Absolute scam — stay away! This service is a complete joke. I made a deposit, and they instantly blocked my account for “suspicious activity” — despite the fact that I confirmed the transaction in my banking app. Then they demanded a selfie with a virtual card. Seriously? I sent a screenshot and bank statement as proof, but they refused to accept it and kept stalling. Their so-called “support” replies once every 3 hours with copy-paste nonsense about being overloaded — when the overload is clea

You should consider hiring additional engineers for your support team or perhaps appointing a new support manager who can lead the team effectively and ensure a higher level of service quality. The current level of service falls far short of acceptable standards. At present, the support team is slow and lacks proactivity. After three attempts to resolve my issue, I’ve had a terrible experience with your support team. I hope you will address these concerns promptly to improve your support exp.

I had a terrible experience with this app. I was about to receive my money when suddenly they blocked it without any notice. When I realized what happened, I contacted customer support immediately. They promised to resolve the issue within two to seven days. Now, it’s day nine, and nothing has been done. I’m still in contact with support, but all I hear is the same excuses that it needs more time. Honestly, better avoid this app if you value your time and money.

I'm using their virtual crypto card. I received a notification that someone made two transactions in Amsterdam and purchased two train tickets. I immediately contacted them to say it wasn’t me, but they didn’t do anything about it. I was bounced back and forth between TrusteePlus support and the merchant’s support. Both sides told me to contact the other, going in circles. Trustee mentioned they could only block the card. edit: Contacted Trustee, they did absolute nothing.

Trustee is the worst payment solution I’ve used. Offline, I’ve had payments fail multiple times—leaving me stuck at checkouts despite having funds. Online payment gateways often decline transactions Trustee can’t fix. IBAN transfers are worse: payments get stuck for days, support is slow, and refunds are delayed. Never rely on Trustee alone—you risk being left without food, essentials, or a place to stay.

User unfriendly app. No physical cards available. Virtual card is not working properly when trying to make a purchase in the store using Google wallets and google pay . The app does NOT allow to send money, it allows only to send crypto with high fees. When converting Euro to USDT, it is not possible to convert full amount, it leaves some strange amount behind. In general, very weird app. Customer support, could not help at all.. just apologizing and promising to be better in the future.

Looks like this app was created by amateurs. I installed it and tried to top-up. It was not possible with cards. Addressed this matter to "so called" customer support. The customer support manager Marina advised that there were many options for adding funds to my balance including usage of EU cards. When I got back to her with the screenshot showing the option was not provided to my account , she disappeared forever. In addition, I noticed that fees there are not little at all! Not recommended.

Responsive customer chat support, but unhelpful. Can't resolve a simple application glitch after 13 days. I tried to verify my account with my passport, and then with my ID, everything was uploaded successfully. Every detail of my data is clearly visible, but the application can't proceed. I contacted support, they responded quickly, saying a specialist must enable verification, but this hasn't happened in 13 days.

Terrible support agents! They dont know to answer 1 simple question for 15hours already. Chatting with 2 agents, both agents are unaware of how does Trustee app looks like from client's view! They lowered the quality of service since Trustee has expanded, they used to be VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FAST IN RESPONSES, but this now - TERRIBLE!!! TRUSTEE PLEASE GET YOURSELF TOGETHER, THINK AGAIN, QUALITY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN QUANTITY !!! CHANGE YOUR SUPPORT AGENTS YANA AND MAXIM, wasting my time!

one star for the nice logo. exchange rate is their fantasy, not a standard rate. there is no support service, calculator level, only with a delay of up to 40 minutes between messages. answers are templates. they don't even read the questions. You can spend 4 hours on one question and get the answer in chatgpt. vadim and ksenia are real hucksters, there is information on the internet, but it is gradually being removed.
