I enjoy the app. My only issue us really just a strange annoyance. When clicking on days of the week to look at loads, whatever day is right in the middle is not clickable.

Ever since the March 30th update you can't see the info needed for loads. I run under my company's authority and they won't release the info needed to get full access to this app! Customer service NEVER answers the phone..

When clicking on book now it takes you back to the home screen. There's no way of getting in contact with the customer 🤦🏾♂️it won't let you book load smh the app is waste of storage space..

The app is a pretty good app.. I'm only giving it 3 stars because you have to have a brokerage in order to get the brokers contact information to book the load.. which doesn't make sense. Just charge me a monthly fee and let me see the information.. besides that it's alright

I try using their fuel side it was very good discount but the truck stop don't accept them even though it's showing on their app and when you try to contact their customer service no one answers I try using text message no one answers so it's kind of hard to use service like that knowing if you get in a bind no one will get back to you.

Best load board I have ever used. Very easy to navigate, has advanced features to suit everyone and always adding new BROKERS on board. I will be joining thre factoring soon. I wish this load board came earlier

cheapest fuel discounts at some stops. need more fuel stops added. overall very good on fuel though. load board is pretty decent too. has same loads as other boards mainly but it's good in conjunction with the fuel. have recommended to friends already.

App reads very well but like so many doesn't work effectively, as a matter of fact this is tied into quite a few Brokers, whom I have used for years, yet app cannot find ( Criedentials). Frustrating to me!! I have had app on mobile device for @ 2 months and still cannot use it!?

very good load board app. easy to use. the only issue I have is that not all loads show the rate of the loads, and I have encountered that the load board don't remove quickly the loads that have been taken from other drivers

The brokers add the world cheapest rates to this app, so the average rmp goes low for all loads, not the best way to load your truck, your truck will not make money if run lower than 2.50 rpm

Search criteria does not work, cannot input criteria manually but have to use a touchy slider feature that never gets the exact number you want, no way to block a broker and there's no option to post my equipment are just a few of the reasons I deleted this app from my phone less than 5 minutes after downloading it.

TruckSmarters app and factoring are very easy to use! The 2% factoring is hard to beat and when every penny counts it is totally worth it. They have great customer service on top of everything else. If I have a question about anything, I contact Aidan and he is always quick to help me. Highly recommend TruckSmarter!!

Was sent a message saying I could skip the waitlist and try the app with the link. Followed the link, downloaded and it says I need an invite code. Messaged back to "Dan" that sent the message to me but no response. A few hours later someone called. They had the invite issued to our main toll free number and had to activate my cell phone. So far seems a good app. Could use picking destination states or zones so you could filter the amount of loads better.

Just download the app and applied cargo van as the filter. It gives hotshot for the listings for cargo vans. Please fix.

~Late Update: My issue was resolved right away once the app techs saw my review/email. Thank you. I really do love this app!~ ~orig review: Been using this app for a while now. This morning it was not working properly with the searches (looks like it did an update), and sorting by deadhead. I uninstalled and had my husband resend the link to reinstall, and now it won't finish installing. Something is not right. Please fix bug so i can reinstall and the load search works properly!!
