very nice app, easily best out there, especially with constant updates for security, resource efficiency, very light on system ram & cpu cycles. it is also very responsive & available on IOS, android. I recommend it to an old buddy of mine in Florida, he had no idea about this app. I told him about how good it is as I suspect it'll keep him safe. Hopefully, you guys will continue to update, patch & support this app long-term in the future. I wish it had noaa radio too & a tornado only appversion

Keeps track of hurricane forecasts. might give a bit too many notifications. If the install doesn't work after switching to a new phone, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

This is the best hurricane app that I've ever used!!! It's organized very well, lots of information on all of the storms in the areas that you choose. I live in New Orleans and this hurricane app is so much better than even the hurricane apps through the local NOLA news stations. Great job!!!

I love this Hurricane Tracker app. I need to know exactly what is going on since I live on the Gulf Coast. I can check it as often as I need to get the latest update. Unfortunately, we have been through some major hurricanes, and we always prepare ahead of time. The information includes maps of projected paths, wind speed, and so much more to list. Thank you for this app. I hope we all make it through this Hurricane season peacefully.

This app is waaay better at hurricanes than your normal weather app. Lots of data and tracking information. Great! Just want to add that the latest updates have made it even better. Waiting to see where Erin is going. it will pass awfully close to me.

I always love this app but recently the advertisements is 80% taken the page and I barely can see the tracking system so I'm going to have to uninstall this tracker what's the use of haven't it I tried reinstall it and here is what happens: the logo Atlantic is on top then the ad. is under it and takes up over half the screen. I am going to give you a 5 star it is not your fault what google does. I have a cat smart flip phone

I use this to keep up to date with tropical storm info because I live in a coastal area and don't have cable TV to watch the news channels. Extremely convenient and intuitive to use. I may not know what every value or map means but I don't feel like I need to in order to get a basic understanding of where a storm is and how it might affect me.

Hurricane app is fantastic. I'm still checking out all the cool features, but so far I love it. I'm an old grandma, so a lot of this is foreign to me. It's still great fun to click on everything just to see the results. Also, I live in Florida and just downloaded this for hurricane Erin. Beautiful timing. Thank you for creating such an awesome tool to keep me informed and safe.

Excellent app! I searched and searched for a good hurricane app. All the ones I used to use went to videos of talking heads and made it impossible just to find the tracking map. This one is clean, easy to navigate and informative. 10 stars.

Update 2025 - The app is still great. The information it provides is accurate and helpful. I've used it without issue every hurricane season for several years now. I understand that NOAA is limited now so Im glad this app still collects what data it can for use here. Download it with good faith. (end update) Great app. Lots of great info and maps in a very clean and efficient setup. It's a great app to have when living on the Gulf Coast during hurricane season. Download it and give it a try.

I've been interested in hurricanes and typhoons for a very long time now,and this app lets me track both in the same app! This app is absolutely amazing,and I love the graphics on the app!/Update:the new version of the tracking on the map is incredible! I'm having an issue where the storms don't show up sometimes when I look at them (only the past storms),but it doesn't impact usage of the app much,and doesn't get in the way when your viewing storms so this app still gets its five star rating!

Just install the app. I like all of the options, and it's fairly easy to use. The tracking model choice, I'm disappointed that when you use the filter and leave the screen and then come back to that screen that the filters have been set back to the default. I'm also unclear of which of the predicted paths are from most trusted sources. There's no guidance on how to use this particular part of the app that I feel would be an important asset. Maybe I'm missing something?

This app has the right information without all the BS that the other weather apps litter their "informational presentations" with. All you need to know is the storms current location, strength, and how fast it's moving. Also, in what direction it's moving. Best hurricane map. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

SEE 'UPDATE' BELOW--- Nice app! Good response time, user interface is great. If historical seasonal charts are too low resolution to read the text, see below. UPDATE: Presently the full resolution seasonal charts in the app can be accessed by long press on image then use 'download to device' option when the graph is displayed. For suspicious ads, be sure to use the report function at bottom left of ad image.

What a wonderful app. it far exceeded what I expected. it has everything I am looking for, in a very well laid out format, with updated information faster than previous apps I used, and very easy to use. I am going to pay the 5.99 fee for no ads, but the ads are so unintrusive, I didn't realize they were there for the first weeks using the app. this is the first app I have ever rated, because it well deserves a top rating. Kudos to the developers.

It is exactly what I was looking for. You can choose which sea/ocean you'd like to monitor, and get notifications when changes occur. It can be alot, like I got notifications all day, every couple hours but there was a cat 5 hurricane and I had friends in the pathway. I have family and property I need to check on, so being up to date by the min is important to me.

Only downloaded this one about an hour ago and already got more info then any of the other two previous apps. I can keep track of both the atlantic and pacific storms. The descriptions are understandable without the technical latitude/longtitude and degrees. Very little trouble with ads, just a little strip across the bottom. All said, I'm done looking for any other tracker. Thus one has all I need.
