it's a great app and easy to understand. the only thing I'd like is to be able to see my pin number like I can on other banking apps. as having dyslexia I often forget my pin so would be nice to have the option of viewing pin on the app.

for years the only bank I had was tsb so for mobile banking I have only ever had one app to base my thoughts on what mobile banking is like. but recently I got monzo, and imo its app makes this feel archaic and outdated, like some basic things it has that this app doesn't, such as trends and statistics. for me the fingerprint stuff just works there... even the fingerprint alone is enough to make me think about making mozo my primary banking app. it never works properly for me on this app.

I had to update my online banking and it wouldn't accept it,told to uninstall my app which I did and still can't get onto my account so have no idea what money is coming in or out. Good reason not to get rid of actual banks. So no idea what next to do, not happy not had this problem when dealing with other banks and this account is for all my bills. At 65 I've been with your bank since school

Honestly I don't normally put a feedback, but I feel that I have to say this. I appreciate the developers are keeping the app secure and up to date, but the app is getting worse and less user friendly, this is by far the worse update you have done, the app is insanley glitchy and has many faults. A little side note if you ever got to read my comment, PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have submitted 3 or 4 complains for the same issue and one ever bothered to call.

I've been unable to get into my banking app since yesterday! I've deleted the app, uninstalled & reinstalled it 3 times, even resetting my log in details & still can't get into it! I've never had a problem with this app before until now. Very inconvenient!

Just updated the App. I am now unable open the App because it keeps asking me to update. I urgently need to check my account but unable to as it's sending me round in circles all day and you can't even get to speak to someone on their helpline. ludicrous. I think I might have to change bank. They keep closing branches so you can't even go in and speak to someone directly.

If your banking app doesn't work, you're sunk these days. TSB app has become very glitchy & opening up can take minutes. 2 weeks running I have been unable to confirm a payment & it just hung on opening. My husband could not open his either. Both times we've resorted to using my Starling account. Hubby & I have now opened up a joint account with Starling & closed our TSB account. To TSB tech: my other banking apps work fine. And I notice I'm not the only one to have problems with the TSB app.

For the past two weeks the app hasn't loaded past "securing your device". This has caused a number of issues for me. For one, I'm trying to pay bills, and set up (update) direct debits. I've taken the time out to do this and the app won't load. This is very frustrating.

Still having difficulties with the app since the issues! Up until just over a week a go, I was quite happy with the app, but then for some reason I getting a message saying time to update the app, everytime I tap on the update, it takes me to google, where there, is no update to download! I am so tempted to switch banks! UPDATE 06/05/2025 seems I am, yet again having issues logging in using fingerprint/biometrics! Have tried restarting phone and removing and redownloading app and still,no joy!

Used to really like this app until the latest update and I'm finding it virtually impossible to use. Trying to move money between accounts is horrible and so is paying an existing recipient. You've ruined a perfectly good app :((((

Another useless update, I don't even know why I bank with these. How hard is it to just set a notifications option for money in and out. You can do it for pending payments. Probably 8 years of me asking for push notifications. No wonder you get no Interest on your savings because they spend all your money on useless app developers and then probably claim it as a loss.

had this app for years and this is the first time I can't get into it .I've deleted the app reinstalled it 3 times and as soon as you get the otp it's says there is an error .I use this app for all my online bills and now I can't get into it .it's disgracefully how you can let an app to not work properly and once again the app stops working.going to end up deleting all together it's a waste of time .use to work without any issues I don't have a vpn or anything active.

l can not get I to this app. This is the first time l have had any problems getting in, and it is creating a problem for me. I have cleaned up my phone. l use fingerprint recognition. Very frustrated. l will uninstall and see if that works, but my understanding of mobile tech is basic. On the positive, l love having this facility when it works for me.

the app was great for my mortgage account. but some update came out and now it doesn't open anymore. it suddenly asked for memorable info?? which I don't remember setting up. reset my whole login details, and now it keeps on loading and loading. have been trying for the last 10 minutes to see my mortgage balance. it says securing your device for ages and then I get a blue screen.

I did what was recommended on here after it kept saying No Internet Connection, uninstalled the app, downloaded the latest version from Google Play, and it's still the same. Had to transfer money to a First Direct account and after about 30 tries had to give up. Hopeless. It works fine on WiFi, it's just mobile data that it has a problem with even though all my other apps work fine. 8 months after writing this review the app is still doing the same thing saying No Internet Connection

App stopped working after recent updates. Gone through support and their advice initially worked (use VPN) but now not working. Tried uninstall and re-registration but haven't helped either. Edit: the issue turned out to be related to the security settings on my wifi, not the app.

since the latest update, I am having great difficulty accessing the app. I have done everything as advised by customer services, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and clearing all caches. it just keeps saying securing your advice and then goes to a blank screen. I have never had an issue previously with logging on to the app. It's extremely inconvenient. Are you getting a fix for this issue?

I like the savings pots feature, but not much else. App has a tendency to stop working, crash, or be unable to change information and save properly. I want to keep my savings pots, so I won't change bank, but it's seriously annoying trying to use this app. I have to uninstall and reinstall it at least once a month.

When entering a payment to a new recipient, app loses all the information I entered on the New Payee screen whenever I switched to email to look up the information because I was returned to the Top level screen for entering a new payment. I was forced to jot down all the new payee information on a scrap of paper (security risk) because I can't retain several items of information like Recipient Company, Account No , Sort code etc in my head. Please improve this aspect of the app, it's annoying.

It works but the UI is subpar. For example if you're trying to add a new payee and you switch to the app where you've pasted their details, when you switch back to the TSB App it moves you back to the screen where you choose an existing payee or add a new one. Which is pointless, inconvenient and frankly stupid
