Customer service is not great. I've been waiting for so long , I put in the call back option. It's been a few hours haven't called me back. The app logged my father out and it's not sending us the email for the code to get the password. It's very annoying, we rely on this tracker on case my grandmother with alzhiemers gets lost. The GPS itself is a little slower. It takes a few refresh to get the location.

I used this app with my device for international travel. A big issue is there is no access to billing or payment information in my account either via the app or on the tracki website. You have to contact support to cancel the subscription and I had to specifically ask for written confirmation of the cancellation. I can't change my payment method. I had no problems setting up the device and app subscription. Tracking worked well with no problems.

Seems to be working like it should. Just today it started with a pop up that there is an update and it I have the latest version. Not sure what that is all about.

Location is off and missing trip data. Not worth the monthly subscription. Started out good but not worth the buy. Even when my family is out and video call me I can see where they are, but the tracker is so off. It's showing miles away. This is a safety issue for my family. Come on Tracki, what is this? Really. I had originally rated at 2 but after I reported my concerns and spoke directly with someone over whatsapp, my device was promptly replaced, and I got 3mth free for the inconvenience.👌

making the payment month to month has been nerve wrecking. I try to make the payment on the app it won't let me . I try to do it on the website it gives me a error message then I call and they say it's a pending payment even though it gave me a error message saying "the payment can't be process at this time".I don't understand why they don't make making a payment simple for their users . now I have to call back in a hour to see if they can restore my service with a payment that I never made.

Great gps tracker with excellent signal range. The battery lasts a week, so it's also pretty good. The only downside is the size of the device (too big). If it would be smaller, I would certainly give it 5 stars!

Absolutely love this tracker!!! It has helped me out so many times I can't even count, price is great and so is customer service, I have been with them for a couple of years now and when my device is lost or taken off and thrown away tracki replaced it for free!!!! I have never had a problem with the service or customer service, honestly I wish all customer service was like them and as pleasant to speak too Thank you too all the tracki workers y'all are the best!!!!! Would like to be able to change the Tracki icon image. You get the option once you register a new Tracki. But can never change it again. Also it seems you can't track "inside" a building or facility. Like a department store. The Tracki stops at the front door. But seems to work fine inside my own house. Also, I can't toggle device name on/off (The middle option on the map's upper right menu). It turns on automatically after two or three seconds. Otherwise it tracks just fine. Google Pixel 7.

Actual location is off, it doesn't matter how exposed to the sky it is. You need a subscription for each device. Needed these for my trip to the keys, will need again for another vacation im sure, but the service is way too hard to cancel. Now I have paid for 2 months on 2 devices (80 bucks) for a weeks worth of use. When the app on the phone does work, you go through a long drawn out process (tracki id, amazon or website order number, email, phone number) talking to a bot, someone will call me?

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL your subscription. The cancel page is completely broken and when contacting support, they just ask for the email and device ID, both of which they already have and then don't actually cancel your subscription. Also the wifi "safe zone" feature (similar to geofence) they advertise is COMPLETELY FAKE. I searched everywhere in the settings and it was nowhere to be found. I asked support about it and they wouldn't tell me either.

App was working until last update? Problem is the app no longer shows notifications. To view them i need to sign on to the PC website portion of Tracki. The history doesn't show up anymore. Changing my review to five stars. I was contacted personally and had this issue fixed in the matter of minutes. Thanks goes out to the support team.

It gives you notification when it moves, but when you open the app, it doesn't show that the vehicle/person is moving. It's just to stay in one place. It would be nice if you open the app and the gsp moved it will also show on the map that is moving. Paying 24$ a month is not worth it. And the battery only lasts a week. Which isn't good either. And am I getting track when I don't have the tracking with me. It doesn't make sense 😕

Love this device and the app. I use it when I travel with golf clubs or other valuable items. It updates quickly so I always know where my item is. One of the reasons I chose this brand is the ability to turn the subscription on and off as needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I have to call support or enter into a text chat with support to turn off the subscription. I can turn it back on right in the app, so why can't I turn it off from the app.

Update: I was contacted by Tracki & sent a new device which works great! I respect a company that stands by its product. Will buy again This app is terrible. I used to have a few of these tracker about 2 yrs back and they were far more accurate and detailed then than it is now. Doesn't tell me how long the tracker was stopped, alerts me that they left a geo-fence and when I got to the 7 day report history; which is approx how long I've had it, the dates and alerts are from Sept, July, Aug...

If I could give it 0 stars I would... Battery barely lasts 24 hrs ... In what world would someone be convenienced to recharge a GPS tracker everyday? I subscribed to the 1 minute update, doesn't update for 9-10 hours at a time . Don't waste your time on this one. The alarm that it's moving is delayed by hours. In the customer service form one of the categories is device not updating- big red flag. Customer service works as well as the device. I demand a refund.

If I could download a picture, I would show you how the tracker.....which I have 3 of, are all in different locations.....some 3 miles away from the other. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Get a TRACTIVE Dog tracker if you want an unlimited realtime tracking device. I upgraded, and paid extra, and it only allows 15 real time tracking looks per day. It's seriously ridiculous when you spend less on a dog collar, and it does so much more. If they don't like my review, then change your way

Update: Today, i tried to charge it & it won't charge up at all! I have the original device as well as the extra battery/battery case. I bought this April 2024. Why is it not charging?! It seems to have slowly died. Love this for the most part, though over time, my notifications are lagging. When I started months ago, it told me as soon as the car left the driveway, now it doesn't tell me until 5 minutes after the car is gone! I've updated it, re-downloaded, cleared cache, and nothing helped.

Used to work, now the device doesn't update when I attempt to refresh it. It's stuck in two days ago. Glad I only purchased one for testing purposes. As of now, my equipment could be half way across the country, and I wouldn't know it. Seems I'm not the only one having this issue. Giving an additional star because it used to work well. Update: User error. Support identified that I had set the device to sleep when not moving. I immediately remembered doing so. Stars reflect the awesome service.

I bought this to keep up with an elderly parent. Upon my cursory testing it seems just okay. it does get the location fairly close. I want to save as much battery life as possible so I only want to be able to track it on command. every time something bumps the darn thing. it sends me a notification and email in my phone. I don't want notifications every time it moves but I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn that off. if I can get this figured out i can bump up the star rating
