this app is very bad and corrupt. they get my money and cannot consider for refunds. their agent and customer representativesspecially their manager team are just merely chatting not solving issues. I have been this app due to low cost and cheap flights but they have to consider for refunds even I cancel 2 days before my flight. they just need money in their pocket not helping people to get it back . how iwant to change my book flight day if they don't give back my money. no choice but cancel.

One of the worst experience ever to book tickets from this so called third party app. Zero customer service, refund takes too long and most importantly even after receiving the money they are unable to issue the tickets on time. Do not use it. Thanks

A horrendous app UX with zero consideration for organisation. A typical Chinese app that is so cluttered and overwhelming that finding what you actually need behind an endless wall of popups, promos and ads is almost impossible. Turn it down ! Also. Fix the fact that if there is no signal you can't get your rail card to show the conductor. This is utter garbage thinking.

Highly recommended. Never experienced app downtime. No annoying ads. Promo discounts are very much appreciated. Prices are reasonable and cheapest relative to other similar apps. Live agents are available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. There's also option to contact the suppliers directly. Reviews and articles posted by other users are very helpful. THANK YOU! The application's menu is overloaded and makes my eyes quite tired every time I try to navigate through the functions it offers. Personally I wouldn't comment on ads. Unfortunately, it is the scourge that overwhelms modern civilization. A non-stop hunt for money. Overall a descent app with good prices every now and then.

The hotel is starting to show its age. However, absolutely nothing to complain about! Great Service. Considerate employees. Ample security. The only complaint would be that the casino is Chinese, so I had no idea how to play any of their games. It's probably a good thing! Saved my money! Also, we had a two room suite, however the rooms only had one television in one of the bedrooms. I would highly recommend having a tv in each room.

Update: reduced to 1 star as they messed up the booking name on my return flight / issued ticket. Needed to press CS agent who initially refused to admit the was any error on the ticket. Then they admitted the error and said they'd follow up within 1h. No follow up. Had to contact the airline directly to get any assistance. Orig: Some stuff in the app is broken (share itinerary doesn't work, unresponsive buttons) but overall seems decent so far compared to other discount third-party sellers.

I was so disappointed because i expect that this travel agency sent me my refund from the change flight as they email me that "Refund ticket of 49,85€ will be on June 10, 2024" . I expect it but no refund at all. As, I sent convo with their travel agency agent. Just told me that "Cancel/No refund". I got my screen shot photo of the travel agency about the send email refund but sad to say I already delete it. As, it was my proof of evidence. A little amount but the trust i have for them is LOST."

Poor services. my husband booked ticket last June 14 after the payment has been made. up till now they failed to issue the ticket of his booking. They offer an alternative flight and my husband agree to it, but still they're failed to issue the ticket. All they're agents are lying. They said countless time to wait for the ticket it's been 5-6 days. After we pay for the ticket they said that the flight we book is sold out. They cause us so much hassle.

My flight was canceled by the airline, and they didn't confirm a new flight for me. I had no choice but to book the next flight myself. It's been almost a month, and I still haven't received my refund. I have spoken to their representatives multiple times, but each time, I spend ages explaining the situation, and still, there's no resolution. Really not recommended. Very bad customer service and a terrible experience.

Got this for train tickets in UK. Split ticketing is a good feature. But it seems that tickets need an internet connection and are slow to open (also sometimes the buttons don't work), which is difficult when tickets are checked on the train and there is no cell signal. Although tickets can be saved to Google wallet the Railcard cannot - and only seems to be accessible via the app, cannot be downloaded.

their purchase process do not allow you to see what you have purchased to verify your order, except for passport number,email and full name.. Not gender, not itinerary. so any data or ticket you purchase will be blindly deducted from your account. Then they will charge you because of anything u put by mistake and was not verified!!! very bad and illegal

I had good impressions until I ran into problems. For example they promise free cancellations but they keep your money for 7 days. They said they issue a refund but they don't, so they charge you. Also sometimes the prices are incorrect and misleading ly do not include taxes. Occasionally good deals but I will go back to booking. Booking doesn't take your money and then refund you 7 days later when they see fit. I use Revolut so if a refund was issued, it would have been received immediately

Great for booking the bullet trains in China. Absolutely useless for booking flights. I would definitely go through a more reputable agent for this. I booked a flight to NZ from Beijing China with a stopover in Singapore. My first flight was cancelled & refunded but they won't help me rebook my last leg flight. So I'm stuck with the second part of my flight which I can't even use. They won't let me change it even though it is their fault. I honestly can't believe how bad customer service is.

Best app for China. However, recently I've noticed that many of the budget range hotels in China, say they'll take any nationality, but when you ask them, they actually only take Chinese. This is terrible as the passport details need to be recorded and Mainland China Only hotels don't have a facility for this. I have booked, and have been turned away in the past. PLEASE CORRECT THIS!!! Train tickets in China are more expensive on Trip, but it works well.

This site has failed me 2/2. The first one in an airport transfer. Even following a confirmation process where a GPS position was provided the driver did not realize he was taking me hours away in the opposite site as expected to an address that looked alike. The second one was not sending a check in as normally for flights. When trying to reschedule/refund the missed flight as I requested the cancellation, custom service mentioned they could not help me rescheduling nor refunding.

App and services are generally ok, but it has an annoying habit of telling us to get to an airport 3 hours before an international flight when check-in for the flight doesn't actually open until 2 hours before, if that. So it's out if sync with airline practices. Beyond that, it's currently hanging any time I click the yellow T icon or try to look at upcoming bookings. Must be really slow server issues (other sites and apps are just fine).

Kind of misleading. Started with a web search showing a room available, but needed an account to access the deal. I downloaded the app, only to find the room was "sold out". I doubt it was ever available in the first place. Also the app spams me with notifications. Even worse, there's a 7 day waiting period to delete my account (linked to Google).

BAIT AND SWITCH Disappointed. App shows a tremendous deal on an upcoming flight that I want to book. Via the airline's website, the cost is about $900. Trip's cost was closer to $500. Same flights/same days. Great deal, right!? As I'm trying to book it, a pop-up message appears "Sorry. This flight just sold out." Attempted to book another flight to a different location... EXACTLY the same pop-up. Bait and switch. Sketchy. Do not recommend!

Have used the app for years of travel, and have recently had a few issues with it. The most jarring being arriving at the train station and seeing the train had been canceled. Trip didn't notify me of this, and didn't refund their booking fee, as, "the tickets had been issued successfully." It's ridiculous to pay a fee for a service that wasn't fruitful. Had to change to a flight, and pay two taxi fees. Needless to say I booked the alternative flight via a different app.
