Please stop asking us to update our wallets when our coins will end up missing. Once an update occurs, I no longer see my coins anymore rather, I start seeing other coins I never added, with insignificant value on them. While my main coins are missing.. please fix this bug!

The app is really amazing in terms of transactions on it and easy to operate, but the problem it has is anytime I update the app it will stop loading and Will not respond to my internet connection even if I uses wifi, so you have to work on that as soon as possible please.

The new update removed some tokens from my wallet. I tried multiple times to re-import them with no success. I sent an email and filed a complaint on the trustwallet website, and I haven't gotten a response. My friend whom didn't update their apps still have the tokens in their wallet.

Right, I don't know who approves these updates, but can whoever it is quit... It's like going backwards in time! First of all, can you add Pulsechain to the list of approved networks, metamasks had it on there for the past 6 months. Surely you have more than one person working at TrustWallet. Wallet connect doesn't even read QR Code's 99% of the time. The browser has got to be on par with the Xbox One browser, absolute dog water. It's like AIs designing it. More to say, it just won't let me

The last update(v. 8.14) made a mess! I can't log in to the app and the message 'Couldn't get wallets, try later or reinstall the application' appears. I've been using TrustWallet for 7 years and this new version was the worst ever! I need access to my wallets ASAP! You must resolve it as many users are facing this issue.

How they dare to call this app trust wallet???? More like scam wallet, I have lost over £1000 trying to send and swap funds through here... Only app which charge you for everything, including failed transactions costing over £300 and crazy fees swapping or sending other coins and loosing over 70% of the sum. I have left over £700 in funds here, which I can't move swap or send as the price for doing it is £400 hahaha ridiculous...

It used to work very well but recent updates are so buggy! Amount of assets shows wrong (I was about heart attack at first time, I thought my tokens was stolen). Transactions on Matic shows a wrong tx id and amount. Assets removed from my list without any reasons. I updated the app to the latest version and these issues are still exists

I've been a big supporter & defender of Trustwallet but now I can see why everyone gets so frustrated. I've opened 3 separate support tickets over the past 2 months. After receiving a Tw support email request for information, I've replied to their requests and sent the information a total of 11 seperate times. Each time I send the info there's a few days with no response from support, but when I finally receive a response it's just another request for the same information. Check for responses!

Doesn't seem to count staked (stake 2.0) TRX against total assets. Also the dapp browser and other navigation buttons across the bottom are gone. Only 2 buttons are shown. If you clear cache, then show for the first run, then after that they're gone again. I'd also like to see a total of assets from all wallets on a portfolio summary page.

Trust wallet has been a great app, until recently. I re-installed the app, recovered my wallet with the seed phrase in order, only to find out that my fund was missing. Like the particular account wasn't showing at all and no there was no suspicious activity I only installed it on a new phone. I've seen so many complaints regarding similar case. @Trustwallet should endeavour to solve this problem. People can't continue losing their funds. It's so painful

i just updated recently and I think it was better before. The explore page can be utilized much better than this. they should've kept history/bookmarks on the page instead of hiding them behind the menu. the reason we book mark is for easy access and they made it more difficult. another thing is we tend to reuse sites/dapps, so history should be accessable not hidden behind the menu. it's an easy fix to modify the design and use the space properly, especially the bottom part

App is averagely good and I'm loving it but still need a lot of work. First, browser speed needs to be optimised because I sometimes experience slow speeds even if I have a fast network, second the feature where we see the price of token we want to send should be added back and the swap option just never works, I don't know why. Been using the native DeFi swaps for that but I really don't see a reason to add a swap option if it doesn't work. By the way, I'm loving the new UI, makes lot of sense

Overall, I've had no problem with this app so far. However I went to log on the other day for the first time in a while and I got to the page where it displays all my coins, and it is completely broken. The prices it's displaying are incorrect along with the overall values of the coins I own, and when I go to click on the coins I have, the app instantly stops working and shuts down. Not sure if this is something scammy or just a bug, I use it on Android and have the latest version of the app. I would really like for a dev to reach out and help me solve this problem, as I do have a decent amount of coins on this app that I was trying to keep there until more exchanges are able to hold some of the coins.

For some reason I can not send any BTC from my Trust wallet. When sending (both, from browser extension and app) an error pops out: “please consider decreasing sending amount or topping up the balance”. I have tried from several devices, browsers, in different time, etc. As of now I have 0.00163 BTC (~100$) which should be sufficient for sending, as its surely exceeds transaction fees. But each time it is the same.

This is horrible. I had to restart my app when I forgot my password. I was finally able to get in but my funds were gone. I have submitted several tickets. They close it saying issue resolved. It has not been resolved. It might have not been much but it's still my funds. I just did another ticket and this one was closed as fast as I sent it. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. There is not trust in this wallet

Well that app was working correctly until the last update. I can't withdraw at all. Either it gets rejected or it gets stuck in pending status for days. I reached out to customer service and stated that was an issue with the withdrawal service and that it will be fixed. I can't imagine how many people who are dependent on crypto are unable to withdraw. I understand mistakes happened but this is unacceptable. At this time, I cannot recommend this app.

This app desperately needs a way to see the final cost of swaps even if you don't have coins to swap. And more ways to buy a specific coin instead of needing swap. Also a way to filter out the providers that don't service my state. Edit: There's no reason these feautres can't be part of the standard Trust Wallet experience. Also, I'm trying to make a Swift wallet but it won't proceed past the wallet name step. "The incoming request cannot be validated", with NO explanation of why.

Great app at times but why is it your swap never works even when you try to swap on the same network. Yes there are defi web apps that can do the swap easy but having it work on the trust wallet itself was easier. This never was a big problem before BTC ETF & now it is. It a big mess & it shouldn't be a mess after all these years on the market. Please get your ducks in a row.

It's progressively been getting worse and worse. The switch to a single key/addresses, inability to change feerates (unless you want to increase it more), and outrageous in app swap fees are just to start. But! Then again, I'm not sure what else I'd expect from a native binance (bnb) wallet.. thats owned and maintained by Binance too. Good for beginners I suppose. The extra star for these last two things. It's what it's.
