Scam this app made me look for people to invite to get coins after I collected many coins they changed their policy and made the coins not work for electronics what a waste of time and effort I'm deleting this app and never ordering again from it very disappointing

Visual search doesn't work properly, when adding/deleting products, the basket is very difficult to update.

V-disappointing I ordered 2 under armour shoes in a different seller,, hoping is original because of the excellent presentation but when the shoes arrived its an IMITATION its NOT ORIGINAL it's a LOCAL SHOES, the other shoes was change into a different size tag from the original size tag. But the shoes is a big size in Actual. Some seller's here are SCAMMERS, CHEATERS BEWARE the shoes I ordered was shipped from Turkiye

The worst experience ever Orders are too late for delivery than mentioned They don't make a refund if you didn't receive the package on time You have to stay waiting till they deliver you the package whenever it's too late than mentioned, some time they are late more than 2 weeks I don't recommend for anyone Small update I tried to refund my money because for more than 4 weeks not deliver the package, they said not allowed I have to stay waiting the package whenever I get it then I can return!

Very bad service. I ordered a package a month ago and still have not received it. When I contacted the trendyol assistant, they gave a very cold response. They can't even give a proper answer to where the package is, and then blame the delivery partner (pts worldwide). Both the delivery partner and Trendyol are very pathetic when delivering the items to the desired customers. Dont fool for there customer care assurance.

Be careful when U order.. quality low.. I have ordered some items on Trendyol and it's been 1 month 1 item still pending to deliver.. poor app.. poor service.. Offers are very tempting but products are not as shown or described. I have been trying trendyol assistant for almost 2 weeks.. it's still says unavailable..

When I search for a product in the application, it always shows the same product and I cannot see the others. It's like a vicious cycle. No matter how far I scroll, it always shows the same product, which is pushing me to close my account. Can you help me otherwise I will delete the app.

iverall is a very good experience with trendyol. But a little bit of upgradation is needed. When i check my order status and click on tracking, then the back option is not available at here, in this case, i do to re-open the application.

I made one order from them on 15th May. On June 8th, I created a return, and until now, 29th June, no one came to collect the items. Contacted their customer service twice with no result. I'll never order again from them. And I don't advise anyone to order Update: (I contacted their customer service again, and they promised to solve the issue with no contact back or a solution until now)

Worst app. Can not search well, all the hundreds of items all together. And when you click on an item from an add it does not take you to the item, so ypu habe to look through a lot of stuff to find what you wanted in the first place. I hate it. Deleted it

Worst customer service: I had a normal return request which took them more than 18 days to process for pick up and until now they say they didn't receive the item from the shipping company and the item doesn't apear under my returned items section in the app, which is so weird as if i have never ordered it, they always say we will issue your refund as soon as possible, and they never give a correct date. It's not my bad that the shipping company is not good, they should be responsible for this.

Very bad experience, I ordered an item, waited for a month ( I noticed that my item got increased in price) then cancelled my item. Sorry, the item was returned because of a failed delivery process. While it wasn't even shipped! The CS response was " Sorry, the seller didn't ship! We have nothing to do"

Very bad policy of cancellation of orders. If you wanna cancel the order even right after placing an order, shipping charges will be deducted and non refundable. It's really unfair to the customer. None of the selling websites do this to customers. Why are shipping charges non refundable when shipping is not done yet.

if only they would stop sending me notifications all the time up to 7-10 notifications aday. turned the app notifications entirely off just to stop the spam. otherwise, it's a great app overall.

If you are a professional bargin hunter, you will be so happy with this app, you can get the pieces in quarter of its actual price or even less if you keep following the flash sales and if you are using the codes and fortune wheel. I had a problem with the quality of some pieces but the good thing is that you can get a free return and they will collect your return from home. Keep it up!

Love the app and the coupons and the discount codes. I ordered some clothes and shoes. Everything was good and arrived very quickly n nicely packed but the abayas ( from Vavinor) ( seller)were not good. They looked quite different from the pictures. The colour was different. The trendoyl collection things were very nice. I would like trendyol more if they add description of the clothes material like polyester or cotton or modal. It wd be helpful for us in buying

It is a good app as per reviews from my relatives. As for myself, I haven't had a chance to order because of contact no. Verification, of which I have done, but I don't receive the OTP for Verification, which leads to an error. I have stuff in my cart for almost 2 weeks now. I would appreciate it if TRENDYOL would solve this problem.

Well the offers are good to see, and let's see if I'm receiving the order or not. The only issue right now i can see is tracking order has a glitch. Once we click the track my order, it's showing the page of Aramex with delivery information. But can't back to thow homw oage. We have to force close app and come back again. Please fix this. And the delivery reference given by this app is not showing in Aramex website amd getting error. I'm not sure that I will receive my order or not.

For 2 times I have faced the same problem. I ordered some groceries, trendyol cancelled, but no refunds turned back! My following up from ASSISTANT DESK was a repetitive machine answer! Your money will be transferred within 2 to 10 working days. Now it's more than 1 month! Disappointing and not trustworthy anymore. There are plenty of other apps luckily. My time and money won't be wasted on trendyol ANYMORE

I have used the app a lot and I was having a great experience but when you disabled the ability to use the coins with electronic products unfortunately the app became useless for me after I was having a good experience. I hope you return it back as soon as possible.
