App is terrible. Great insurance but they clearly don't care about their app and every time I try to click on payment it just spins me out of it or logs me off. Have to call them for anything. Wont matter if I message their support, clearly others have the same problem and it's still an ongoing issue.

I've been trying to log into this app for a couple of weeks now, but, all I get is the loading screen after login. I've tried logging out, uninstall/reinstall. My wife has an iPhone & she experiences the same exact thing. This app should work so that we can access our insurance info if/when needed. I notice other reviewers listing the same problem going back months. Can this be fixed please?

Beautiful App! - I just signed up with Travelers insurance. Just downloaded this Travelers Mobile app and it looks beautiful. Easy to use, make changes, view insurance cards, and more. I saw some negative comments and a low rating and was kind of mentally preparing for a negative experience, but maybe they upgraded it and changed it according to the previous bad reviews. Today, it's really nice! Also, thanks for saving me thousands Travelers!

The app works but it needs some modern features. The fingerprint function doesn't always work. I had it enabled to my account but the app doesn't remember my username so i cant use my fingerprint. I think they removed the fingerprint function because i cant find the option for it anymore. The app also goes full screen so my navigation buttons are hidden which is VERY frustrating.

App is literally unusable. When I open it I am asked to sign in and once I do I am greeted with a blank white screen and a spinning circle. It never changes. No matter how long I wait it never loads. It was a problem several months ago when I was in an accident and needed to show my proof of insurance to the police. I had to call Travelers and request a copy of my card be emailed to me so I could show the police. The app has never once worked since then.

The app has constantly crashed and I have not been able to access my account and that is not acceptable! This issue needs to be resolved immediately! I should be able to have access to my account 24/7 with no problems! The update caused more problems than it fixed! I am all about forward movement and innovations but make sure it works like a well oiled machine! Please Fix it!!!!!

This app has an unresolved memory leak/battery draining issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21. It would drain while it was plugged in and powered on, but would charge when it was powered off and plugged in. That immediately indicated to me that it was a 3rd party issue. I tried deleting this app, and sure enough, my phone started charging while powered on and plugged in. I redownload the app and my phone is charging again... My suspicion is the app is leaking memory that drains the battery eventually.

IntelliDrive is not reliable or accurate. Reinstalled 3 times, called human type for help. Reply was Reinstall followed by gee! I don't know why it isn't working . Oddly it worked some days. Error also in distance traveled. Phone slip on seat was charged "distracted:" driver. Two times. I was careful to never use Phone to avoid demerits. Total disappointment product and service. Now I'm on record and not at fault. Thank you.

They recently pushed an update that broke the app. When trying to log in I get a message saying "Sorry something went wrong on our end. Please try again later." I tried clearing the app cache and then tried reinstalling the app, but it is still broken. It was working fine before the update. I'm on a google Pixel 2 with the most up to date OS/updates.

App functions, but every time it updates, I have to find my password or reset it. The last two times I need to show my card I could not get logged in and ended up having to reset both times. Last time was after an accident. Please Please Please, when you push an update make it possible for the app to remember my login information, or use the samsung password tool, for some reason, even though I set it to suggest, it stopped after this last update.

Your canned response indicates you will do nothing further unless I contact you. You allow me to view/pay the bill, but cannot share (doesn't function), download PDF, or print it. Nor can I find, view, or download the associated updated renewal policy. Only see the currently active policy. Don't know about others, but I'm never going to pay, without seeing the renewal policy documents first. So have everything available through the app before you send bill. 😤 And fix the share button.

Constantly getting "experiencing trouble" message, for example "payments" work and others don't or sometimes "none" shows up under payments, policies etc. having to log out and log back in. This is fairly poor example of how well they are as an insurance company. Better off keeping a screenshot or physical proof of your policy in your vehicle just in case.

This app is incredibly slow loading between screens. More than once a flow has failed and just sent me back to the login screen. It takes like 15 seconds and 4 clicks just to show your stupid ID card. - Edit - They've since added Google pay integration so you can save the wallet card to your Google account for quick access. This is actually super cool.

Garbage. It wont let me pay my bill by adding a debit card. Keep saying theres an issue for months now. Dont bother with it. Just go to their website. The app is absolutely worthless. After reading this reply to my review i just want to say that im not with travlers anymore. Going from 158 a month for two vehicles to 205 made us switch to progressive last month. So no more app anyways ..

This app doesn't record accurate driving miles nor the actual stats. I called multiple times for help regarding these issues. I followed all their instructions and it was never fixed. I wasted gas driving over 1500 miles and the record only showed less than 100. The app also showed driving errors when you weren't even in the car! This app is a joke. You never will get a good score.

What the heck happened to the app?! I use to be able to view my insurance CD cards without having to log in now I can't save them to my phone for quick, easy access. Plus, the app doesn't rotate, so when I do try to view the card, or show it for proof, I have to zoom in to read anything! What the heck?! This needs fixed ASAP! UPDATE 3/18/21: A month later and still no ability to save ID Cards to device for viewing offline & you still have to pinch & zoom to view the dang cards!

The app used to actually work a few months ago, but around January I noticed that nothing in about my account would show up. No claims or due dates for payments and even my policy wasn't showing up, insurance cards aren't available through the app for me either. It isn't really that big of an issue for me because I have regular access to a computer, but this problem renders the Travelers App useless. This might just be an individual problem but if a fix could be issued that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I'll just use the browser and delete the app. Thanks.

Great feature selection so far but the app runs slow and terrible. I don't think I've even seen the fake apps (that don't do anything) run this slow. I know it's not my phone; this phone is new and has no problems with any other apps or services. Luckily the info I need is normally on the front page, otherwise I'd likely die of old age before the information shows up. By the way, no idea how these guys did it, but they officially broke a switch. Hitting it has considerable input delay. Congrats!

App wont work properly....no matter what i do it keeps giving me the same error stating " we are sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again". I have "tried again" several dozens of times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times to no avail, cleared data, cleared cache, force stopped and I believe your app is in need of maintenance or update ....i wonder how many other people have this same issue?

The app is straight up broken. Every time I try to make a payment it keeps, spinning, kicks back, and repeat for a total of 3 times. Before getting a prompt saying there is a problem on their end. Its been like this since January of 2025. I ultimately had to go to the website and make a one time payment so it would go through. And have coverage. The App also runs very slow.
