I cannot imagine a worse "freelance" app. Unable to setup payout, everything is extremely laggy like the whole thing is written in Python. For some reason, it is constantly, nonstop, getting your device location. I would suggest firing all your programmers and get some just from your own app. Time well wasted, thanks ✌️

The app is all good and well, but there's this one annoying problem. The app crashes every now and then when I chat with freelancers and I have to start all over again. That is just not done - it has become quite a headache to chat from the start. If only the app developers would get rid of this problem, then this app is golden.

For me as a designer and Illustrator, truelancer is a nice place to make some money and the fee is not too high like an other platform, it just 10% for the freelancer. I just have a 3 client recently from this.. Hope they are more and more people using this and I can get more job from there. Don't hesitate to use this app.. It's worth a try!!

More user friendly UI. Better project listings and validation rules applied. Window for improvement are available. Earlier I gave 5 star, and now I have to give 3 star. A very important feature of filtering and finding relevant job is now missing in UI, which categorized projects based on web development, mobile app development, etc.

The app doesn't allow me to send/attach files. It keep on saying File Source not exist. Please do check on this bug. Also, it's a bit difficult to move around since some panels aren't user friendly. I hope the dev could create a bit of tutorial for beginners but overall the app is technically good. Just some bugs.

This freelancing app is very easy to use unlike other freelancing platforms. I love that you can easily track your progress such as your earnings, proposals and profile views 😉 The filter function in "find job" tab makes it easy for me to categorize the job that I am looking for so I don't have to toggle in all the jobs posted. 10/10 for this app 😘👌

I purchased their paid plan and made the payment, but within just 5 minutes, my account was blocked without any clear reason. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails over the last 5 days and haven’t received a single response. I have always followed the platform guidelines, yet there has been no communication or support from their side. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for freelancers who invest their time and money into the platform.

It's a very non- user-friendly app. I can't explain my frustration when i look for job and keeps on loading. And the worst part is that when i open a job and go back, i have to start from the beginning. I will not use truelancer until this app is updated . Ps: You should really learn from freelancer's app. (Its such a user friendly app) Edit: One more thing, what is the use of notification when a user has to wait 5 minutes for loading it after clicking! Such an annoying app!

This is the most amazing freelancing app ever!. It is very easy to navigate and it's not crowded unlike other apps. The clients are very friendly and nice and I receive immediate payment and excellent feedbacks. I recommend truelancer for newbies. I appreciate the managers and founders for founding such an app. It is fast, reliable and the best ever!

This is such a bad app. It is very slow and it is so hard to find a job. The amount they cut is also a lot and the minimum amount required to withdraw or deposit is extravagant. The time taken to also process a payment is so slow,you have to wait for money that you have earned for almost 5 daysssss. Also the variety of work found in it is not a lot. The app also has a lot of bugs and there is false communication ie you have been invited for a job when they just want you to big. Do better

Quite a handy app for the platform but there is a lot to improve this app: 1. Loading super slow, especially the message box 2. Tab for updating project completion keeping on popping up, that I cannot use it properly. I always need to choose 10% to stop tabs popping up and then choose the correct process, and delete the tabs if I have msg to leave.

I used Truelancer and I would say I had the best experience with it. Easy navigation, clear/user-friendly interfaces and fluid responses are what you need in a modern app. The Truelancer official app has all of these and more. And I must say that their customer support is topnotch. I recommend the application to any freelancer looking for a decent platform to make lots of money from home. This is by far a 5 star app. Excellent!!!

This is such a bad app. Although there are tons of projects posted..I can never attach any file attachments from my phone storage. It keeps crashing. Whenever a project owner wants to interact via message,it just sends my proposal to me back. What the hell do I do with it? It says pending action - when I click on Take action,it does nothing . FIX IT PLEASE

Great concept, and the app has a neat interface as well. But I'm docking two stars because it lacks an option to post a service (via app). Also, there needs to be a quick and easy tutorial explaining the various aspects of the app. For example I'm not sure how one gets a verified 'blue tick' to their account.

Vile. This service has potential but I am totally turned off. I'm not a fan of the interface, there are some major flaws such as: -Why is it so hard to see WHEN the ad was posted? -Can't filter by number of applicants -The category system does NOT work, you end up with a tonne of irrelevant job listings no matter what category you go to. -They send spammy emails and some are straight up lies. Example: "You have 11 profile views" , you go to their app to see that in reality you have 0.

First they don't have a live chat support, or any cosy support contact, so the user can contact in case of issues (I contacted via Skype, but no answer) . Second, I did a mistake in my account profile, changed it, but the public info is not changed. Third, one of the basic and important windows - job requests, is not seen in the windows list. Either it does not exist, or a poor visibility is provided. When I choose Project Invitations on mobile app, it is empty, though I had received several.

So far my experience has been really poor. The app refuses to work right if I'm using WiFi and then if I'm trying to apply to jobs with very few bids it'll say 'Job not found'. If I do use WiFi I ultimately have to delete the app and download it again to be able to check on any potential messages or projects because it freezes! Please fix this issue so people can actually utilize your services.
