My experience with Bank of America led me to switch to Truliant Federal Credit Union, and it has been a wonderful decision. Truliant treats its customers with exceptional care and consideration. The tru2go app offers many convenient features, allowing me to easily check my balance, transfer funds, and pay bills. Thank you, Truliant, for simplifying my financial management.

The newest version gives errors when making transfers and doesn't always show pending transactions. I've installed and reinstalled as requested without any luck fixing the issue. this is the first time I've ever had an issue with this app.

bank screws up auto bill pay big time. cost me $70.00 late charges when they spaced paying my scheduled payments fir 2 months. I was in Europe believing that they actually paid what had been scheduled and auto paid for many months. all of a sudden, they just didn't pay my scheduled auto pay for no reason, no warning and afterwards told my too bad for me. they should of paid the late charges. also, a hit on my credit for 2 months non payments. don't trust them.

When I use my card it automatically takes the amount, but then takes forever to update, and then wants to make excuses, about the merchant. You are my bank, so it shouldn't be so confusing! Then there are always these "maintenance" inconvenience, and the app still hasn't gotten better!

Convenient. User friendly app. Transferring money between accounts is easy. Mobile check deposit saves me trips to the bank. Like all good things, there are some kinks. Sometimes I have to take ten pictures of my check because the app wont crop it properly. Other days I'll go to login and none of my account information will load.

The check deposit feature is very nice, when it works. Maybe it's the camera on my cellphone, but there are some checks that are very hard to please the app with. I also don't care for the way many, if not most, checks are listed only by check number, with no indication of payee. If I need to make sure a check has cleared, I usually don't have the checkbook with me to search by number.

Updated review...was finally able to set up more with Go To My Card for my credit card, however it isn't a smooth process. It isn't as user friendly as my other banking services. It requires more searching around the app. I repeatedly get the message in the Go To My Card that I have been signed out when I have not truly been signed out of the app. Once you hit X on this message you can still navigate in the app so be careful you are truly signed out when done.

I've had this app for yrs & although it's better than most banks it still is not in real time or accurate at all times. Your "pending" amount is not guaranteed to be held. U may as well check the app after every purchase just to see who did or did not get paid, which defeats the purpose of having a debit card for me. Even if you use your routing & account number your funds are not guaranteed.

I love the app and it is so convenient to use for transfers and just overall usage. The one thing I would say is that many other big bank apps have more advance features. Kinda feels like I'm behind when speaking to those who have other apps, but that is understandable knowing that this is a FCU which is more personalized than national conglomerates, so I don't mind the bells and whistles. It would be nice to advance the options in the future!

The app has been having TONS of issues over the past month. Seems as though every time I try to login, I get an error that says "Error loading internal accounts" and the screen is blank. How am I supposed to check my account with this constantly happening and it's been happening ALOT lately. Getting extremely frustrated.

Almost everything is great. However, when initially logging in, you pop up advertisements which look clickable but are disabled. I cannot close the little ads, and I can't even click them to go where the ads are trying to send me. They simply lock the app. I have to close and reopen and put in name & password twice every time I use your app. Google Pixel 4,not sure which OS.

The app is great! However, if you have more than 1 account, i.e., business account and a personal account, and you're using the app to go back and forth from one to the other, It gets complicated. It doesn't allow you to do without headache the option to freely go from one to another. It keeps the wrong sign in info and doesn't recognize your password.

I like the app, it really comes in handy when doing mobile deposits. I just wish the color in the app of the check was there. It just looks unprofessional and hinky. But it gets the job done. Recently, I had to verify my identity with a text or phone call. Each failed and wanted me to go back to the app after verification was confirmed. The app wouldn't let me login. I ended up rebooting my device in order to make my transaction. Very frustrating.

It's been a marvalous relationship with truliant fcu. Whether it be in person, on the mobile app, or by phone. In the app I have had nothing but good things that have helped me more without stepping foot into the branch. It has been convenient yet super easy to make my day. At times there might be little glitches.... But within a few moments its up and running. With newer technology we can adapt to the vast many more coming our way for easy access. Thank you truliant for always being by my side.

When I first downloaded the app, I loved it. I've had to use banking apps from several other banks and it was by far the best one. It was easy to navigate, the UI was easy to read, and I never had any problems finding charges. But, ever since the most recent update, it's honestly one of, if not the worst banking app I've used. Charges are no longer split by date, everything is just black text and badly seperated making it hard to differentiate. Very disappointing after how great it's been.

I use this app to manage all of my families accounts. Check deposit can be very frustrating at times...it mostly fails in the process of taking a photo of the back of the check. I've tried using different background colors for contrast, but it may take up to a dozen attempts before accepting the photo. I would like to have the capability to "nickname" accounts instead of having to memorize the numerical digits of everyones account numbers when moving money. Fingerprint login often fails to work.

Ultimately it works but you have certain hoops to jump thru when it comes to the back of the check, which Truliant does not tell you. If you do not do it correctly, the deposit is rejected which, they also do not tell you about. If something is not right, a simple email would be nice, just saying. Tack it on to all those other emails that clutter my inbox, perhaps. But don't tell me 3-5 days to process then let me find out its rejected at the last minute.

Your app needs to include an area that allows you to see the status of deposits that are not accepted on first try. Also the account that I deposit into (checking) occasionally just changes to savings. This requires me to go in days later and move the money into the checking account. It just happened on today's deposit New version of the app is far better than the last

Convenient, but I wish the deposit feature could be used for larger amounts. The brick & mortar bank moved to a highly inconvenient place & I have to take time off work to get there before it closes because of horrible traffic, so it would help to be able to deposit ALL my checks with the app. Also, there was no notification about the "new" endorsement requirement, so that delayed a deposit for me!

Never had any problems with the app, but now 1. When you do a mobile check deposit the back side pic of your check never shows up, a wheel just keeps spinning but if you hit 'submit' it'll deposit it. 2. Doing a check search it don't load all checks even after hitting 'load next 30 days' 3. I hate the current balance and available balance being side by side for each acct. Instead of simplifying things it just looks like a bunch of black and white numbers of your accounts all run together.
