The app works great. I can find my dog in minutes when she escapes. You do have to stay aware of the tracki battery levels, though and charge every few days.

Not at all accurate. Shows her a mile from home when she's home, when she's inside we get notifications that she's left home, when she leaves we don't get notifications that she's left home, did not notify us she left the yard and ended up getting hit by a car, had we been notified it may have been able to have been prevented. Only good thing I canceled and will be recieving all my money back.

I had complaints originally with the price & functionality of the device. Tracki customer service was very helpful and considerate while replacing a tracker. I'm excited to give it a 2nd try.

Although the subscription is far too much in my opinion the tracker is great, I am end of life and have dog walker's so I know where my dog is at all times and that he's returning to me safe and sound 😀 I must say though sometimes when he's back home it does show him as being across the road?? Which needs attention from the App.

Had issue with app would not work on my Samsung fold z5 but with lots of support from tech team via emails sharing screenshot etc it now works. Fantastic customer support so before reviewing negatively guys if it does work, reach out to tracki pet.

This has NEVER worked since I took it out of the box. Total waste of money and customer service is horrible.

The map is have a some issues with my phone but the problem has gone away for now. I love accuracy, it's better than tractive. The customer service is also amazing. The fact tracki does month to month is the main selling feature for me.

It keeps showing my cats across the street when they are inside the house. MY cat got lost during a 3 day rain, and he was stuck between two walls next to my apartment, but instead, it showed he was across the street. Poor baby was there for 3 days!! The sound is so low that even when I'm next to them I can barely hear. I got 3, 6 month subscriptions, and I'm so disappointed. Now I have subscriptions that are not accurate.

Some issues with registration, but fixed with a few calls. App interface is not as customizable as I would like (suppress buttons we will never use). Geofence is a box, not a simple circle. Box orientation is rigid and does not rotate to property lines for example. We will still use this tracker but have gone to another one with better features for the pets. Battery life is a major issue dead in a few days while others last almost a week.

Edit ... after my initial negative review I received a phone call from the company. They were very concerned and apologetic. They immediately refunded 2 months subscription, sent me a new device and offered 3 months subscription free going forward. The new device has a much better battery life. The location on the app is also much improved. Their aftercare is second to none. Not sure why there was a problem initially but they extremely obliging and quick to rectify. 5🌟 with thanks.

Perfect budget tracker. Just started with two Aussies and have had zero issues. The device is accurate enough for me to be confident in assisting me in finding my pets if they happen to get out. Subscription is priced fair for what it does, and I appreciate the service.

I'll give it a 4 because I am not sure why wifi is even needed. It can't know how far away or close the pet it. Bluetooth maybe but not even that is a good choice. If It needs to be in the app then make it optional. There should be no reason why GPS shouldn't be able to track it anywhere. We use other GPS programs and they are very accurate and this one should be too IMHO.

The app is very buggy. It seems to be coded by a 3 year old. I was unable to create an account in the United States. After a lot of frustration I eventually was able to create an account in American Samoa!?!! This after wasting my time in support chat. After creating the account finally, I went to my account and changed my location to the United States where they had another tab, not on the create account page, for putting in your state. Again this is sloppy coding. I am sure others have issues.

First device was fine but clip broke and he was able to get the device and chew it where it didn't work. So they sent another one and a different clip to "test". Well that one didn't even come close to working and once again, device was destroyed. So now we're on our 3rd device. This one would not hold a charge longer than 8 hours. I tried several times in several ways to contact someone about this and to once again, have the device replaced. No response and today he's lost. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We have a runner and we live in a wooded area in a subdivision. Unfortunately, Shadow got out and the closest the app could get me was '5-20 meters'. That's a long way when you're tracking your lost, scared, pup near a busy road. Additionally, we were in Florida and the app never tracked the address of our house, but the neighbors -two doors down. We have Android phones, but there's got to be a better option than this junk. Don't waste your money!
