Definitely worth to remove this app and purchase flight tickets elsewhere. I purchased a flight ticket from CGK to XMN this morning but Traveloka asked for extra 2 mio IDR to keep seats. Why would they sell tickets and demand extra money later on ? I would say this is the worst flight booking experience in my whole life. If you don't have the quota then don't sell it. Besides, why would it take 3 to 5 days to refund ? Customers need their money back in no time !

I have very terribe experience with this app too. Purchasing the ticket already passes by time by accident and the way system design for that purpose maybe. The automation & hotline CS doesn't work at all. Shoud delete this app and never use it anymore, losing money for this time is enough for me. Hope other people don't have same issue as me. I have a feeling this app are cheating people with their system design and terrible and bad AI personal assistant & poor customer service

Please fix the forgot password. I can't receive any OTP. Edit. I tried contacting CS and no one seems to know the answer. It is just a simple forgot password and no one seems to care. I need to use the app asap!

Contrary with what people believes about Traveloka, I believe this is one of the worst apps. The apps itself works pretty well, however they were really depending on AI and horribly underestimate human interactions. They really limit our interaction with CS by providing AI, futuristic maybe. But mostly not solving problem at all. I have no idea how in the world they believe this is the future and leave the importance of human interaction

App does not respect its own notification settings. Please update the app to respect in-app notification settings because I do want to receive updates about my upcoming flights. Just no promotions.

SCAM! Absolutely horrible experience with refund delay for over 100 days now... first they promised 90 days, now they say 90 'working' days. The airline that cancelled my flight transferred all the money to Traveloka 3 months ago, but they withholding it. Refund id 7466270. The app should be banned!

You need to fix this problem. It's been a year or more since i can't book a flight because your system said my data is invalid, how the heck could that happen, i input my data exactly as my ID and you guys said my data is invalid? You guys need some work to do fast

They are very difficult to communicate with through email even on the phone number that is listed, I called no one answered another bite I knew to myself that I gave the wrong date supposed to be I will not put it is June 25 July 2 to 3 I begged I'm with them, even if they don't give a refund, it's okay with me as long as they change the schedule and make it June 25, I just need to feel sorry for them, but what do they say they can't do anything because it's nonrefundable.

Bad customer service experience Difficult and very long process to get reschedule of the flight. Until now the reschedule was rejected, still waiting the CS team to reply my request.

Very very hard to complain for booking troubles. Don't use chat with CS thru application, have no use. You cannot answer their questions because there's no chat space to reply, even when you already used the latest version- so the case being end up closed due to "no response". Ridiculous!!

I've paid my booking by app on the day before checking in to hotel, and I HAVE GOT MY VOUCHER ON THE APP AND IN THE EMAIL AS WELL. I came to the hotel to get myself checked in, but all I got was the receptionist telling me that they had not got my name from this travel agent. They contacted traveloka just to give me info that traveloka is going to call me about 30-60mins, but an hour later i got nothing, they contacted the agent again to tell me that I HAVE TO CALL THE CS on my own. RIDICULOUS.

This app is a scam!! I book for Sunway Laggon admission ticket and been denied to enter the park. Called the customer service to solve the issue but they dont give any satisfactory solution. I ask for a refund because I need to buy another new ticket just to enter the park but they cant promise for a refund. This is a sham!

Very dissappointed with flight cancellation and refund process... so complicated and very costly. Once my money is credited to my bank account in 3 weeks, I will close the apps once and for all, forever will not use this app again.

I buy an air ticket on 24 july ,After pay going back to the payment page can't refresh keep waiting and no responding. After half an hour, Checked transactions and email, no update. I buy a new ticket and submitted. Traveloka Web send confirmation email after 1 hour later ,and deduction on 28 July. I asked for assist , customer service only reply will checked and keep reply flight company policy no refund Ask for reschedule fee is higher than original flight ticket

I uninstalled the Traveloka app because it is not honest. It shows a low price, even lower than its competitors like Agoda, until you fill in all the passenger details. Then, at the last step, it bumps the price significantly. I tried this with a couple of other days and even a few months ahead, and it always behaved the same way. They think that since I took the time to fill in all the information, I wouldn't stop at that point. Nice try.

Don't ever use this app if you don't want to end up like me. I booked a ticket and rescheduled it, but when I checked in, the airline staff said there was no baggage allowance for my booking, even though my app showed I had 20 kg of free baggage. I called customer service and the flight specialist asked me to pay for the 20 kg baggage first and then I could claim it, but it seems like a scam. Every time I send an email, they always say it's still being processed. Uninstall this app guys!

Booked a hotel, made payment, credit card was charged, but no booking made. Called the hotline, agent said he would check. Received email entirely in Indonesian that was addressed to me another stranger, saying her booking number was confirmed but not mine. Contacted agent on the app, 1 hour later still can't find the issue. Another agent emailed me and the stranger, repeating exactly the same thing, and doesn't seem to understand the issue at all. Terrible experience.

This was my favorite travel agent. But now, customer service is nonexistent. You can only chat with a bot, and if it cannot answer your question, well, too bad. You'll be waiting in the chat box for nothing until the system kicks you out for no response. So only order things here that you have 100% of certainty. Anything else, ordering through the actual hotel or airline is probably a better route as you will end up dealing with them anyway for issues.
