Was able to play for an hour or two when I downloaded it and now it hasn't let me open any new levels to play for several days. I contacted their support using Help in the game as they said and so far no fix. They are checking into it. The game was really fun until it locked up and won't let me play at all. Will change my review if they ever get the bug fixed so I can play again.

a cute game with a cute theme. Like most games of this type, you have hearts that limit your play however, unlike most others I have played, I found that I rarely ran out. My only real problem is very very slow load times. The game takes a long time to load, it often exits or has to reload if you switch tabs and it sends you back to the village each time you beat a level so you have to go through several screens just to get back to the puzzle game portion.

Well u would have given it 5 stars before it stopped working at level 61. I can't click on anything and go to the levels. In stuck on the main page with the map. I did the updates, connected to Facebook so as not to lose my progeess, and deleted the app to redownload it. When I started back to see if level 1 worked, it did. So when I reconnected to facebook to get back to my place, it still wouldn't let me click anything. Any help would be nice. It was my main Mistplay earner.

I really like this game! As with any match 3 games, you're bound to lose some as some levels are harder than others. But thats just the frustrating but fun thing for me. The only reason why I'm not putting 5 stars is because whenever I watch an ad for a bonus prize, without even touching my phone it takes me straight to the app store. I can't just wait to hit the X out of the ad. Overall I really like this game! Gives me a lot of fun during breaks at work.

Its very addicting. There only 2 things i would love to change. One it takes a little while to load. Not a biggie unless you have less then 5 min for a cig break and game break. I barely get to finish a level before i have to go back in. 2nd is i would love if you could sell the stuff you might accidentally buy. You can store them but not sell or turn them the way you want. But i still play it all the time. ALL THE TIME. LOVE IT

The game is a waste. You get to a certain point and it constantly sets you up to fail. It doesn't give any sort of in game helps, it doesn't explain purchases, like if it's something you have to do constantly. It needs more instructions, it needs to allow you to pass certain levels after three weeks of constant play. Uninstalling because of the certain, constant fails. Annoying and makes the game no fun at all.

I love this game. It has such a cute storyline. And i was looking forward to being able to get some of the halloween decorations, so naturally i updated the game to that version. But now i have a number of buildings that have disappeared from my village. And there is also a huge glitch that the game levels never open up after its done loading. I hate the thought of having to do over 150 levels all over again, but it looks like that's three only way I'll be able to play it at all anymore.

Fun, challenging enough to keep you thinking but not so hard that it feels like your beating your head against the wall trying to solve the same higher level puzzle for days at a time. My one and only complaint is the way you move things around on your island. Items pick up so you can move them with just one tap, so every time I go to scroll around the screen o end up having to constantly close out of the move item interface. It would be nice if it took a long press to pick things up instead.

This is a fun match 3 game with a story attached. The game has degrees of difficulty so you can replay the same level at a higher difficulty setting for more in game rewards. It is a micropay game so past a certain level you may have to purchase items if you want to continue to advance. Game designers have to eat so pony up if you like the game. I do enjoy it.

I've been playing this game a very long time now (currently on level 938). I normally get bored or annoyed by most games and quickly uninstall them, but this one has kept me engaged for ages! Super fun, great graphics and stories, and it doesn't require purchases to still earn currency frequently and make satisfying progress. Lots of different features/actions too. Fantastic job by the developers! I highly recommend it!

The most fun I've had from an app in a long time. I love the difficulty progression for each individual puzzle. If I get stuck on a puzzle in the quest line, I can go back and play previous levels to clear my head and regroup. All three difficulty levels reward gems and contest items. There are many opportunities to earn free play time. Succeeding without in-game purchases is possible. As for in-game purchases, a full treasure chest is the best bang for your buck. Most of all, it is really fun!

Cute match 3/village build game. Ads can get a little annoying, but they don't block or interfere with game play. Cute story. So far, haven't seen any necessity to actually pay for boosters - they come along in daily rewards and such enough that you'll get one to get you through a stuck level without a terribly long wait (it's not like any of us only have one game we can play in the meantime, right?).

I downloaded this game a year ago and played it for a short time before deciding to uninstall. I hard a very hard time getting into it for some reason. I guess It wasn't interesting enough to me at the time. I saw it again a few days ago and decided I'd give it another chance...I'm soooo glad I did! It's turned out to be "My Go To Game". I've been playing continuously. I stayed awake 2 extra hours playing last night. It really is a great game! Give it a CHANCE the first time! Haha : )

I love this game! UPDATE: Very prompt response from the developers of this game. Did as requested and contacted through HELP in the game. Responded immediately then fixed the problem within four (4) hours. Couldn't ask for better service. Game is working perfectly again!! I can't access the levels since the last update 2 days ago. Please fix! I'll change the stars rating to 5 when fixed.

I'm having so much fun with Tropicats. It's challenging enough to keep my interest, but not so much as to become frustrating. Storylines are cute. And don't tell all those other apps out there, but the one time I thought there was a game issue (there wasn't; I misread something), support answered my report right away, requesting more info so they could resolve it. In fact, I just changed my rating to 5 thinking about that!

Well it was a great game. Not fun to repeatedly play same levels to win. In the high 800 levels and now it takes 15 times to beat a level on medium. And ALWAYS I have 1 thing left to complete and then run out of moves. Can't replay levels you already completed so you can get the limited time decorations. Wanted to see story but it's not worth playing a week for 1 small part.

Uninstalled it. For a long while I have been having problems with the app loading & letting me have access to my friends lives (sending & recieving). Yesterday I tried uninstall/reinstall. I was on level 770 & it took me back to the beginning. I'm also stuck on the first island where I collected my couns/jewels. I can't get back to island 2. Please fix the "bugs". You were supposed to send them away to a different island.

Update 1/16/19- Yawn. Still beautiful, but since around level 900 get 10 levels, wait 6 days for more. Nothing new in play...rewards and puzzles all pretty much the same, no new special functions. Story line drags because of long wait. Sad...was fantastic, but developers seem to have run out of steam. Down from five stars to four. Was once so good, I'm reluctant to give up on it...but I'm close. Cativating

In the beginning this was my favorite game, but there are levels that you absolutely can not get through without making a purchase. Also the amount charged for the helps, is relatively expensive. Also after having spent, all totalled, a very large amount of money, when I ran into errors that I was able to rule out had nothing to do with my end of the game or my phone, support was not willing to do anything about it except to say "sorry, best wishes" . So uninstalling & wishing them, best wishes!

Every time I try to open the app and play it keeps force closing and won't let me do ANYTHING!! When I go to watch a video for the daily bonus it just closes the app. It's happened 5 times so far today!! I can't even log in to get my daily bonus. PLZ FIX THIS ASAP!! So I can go back to enjoying the game. I play all day long so needless to say not being able to open the app is really making me upset cuz I'm gonna lose my daily log in record and have to start back over at Day 1.
