Super slow, Trying to scam people through alipay reward, Automatically paid through the bank account instead of ask for the top-up first, not recommend to add your bank account through this.

I used to link my bank account with True wallet but the system transfer the money to the wallet despite having enough money in the wallet. Have to unlink the bank to prevent this incident to happen. The app is quite slow and clunky.

Extremely stupid registration process for foreigner. First, unclear in the process step. When there is some issue with the attached document, they NEVER feedback, just letting you wait and wait for outcome. It does not allow you to attach digital version of your document, and forces you to take live shot of the document. When I upload digital work permit in landscape mode, this stupid apps just truncate into portait mode. They don't allow to email the documents, which will solve all the problems

The pop-up ads are very annoying and slow down the payment process. Imagine when you're standing at the cashier and there's a long queue behind you. You start this app to pay but have to dismiss at least 2 pop-up ads. Since You're in a hurry you might press the wrong button and open the ad instead of dismissing it. This is bad design and deters people from using the app. Update: Cannot pay True bills anymore due to the error "agent invalid title". Customer service tells me to stop using it.

Can no longer use TrueMoney to pay PEA. Get error: "(Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: O. Path '', line 0, position 0.)" PEA say TrueMoney sends invalud data.

Please pay some efforts to improve the page with update documents. It's aboslutely not clear which pages do you need for ED visa. Not to mention why do you need it at all if you anyways have 30k baht wallet limit? It's not enough to do any sort of crimr anyways. There are a lot of people coming as visa-free to Thailand.

I don't like this app anymore. When I add money to the app it no fees but when I wanted to take my money out it so slow to transfer my money back to my bank account and take some 20 baths from me for do this transfer out. I won't use it and I think I'll chang my mobile company to other for my better experience. Bye Truemove H! 😠👋🏻

The app should allow users to opt-out from specific types of notifications. As of now, there is no option to only receive transaction notification, and I am flooded with irrelevant promotion offers.

Deeply frustrating and infuriating for foreigners. You're in 7/11, just added credit, are at the counter paying for your goods & this app, without prior warning, tells you your documents (visa, work permit etc), are out of date. The app is now disabled until new documents are uploaded. Of course, you didn't bring any cash into 7/11 and have to leave the store empty-handed. Be warned!!! Oh yes, get rid of the annoying Lisa pop-up please!

App will not accept international cell phone numbers so I can't complete registration. "Live chat" is neither live, nor chat, only canned Q&A, so useless. It seems like truemoney app for foreigners is only for foreigners with a Thai cell phone number.

One of the worst mobile wallet that I've downloaded. I think can only use local mobile number to register an account. There is nowhere in their website or help page that says that if foreign number can be used to open an account. Tried my foreign mobile number and it won't work. I can only see in their help page that foreigner can register an account but not mentioning local line is required. Uninstalling the app.

After leaving Thailand, True Money are notified of a change in visa and immediately remove access to the account. They do not give notice, they do not give you an opportunity to remove funds and close the account. Instead, you have to contact customer services who send a lengthy email and a pdf form with lots of document requirements. They are stealing money. When I arrive back in Thailand, I will pay cash at 7-11 and will not reinstall True Money. Not recommended for foreigners. Disgraceful.
