App continually freezes or produces a white screen if I add something to my cart. If an item is on sale and it says add to cart for price? It will not allow you to click on that item to add. Like other reviewers, the search feature is Bad, with not coming close to what I am researching. Very frustrated as I shop here once a week. If not fixed I will go back to using the website to order curbside pick up, but really hopeful developers can work out the Kinks

Update 8 Jun 2022, works much better! Skeptical based on reviews by others but gave it a try (again). I was able to log in after several tries (wouldn't recognize my valid password). App stopped working & froze a few minutes after logging in. Not sure whether this issue will ever be resolved. Had app in the past (several months ago) and figured it would be fixed by now, but it still malfunctions. May not even get the 100 points for downloading and using the app. Signed, twice disappointed user

To the developers: Test this and FIX THE BUGS!! For pickup orders, clicking on the link in the text message on arrival brings up the app and puts it in an infinite loop displaying the order details or the "enter the order number" screen. As others have mentioned, there are unacceptable delays when placing an order that makes you wonder if the order is actually placed. The same thing happens on the website, so maybe it is a server problem and not the app. Get busy testing and fixing this stuff.

There are still many bugs with this app. The app froze several times after initial installation. Shopping categories often do not populate. Individual product selection does not display product information or ability to add to cart. From the shopping cart to the checkout screen the pickup location is changed to another store and cannot be changed again. This will be a good app once bugs are worked out but I will not be using the app in the near future due to shopping issues with the app.

Poorly managed app. Clunky and slow. Tried to make orders for pickup on mtiple occasions. At one order I arrive at the store and they did not actually have the item. I had to drive 20 miles to the next store and make an argument for getting it from there. Other times the app would just crash and not allow me checkout. More recently, I filled my cart and went through the payment process and then app crashed - twice. I was charged both times but no order.

The app for me works just fine. The menus can be a bit overwhelming when it comes to finding a product that you want. My main issue with using the app and tsc in general is the shipping an delivery. The shipping has been slow for most of my online orders and the expected delivery date changes or is late. It is much faster to just go to the store and get what you need rather than ordering it online.

This is by far the most buggy app I use. Click on a notification that has something I'm interested in learning more about and the app opens but tells me "something went wrong!" and either stays on a blank screen or kicks me to the home screen. Same for emails. The only thing is good for is finding prices. Even then, I've ordered things to pick up in store that day only to be told oops, sorry, 2/3 things you ordered aren't available. Not very helpful.

Practically worthless. Not intuitive, very slow to load and it could use an option to edit your previous search term in case you just made a typo, but as it is, you have to retype the entire term anew. Pictures used are very low quality that can't be enlarged to show clear details such as to read labels, required since there is also no about section on the product page, another error. Not up to date on inventory, even showing items as unavailable at a location yet I go there and there it sits.

We love Tractor Supply, but not their app. When saving favorites, it saves items in multiple lists. Yet when searching an item on a list, the item page doesn't show the favorite heart. The app defaults our pickup location to the nearest store and doesn't give me an option to set the preferred store. Consequently, 1/2 of my order ends up at the wrong location. To "search other stores," it eats up valuable time. The app needs a lot of work, so I'm going to delete it again and only use the website.

Garbage app. If you want to pay your credit account bill you need to navigate into a submenu that's only available on one page, as opposed to having a link from the dashboard, profile, or anywhere else that makes sense. Not to mention that their login and password retrieval features simply don't work. No confirmation texts, no codes they prompt for are sent to you, etc. An exercise in frustration if there ever were one. Don't be tempted by the free delivery. Not worth the time and hassle.

So frustrated with this app! For the THIRD time I placed an order, you took the money but the order never actually processed. I'm forced to order again and wait 5-7 days for the original transaction to credit back to my account. It's happened more than once so you guys really need to get this glitch fixed. Also, when saving a favorite to "my lists" it's really dumb that once you add it to the cart it disappears from your list. I have to add to my favorites every time. Zero sense.

I love using the app! I would like to see a "save for later" option - arrival times on different products differ and I don't want to make multiple trips to the store by ordering all items at the same time when they are available at different times. Editing the cart to favorite an item and remove it can be less convenient than simply saving an item for later.

Glitchy. Any changes to your subscription items, always end up having issues. If you select to send now, I ALWAYS get an email a few days later saying they're having trouble processing order. Then, you can't even say cancel it, so it's just stuck with an error for days which completely defeats the purpose. This just happened, then I had to go to the store and pick up a new order I placed since the original was still just in a processing stage and ended up not going through. There's more issues

Just updated the app, and it doesn't work. When I search a category or an item, the screen goes blank. Update: The previous issue was resolved. Still a 1, though. I tried today to place a pick-up order through the app. At checkout, a $5 certificate was in the cart. When I tried to complete the order, it said the certificate wasn't valid. I can't remove the certificate (I've tried), and the app won't let me proceed to finalize the order.

I've continued to have problems with the checkout process of this app for at least the last year and half. I'm unable to checkout using PayPal or Google Pay. It's definitely an issue with the app, because I can use these payment methods with no issue via the website. It's very frustrating to not be able to checkout using the offered checkout options and having to switch to the website anytime I want to complete an order.

This app never works for me. It took three months and multiple requests to get signed up for the neighbor rewards. By that time I had already deleted the app, but they finally got around to sending me the confirmation email, so I redownloaded it. The app also will not let me add my credit card. Every time I try, it says there has been an error. The app is not super user friendly and is very clunky to use, as it loads oddly and extremely slowly.

WORTHLESS! Points don't accumulate. Been stuck at 434 points for 8 months and not showing any sale since. I'm in this store once or twice a month buying feed and more, and points have stayed the same, only showing 8 purchases, a fraction of all my purchases over the last 6 years. I uninstalled and reinstalled, twice, still the same. I called the number in the app and no help there. Asked about it in the store. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!! This app is WORTHLESS. Update 2/12/24 Still sucks!!

Pretty buggy. Will randomly take you back to the previous page when you're actively trying to look at an item. Will take you to reviews/change store/other links if you're scrolling through an item's page and your finger stays on a section for too long. Trying to read reviews and I've been taken back to the search page 5 times now. Pretty frustrating.

The app is terrible. The majority of the time, it says, "something went wrong". When it does work, the interface overlapse in many areas. Clickable links either don't work at all, especially the deals on your profile page. Or will you activate while scrolling over them. Unfortunately the mobile version of the website isn't much better either.

This app runs extremely slow compared to other online shopping apps. It also freezes up and has to be reopened. The search feature needs a lot of improvement. It couldn't even find tiki torch fuel in my store. Of course there is tiki torch fuel there. The app just can't find it. It's that way with many search words I've tried, with different descriptions and terms to try to get different results.
