Can't use due to network error, uninstalling. Got email after uninstall and got confirmation link but neither that or copying it to my browser works. I got frozen white screen.

Surpassing, keep it up with the updates. I have most of the current trade bots, and TradeSanta has been the most steady profit maker. To date, there are all the crucial features.

No Payment for PayPal, you're stuck with BTC, ETH,& USTD and the fee for using the network is almost same with basic package 20USD, with this payment limitation Im searching now for the bot with the most buck in return.

Just set up an account and have linked my kraken/kraken pro account to it and deposited into it, go to transfer from kraken to this but it just says something went wrong and even jf i put in my API keys it still says theyre wrong when they aren't. whats going on?

The trial is too short, I didn't have the time to learn it and it showed that I won money but my balance was the same, and before I learn how it works, it stopped and asked me to buy a plan, how shall I pay money and I couldn't use it?!!

Pls try and add ripple as an acceptable crypto for the subscription payment as ripple transaction fees are lesser. All those other crptos there have high transaction fee alone to even send it to the wallet address you people provided. Eg sending 20 USDT through ECR 20 alone from binance has a transaction fee even higher that the actual subscription one intenteds to opt for.

Dashboard non functional, bots seem dead also. Over a week, no trades, and no responses from dev team. I know I am on a free plan, but with this level of support, why would I log for a paid one? Managed to fix by deleting everything and rebuilding, but dashboard still erroring.

Nice and simple app. However... I can't navigate all the bots from the App, it shows only the last 20. It would be awesome to sort bots by last activity/unrealized profit !!!

no ability to edit bots, create new bots has no martingale formula, disabling bots doesn't have option to sell open position. In general this is nothing more than a monitor. the test bot is really kind of a joke compared to real back testing algorythems. Trade signals are extremely limited. trade Santa is bottom of the barrel but can make you some money if you always bot with the trend.

Played around with the service at first with a couple of test bots which worked. The 3rd grid bot however failed to make any trades today, meaning I've now missed making any gains in 7% increase in btc today. If you are going to use this service don't sign up with Google/Facebook via the desktop app. This sign in function is unavailable on the mobile app, meaning you can't use it.

After purchasing the platform became very buggy and would not accept the bot configurations I was submitting through the web nor the app. The purchases are not refundable so that is an issue. Also support takes a week to respond to email tickets.

Update: App is working correctly now. Thank you. App is not functional. Tried to create some bots but the NEXT button isn't accessible. So cannot create any bot from the mobile app. Using a paid yearly subscription.

I like this app but ive not made any profits even on breakouts 40%...and after the bot runs out of trades it puts your profits back into the market only to break even. Whats the deal with that? Im tempted to say it is useless so far but maybe its something i didnt do right. Any suggestions?.....I guess not its been a few days and the bot has gotten worse will be deleting it now and finding one that works. No way trade santa is ready to charge for this bot yet. Should remain free.

They immediately fixed the issue. I forgot to change my review. While the bots are quite simple compared to others I have used, i am making quite a good profit. You can't just set out and forget it, you have to check your pairs a few times daily. I will be definitely purchasing a monthly plan. Thank you developers!!

Been using this app for the last 5 days been really good very similar to 3commas but a little more simple, the only thing I've found is the app doesn't match up with the website when logged in. On the app its telling me I've made XYZ and on the website I've made more because I think the Grid bots aren't included on the app version. Hope this makes sense.

so far, this is the best and simplest bot from my experience. For the app, please add (1) calculated profit summary (2) add the take profit progress bar just like the one in web's Dashboard. I also noticed the Buy coin for commission does not show correct value. I set it to yes for all my bots but in the app all shown as Off.

Always getting "something went wrong" messages. Paid for a years subscription and do not get a response to my request for help. Can't use this site because I can't create a bot. (Also tried the web browser and that doesn't work either.). UPDATE: appears the problem has been fixed. I'd like to see new coins added to the bot list, when introduced in the exchange... but there appears to be a substantial lag before they become available.

I really like the service but there are some important problems with the app.the dashboard always displays that my total profit is 0, which is not true. Further, many times when creating bots, I can't set a value for stop loss other than 0.3 USDT, and frequently order step is set to 0% even though I manually set it higher. Will update to 5 stars of these problems are fixed.

Every time I try to set a new bot on app, checking I have enough currency, it keeps saying something went wrong. When I set a bot up on web page and want to check on app, it says no active bots. 14.01.20 - After an update, it does seem better now, I can set up new bots. Sometimes glitches and takes a few attempts to set one up, but definitely an improvement.

Thought it was great till i couldnt sign in on the app any more. The morning my trial ended i was unable to sign in on the app. Im able to login on an ipad and a computer but my lg g7 thinq cant login, i was going to subscribe but i would like my app to work first. Tried clearing data and cache, even reinstalled still nothing, just says "something went wrong". i understand its still in development. The service is great, the app is just a little buggy.
