Never had an issue with SunTrust . I try to go on line and check my accounts and this GARBAGE pops up making me down load . NOW!!! it won't recognize my password and tells me to " contact my administrator" I call SunTrust and a guy says " oh yes !! We've been resetting customers passwords all week. Just come in !!" I live 2.5 hours away!! He says go to BB T what a crock of USELESS

Won't download on my LG Android phone. Never had this problem. Useless.

This bank stole $3800 from me and I told them they are in the wrong with nothing done after that . I can prove they stole the money . I demand my money back that was stolen from me by the bank .

Retarded!!! Keeps saying it does not recognize me!! I miss BB&T never had any issues why put this up here if its not working

This app is sucks! Warning your Samsung phone is not compatible. It is brand new Samsung and other banks app are working fine. Why not Truist or SunTrust?

Horrible app!! SunTrust Business App allowed customers to make mobile deposits. This app is difficult just to login to!

I am not able to sign in and this doesn't use my same sign in information or my fingerprint it's a terrible app

HORRIBLE!!!!! not compatible with my Samsung OR my IPad! So what are my options, buy a knew phone or tablet OR change banks? Im going with the latter! Never had an issue with Suntrust, worked on all my devices... so frustrating

The Suntrust app worked perfectly. I cant even dl this app. They planned this merge for months, but didnt have the app ready? I hope they fix this asap.

This app has cost me money. 9 out of 10 times, you can't even log on just like now I've been trying for 3 Days to update the app and it will ready to to switch Banks

I'm frustrated after downloading the app. I can't sign in it says it doesn't recognize me. I go through the chat and I'm supposed to wait for someone to help me. I had no problems with SunTrust. So every time I want to do anything with my account I need to go through your website. Very unethical and unprofessional.

My first getting this app, I'll have to get monthly payment paydays. But this seems what I'll been looking for a while back. I'd give a five star.But Please fixed this passwords sign-in I'll tried numbers time's but no getting doñe okay? I happen to know my password but this app keeps repeating the application over and over and over whatever need to be done ✅ come on now I'm set up for the Long runs.Pls Fixed This App ok!

1) cannot get my account number because I don't have my user ID 2) cannot check my user ID because you need my account number 3) online banking with paperless statements and no debit card (hence no physical account number)... never had such a failure loop with an online bank before. now I have to call customer service and waste both of our time when I should be able to see my userID with SSN.
