The market canceled the items, and they didn't refund my whole refund money. They grabbed 40 tl for nothing...also they caused me to lose my indirim Kopem for the first time using of app. I don't recommend it

I was using this app a lot, but lately I got disappointed and deleted it, they charged me for a delivery that was not delivered to me, when contacting customer service, they claimed that the delivery guy came to my place and I wasn't there. Who will order food if he is not at home? And why didn't I get any interphone call from the security if that was true? I deleted the app and will never use their services again.

I have never seen an application that treats foreigners with such disinterest and in such a vulgar manner. This app is racist. I requested an order, but the delivery person did not deliver the order to me, and my request to return the money from the program was rejected. Simply an application that robs you of your money and evades your rights when you ask for it

It's the cooking app I use the most, but the comments are a bit arbitrary. You can always comment on the same place. I think the comment system should be improved. For example, it would be better if users had a score or reliability level and comments were made accordingly. There may be very unrelated comments and they do not inspire trust. I can't go out of the places I know.

Hands down, the worst app ever. I can't log in with my existing Trendyol account, nor can I log in using Google, Facebook, or create a new user. Mind you, all of these options are there. They just don't work.

- In short, their service doesn't protect the customer, instead, it protects the restaurant. - If you bought something with coupon, the restaurant may not send you one of the items that supposed to be included in your order. (And if they accepted the refund they will not send the complete cost of that not sent item). - 👉🏻 Plus, the coupons aren't worthy, and the food contains lots of oil and solid fat pieces. Whatever restaurant you choose, they are all the same. 👈🏻 - And Lots Of Ads. ⚠️

Restaurants just attempt scams. Everytime you order more than one of an item, chances are you'll only receive one rather than the how many of the item you've paid for. Today I ordered TWO Tavuk Döner Dürüms, but only received one. It's just so unreliable and even if they do refund you, it's still a huge hassle to go through and you have to either make another order to fulfill the missing item, or dismiss it. There's also no English support which is a huge bummer. The restaurants lack moderation.
