Overall, I am satisfied with the App and Trade Republic's product. However, since ca. 3 weeks, I am unable to send money from the Trade Republic account to the reference account although I do have enough balance. I keep getting an unspecified error which tells nothing about why the transaction failed. I reported this 3-4 times via the chat assistant and via emails, however I always got generic automated replies. Trade Republic currently offers no assistance via phone as far as I know.

The app has several bugs, for example the "Add to Google Pay" button on the Card no longer works, and the "show details" button didn't work either Furthermore, the text of some information boxes is not completely visible; To be able to read all the text I had to reduce the "Screen zoom" size below the standard level in my device settings Finally, the worst bug was that when buying a stock, the "buy" button didn't work, the stock wasn't bought, this is unacceptable Android 14 - Galaxy S22

I cannot add address verification. The app says 'tap here to verify address' - but nothing happens. Impossible to contact support to report the issue, so here is my only chance. Website directs tou to app. App doesn't allow you to contact support (presumably as I haven't verified my address). This means I can't transfer money and use the app.... And yes - I have uninstalled and reinstalled...

The limit sell order is a bit unpleasant and dissfunctional. If you own a decimal amount of shares (e.g. 4.56 shares), you can't set sell order for all of them but only for a round number ( only for 4 in our example). A simple option to put in 100% or 50% is necessary. Very nice, easy and fast app. Fast and easy registration process and the customer service is very helpful.

Very good value for the customer that just wants to leave their money somewhere or have just an everyday bank account, but really lacks in features. Custom cycles instead of just months, custom categories for expenses, change the category of expenses/income, creating a budget, access to statements for your investment account, create multiple virtual cards, easily move money to your friends with a qr or their phone number or something similar and much much much more. It's way too minimalistic.

good app, even if you can sometimes notice the javascript serverside errors. i like the platform, like trading with it, and we'll see what happens the first time I need support :) i do wonder though, why the new update (1.8.2024) just made the money amount slightly smaller? such a pointless change, i liked it how it was before

The app makes me regret switching to TR. I don't do anything fancy other than a single savings plan. Still, getting inconsistent numbers is worrisome because I don't even know if it's just a UI mess or if TR really has them wrong in their database. As you can see in a quick online search, their support is null. Maybe I'll never know the issue until I move to a real broker...

The pricing is fantastic and is the sole reason I would ever use this app. The UI/UX experience has been one of the worst experiences and I think the team should be fired. No stock values or dates displayed, unintuitive menus and navigation, percentage change of wealth is incorrect, no real profit/loss tracking after a position is exited.

It's worth using only for the 3.75% interest on money deposited in the account. Otherwise, I do not recommend it: not only due to the non-competitive costs but especially for the poor customer service. I signed a contract for a savings plan, and Traderepublic did not honor the terms of the contract: for a month, I have been trying to assert my rights, but I only receive template responses, each time from a different operator who does not understand or pretends not to understand my simple request

Warning, funds disappeared after opening the account. I opened the account and transferred two amounts to my new trade republic bank account. The first transfer arrived, but the second disappeared. Good thing is that the support is responsive, but after 6 emails they still haven't resolved the issue. The question is, do you want so much trouble for some basic as a transfer of funds? The app does not feel secure enough to me now, I will not transfer any more money to it.

Way too minimalistic, but overall a good distraction-free investment app. 3.75% with no conditions is maybe the first reason to try the service. Ps. I am currently not able to edit the Round Up option only. The app asks me to pick again the stock and restart the process. I would love to see the minus sign before every expenses. Maybe with another color.

The conditions are great, possibly unmatched, no doubts. However, in my opinion, the app should focus more on basic functionality. For example, the history time frames cannot be customized and are misleading. "Max" is capped at five years even if the product or stock exists longer than that. In addition, I would really like to configure notification categories. For instance, I would like to have silent notifications for transactions but loud notifications for price alarms.

I generally like the app. However, it frequently losses onnection to it's database, and many features are getting frozen. This is usually fixed when restarting the app, but it happens too often. Edit: seems that frozen screen issue is resolved, still several other bugs regarding cash data & customer support in app is quite frustrating

Currently facing issues to trade, I can't buy any ETF or share since yesterday. I just want to buy the dip but the app won't allow me to do so. I tried contacting customer support but I can't get past the chat bot. This seems quite suspicious... Before that, I was fairly happy with the app, I might change my rate of the issues get solved

I like the product offering. But this app is very unreliable. A lot of times, the account details don't load or you are not able to trade. The frequency of how often it happens (in comparison with other trading platforms) is relatively high, which makes the platform unreliable. There should not be any delays and availability should be near 100%, especially during trading hours

Some of the bad UI update decisions have been improved by now (and it is somewhat better then Zero or Scalable) though missing some very useful features. For options on an index I'ld like to see the current index performance in points (similar to knockout on a single stock). Trailing stops would also be good. Or setting a stop loss via percent instead of choosing a price directly. Also a must would be limit-stop orders. Scalables chart to get percental differences from two points is very handy.

The new app is horrible, no proper overview. Just black and white, doesnt give a good idea of what is going on. Before you could easily click on a stock and change between gain in € and %, daily and cummulative. Also gone now. Their customerservice just gives automated replies stating that its the most "intuitive" system until now. Stay away.

Bring back the original layout. This new version puts everything in blocks of numbers and has terrible navigation. Why are you hiding Account Activities when they were previously as conveniently available in one place as in the bottom tab? Fishy. Texts are shrunk, so spaced out, and are now much smaller to read, too. Awful iOS-sification. Charts tell little worthy information. Did you even test your design? What product direction is this? Seriously considering switching elsewhere.

Since they updated their app, it's unusuable. The UI/UX is horrible. Simple information such as buy-in info is very hard to see, the notifications are now hidden and also hard to access. Everything is out of place and alignment. Sad to see a great app get a UI revamp for absolutely no reason and a worse outcome. Please, bring back the old UI, that's all that's needed.

App is great. The customer service is the worst thing in the history of service. Any email you sent will be replied in two or three weeks time with a template answer that 95% of time doesn't answer your question. Quite frustrating if they have your money. I suggest the app if you are looking to start trading and see how things work. Other than that is useless on the long term because customer service is so bad. I spent a whole year trying to transfer my assets overseas. Months of frustration.
