Used to love the app but I want to say that the update has really made it hard to read the maps. haveig blue purple and dark blue on the roads makes it very hard to read especially since I'm color blind. Haveing a set color for the route and something like grey for all other roads makes it much easier to read. The app is dangerous to use now since I'm haveing such a hard time telling what way I'm going especially in a big city with lots of interchanges.

7 day TRIAL IS A SCAM and will automatically subscribe you for one year, and you can't get out of it. (With Gold Version) Bloated with fuel advertising/ question pop-ups. Slow app compared to others, especially when "looking for route" loading is server based and people without perfect 5G will suffer. Very, very slim or no useful/ current road construction/ closed road data. Parking availability is a nice feature and knowing where low bridges are. (The reason for the 1 of the 5 stars.)

I'm disgusted with the experience. I want to try a 7-Day trial, but ended subscribed for a year WHICH WAS NOT THE GOAL!!! I tried to cancel it but it still didn't return the payment and says that I'm signed up for the year. I tried to use the app and I absolutely do not like how it functions. In trucking industry offline mode is an essential option. This app does not have it.

The new navigation system seems nicer overall but it seems to generate routes differently, and oftentimes those routes are longer and less conventional than they were previously. Almost as if it's prioritizing reduced tolls over time efficiency. For O/O I'm sure that makes a lot of sense but as a company dedicated driver, I'm expected to make the best of my time even if that means more tolls. I wish there was at least a way to "shape" my route so I can manually create the route I want to follow

The blue "P" icons have gotten completely out of hand. Most of them are NOT legal truck parking. They clutter the screen so you can't click on the real truck stops. You can zoom in but then you can't see where you're going and even more useless icons pop up (fuel, tire, etc). You can filter them but then you have to leave the filter UI open while driving. It's a clunky frustrating mess. If you only park in legal designated truck parking then Hammer is a much better app for finding parking.

The new version doesnt factor in traffic when it estimates arrival times. And the estimate it does give seems better suited for a car.. I don't like that you can no longer filter truck stops mid journey, it just keeps showing you every single one. Setting your governor speed is a good idea, but still needs work. it's no longer crashing though and that is a huge step forward.

NO WAY TO INCREASE TEXT SIZE WITHIN THE NAVIGATION SCREEN. ADJUSTING PHONE FONT DOES NOT AFFECT IT. These last few app updates have ruined this app. Not renewing my subscription after it expires. The information markers are tiny on the navigation screen. ETA & Time left at the bottom are extremely small. Exit numbers in top right are in readable. I reinstalled the app no help. I chatted with "customer support" even less help. Basically said yeah deal with it. Gone way down hill.

(Down Hill)_ That was what I was feeling at the time of my last review. Even in my frustration and perhaps anger, the app still managed to get two stars and two words. Though I haven't used the app in a while, I stumbled upon an apology note from its developers and have taken this opportunity to update my review. In retrospect, and quite honestly, the app is one of not the most useful and credible apps in trucking for drivers. I've added two more stars to reflect the 24/7 support.

App is still buggy. Doesnt track speed sometimes. There alot of lag during peak hours of the day. The turn by turn voice AI is directionally challenged and will wait until the last minute at the most inconvenient times to tell you when to get over when you have a merge ramp with 3+ exit options. Ive missed turns thousands of times as a result costing precious mile time OTR. Ive had numerous reroutes that are unessisary taking me off interstates when it would have been faster to keep me on them.

Update: After using it again for a month or so seems like the bugs i personally had issues with were worked out will continue to use as a primary GPS but I'll always keep the spare on hand. . . The app was doing well until recently. It no longer gives pops notification When approaching dot check areas or weigh stations during the navigation. Was one of the best features, if not fixed soon, will have to unsubscribe and definitely go back to using my garmin.

So I've used this app for 2 and a half years now. And I have always loved using it. It was my go to even when I found out about other trucking gps apps like hammer and a few others. I was even fine with the glitches every now and again that'd kick me off the app and I'd just have reload it back up no problem. But now for the past week or so I haven't been able to load in any routes. I've tried multiple times on wifi on my cell service. I've tried everything but looks like that's it for this app

Really good tool to find truck stops, but the route guidance system is flawed, especially in the Northeast. Trucker Path likes to take state routes over the interstate. Just because the route has less mileage, doesn't mean it is faster. Trucker Path does not take elevation, and avg speed into consideration when generating truck routes. For example, I'm heading to MA from PA and I can just take I-81 to I-88 to I-90. Trucker Path starts on I-81 and goes to I-88, but then it diverts to RTE 20.

Old app was perfect, after updates it no longer factors in traffic or road closures in route calculation or arrival times. Since it no longer factors in delays it will take you down ridiculous routes that may be shorter distance but far longer time-wise. Prior to the update it would try to route you around major slowdowns and the arrival times were fairly accurate. It's almost useless now but I keep it running as a supplement to my Garmin.

Look, please 🙏 stop. I love the app. But u are doing too much , stop. The last update is enough , the road is my life, and I depend solely on two mapping Garmin and trucker paths, but this update is killing me. For the people trying to use this app for cars, keep your suggestion to Google maps or something. I need it to be easy and simple, not time-consuming, and u are making it time-consuming. Canceling subscription until it is fixed.

Use it all the time, but putting the night mode behind the $15 a month subscription is ridiculous. There's no reason that feature, which reduces eye strain, thus making driving safer, should be a part of the basic $10 subscription, let alone gold membership. Corporate America finally infected an otherwise decent app. Greed. Pure and simple.

I am still in the trial period and have decided to purchase a subscription however, reluctantly. Recently while on a run, I ran into a road closure under construction. While the app may not be at fault for this, I attempted to use the reroute function. It did not reroute, instead telling me that no better routes were availible. I continued to drive hoping it would recalculate a better route. It didn't. This app took me down residential streets not made for truck and trailer. Very disappointing.

Lately the app is really buggy. My font size is fine, but my son's is so big he can't see the map and he can't seem to find a way to fix it. The app wouldn't even attempt to find the address of the place we're headed to at the moment. It routes us in some very strange ways at times, taking back roads that really end up being slower than the main highways. It's also bothersome that I have to pay for a business subscription to add more stops to nav.

Update: 05/25/24 App is still broken, I can maybe get one decent trip out of it before the app breaks. A new update got pushed to my phone this week and now the app has been rendered useless. It doesn't even know where I am and is constantly chirping at me "route recalculation" while I'm driving. I've tried deleting storage and cache and reinstalling app but it doesn't help. Google maps works just fine, so the issue can't be my 7a. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP.

Great app for finding truck stops... And it USED to be a great app for navigation, but recently, the navigation side of the app can't keep a GPS signal and they recently updated it and made all the UI elements in the navigation screen MASSIVE, covering up each other in a ridiculous manner, not to mention the map itself. Oh, and STOP asking me how much parking truck stops have while I'm driving!!! I'm considering just buying a Garmin and cancelling my subscription for Trucker Path Navigation.

Update: Ended up paying into October for a year. Here it is May 30 and account doesnt work. Go to check and it looks likenmy account was cancelled. Nice scam guys. Too damn expensive. When I first signed up there was a monthly payment option for like $5.99 a month. All of a sudden it's almost $130. Guess I'll have to try to find another app. Go back to a monthly subscription rate than I think you'll find more people subscribing.
