Hard to rate the free version, can't zoom in to a useful level. Don't bother unless you are happy to just buy the app.

Great free app for walkers and hikers. Offers just what I need: offline maps and the possibility to import gpx tracks. I don't need the bloat from paid apps.

Very clean modern design. Good prices for extra features. Honest. Wish I could add custom layers and record tracks to external PostGIS dB... That would be epic.

Have just downloaded the app it looks good but have having an issue getting the France map to work. I subscribed to Trek me extended but it says "IGN maps are available with Trek Me Extended" followed by "your prescription to Trek me extended must end before you can select the IGN option"? Anyway to fix it?

You can't see tracks that you create and I can't download large maps. The dumb thing is is that you have to download maps. Normal GPS apps have inbuilt maps. If you have the same problem as me, try Gaia GPS.

This seems interesting but the font is too small to read anything while creating a map. Zooming in on an area shows more detail but the font doesn't get any bigger.

Does EXACTLY what I want in an app like this. Great offline maps. I use the OSM and USGS topo maps. Tracks accurately and it a relatively simple UI. Darn near perfect.

The font size for maps is too small on my phone (Openstreetmap on 2560x1440 screen). There's no search functionality when saving maps, making it hard to find the right area.

Would like to have an option for scale in miles but otherwise this is a very good compact application. It does what it does very well without a lot of bloated features.

Downloaded to use when hiking to track my route and use map. I downloaded 1 map, which added over 1,000 photos to my gallery. Couldn't see the map in the app so I uninstalled. Then spent 30 minutes deleting all the photos.

I tried to "create a map as directed ;" it is not user friendly. There were no instructions pertaining to how to do it. Also even with my glasses on I couldn't read the tiny print; neither could I expand it for magnification.

I like the simplicity and the clear system for downloading map tiles. It has access to a fairly detailed level of OS mapping, and track recording works well since the last update.

OMG, days of searching and uninstalling horrible apps and BAM.. This one comes along and nails it. Offline contours, saved gpx overlays with descriptions. My use is off road trail riding in the mountains. I'm so damn happy 😁. My search is over

It is not possible to acquire the extended version once and for all, only to rent it by paying recurring subscription fees ad infinitum. In light of the fact that there are competitor products out there that can be bought instead of rented, this milkingware has been replaced with a functionally superior alternative and is consequently being uninstalled as we speak.

Could you add the option to manually input WGS84 Lat long coordinates, which would then add a marker on the map. Also using OSM to have the option to download the maps for offline usage would be a plus. You see, some people have an old school GPS or a Smartwatch that displays the coordinates in WGS84 format. Being able to have the option to input those coordinates manually to see where they are on the map of your app would be really cool and useful.

Brilliant for France, limited use in UK. IGN make their maps available free-of-charge and a 40km x 40km square can be downloaded into only 300 MB of storage, and that's a super-detailed map that will zoom in to a scale of 1:15000 so shows all the farm tracks. Brilliant value at GBP 13.99 for a year. Doesn't access the OSMaps with footpaths, only the v basic OS maps, so for UK walkers it's best to stick with the OSMaps app and subscription (GBP23.99 pa)

Just an amazing app, if it's free maps are enough for you. It let's you download maps for area, and allows you to specify zoom levels, which can save some 80% of space! (I chose only the closest zoom levels, for example). Custom treks work great, and are fully customizeable, gps is also good. The app itself is super lightweight and responsive.

Scam. Paid for a subscription and asked it to download a map. Literally nothing happens. A download is pending apparently, can't do anything with the app at all. Total scam. Edit: apparently I can search for an address but the details are wrong and it can't navigate to it. Do not download this app. Literally the only function is a failure. Dev made a rubbish app and leaves rude comments when I give an accurate review. Do not give money to this narcissistic scammer New rude reply added. Pathetic

For a free/very inexpensive map app it's pretty awesome!! Controls are simple... App is lightweight and doesn't kill the battery... Edit: the new features a few updates ago are amazingly handy for downloading and or repairing maps... Makes downloading OSM toppo maps actually worthwhile now, they always seems to be missing blocks when you try to download them(OSM issues not the app)... New feature will go in and retrieve missing blocks now on new maps you get. 10/10 recommend
