank you.

DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I downloaded it 5 days ago, and I paid it. After 3 days, when I try to download some home sheet, it's strat to show me that error "Uh oh! I'm sorry but you've tried to download the same resource more than 5 times. Please wait 5 minutes and then try again :-)". I ask for help, they say to log out and log în again or to clean the storage, I did that for nothing, still show me that message. I'm so disappointed.

I use Twinkl on the Internet, no problem. Try to use this app: crashes, locks up, freezes, permanently saying no 'connection ' despite all other features of phone working on WiFi and/or 4G. Rubbish. Fix it or remove it as it doesn't work. No amount of deinstall and reinstall makes any difference.

I've been a teacher for 20 years and a tutor for the past 2 years. This is the most useful and engaging set of resources I have ever come across. I love that it has resources for outside-US learning; I have been able to introduce other teaching strategies that have helped my students gain a better understanding of skills.

Twinkl you are so much better than this! This app could be doing exactly what your mission is to save teachers time! We should be able to load the app whenever and wherever we are line up some resources and use the lesson planner so when we hit our desks half our work is already done. But no the app doesn't work, load or do anything productive! What a wasted opportunity

The app, compares to web version is very slow & frustrating especially for searching and to the saved materials. Every time I lose the search results if I don't keep my screen active but the search usually takes so long (over 2 mins and I've high speed internet)

I use Twinkl daily and really benefit from it, but the official font is problematic. My students read the lowercase 'k' as an 'R'. All the letters have little tails at the bottom and the letter formation worksheets include them! It's not good for teaching penmanship. I am an ESL teacher and mom of a grade 1 native English speaker. It's problematic for both parties. Please reconsider the font for teaching reading and writing to beginners!

It's a brilliant app, easy to navigate and with tons of resources, I really love it. But today for no reason it logged me out and it doesn't let me log back in. Doesn't recognise email or password, not sure which because it doesn't say, and it doesn't even give you the "Forgot your password?" kind of message. I'm sure they're the correct ones because they work when I use Twinkl on the computer. Tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail. No more Twinkl for me I suppose.

Love it, well worth the money, I'm an ultimate member and love how you can find everything from early years to A level. I also home educate and use most of the resources. I love the book club! and the planning packs are great. The customer service is also amazing. They take constructive criticism well and have even emailed me back regarding the changes I suggested on some of the Bible lessons. The AI tools is also very helpful. I can't recommend enough!! I use for a range of ages.

I am finding that the search option can be glitchy. I find it slow and constantly freezing or buffering. Other than that I generally love the site. It is actually buffering as I write this.

I feel compelled to write a new review. I have dealt with problems for years as a paying member and twinkl does not care. Please don't tell me to contact twinkl cares. I have screenshots of communication that say there is nothing they can do and there is no plan to fix the app. If I search for something on the website I do not get all of the options. YES I click USA resources. It makes no difference. If I search the app I am sometimes waiting for minutes. If the screen goes dark it starts over.

Twinkl is an incredible resource! I've used it as a Parent of two little Autists, as a Special Educator, and as a Children's Librarian! Crafts, science experiments, collaborative art projects, visual supports, learning extension activities for picture books...this barely describes a fraction of what you can access at Twinkl! Why reinvent the wheel, when Twinkl already offers excellent options...and so many! Some are even editable for customizing! Worth every penny! 💯
