had Tracker for a while, recently I am unable to log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still no luck. it's very frustrating.

I've tried everything short of uninstalling the app to not have the app play an extremely loud hooting noise when I start driving my car. Not getting any help from the help desk. Is there no way to change the sound or switch it off? I've emailed you over a week ago and still have no response. I've emailed app support. No response.

The app takes 15 minutes to open, even after restarting my phone and reinstalling the app. Not ideal for an app/service that is suppose to help monitor you vehicle position.

I can't get this app to work. When I log in it just goes into some loop cycle that makes it flip between server calls of some sort and gets stuck in these loops.

REALLY REALLY BAD. Hangs when open app, then you want to log in, the redirect page never loads. How are you supposed to check you car and items if you can't log in. FIX THE APP

app constantly just buffers and I have to reinstall to get it going. even with a good signal, it always just buffers and I'm unable to track my work fleet. very inconvenient

I've been emailing you guys to report your app that doesn't work, it never opens and when it does , its always lagging. What if something happens to my car and I need to track it and then I can't cause of this damn app that never works and you guys never answer my emails.

Note to Dev: The app often does not load and the widgets freeze up. If I don't use the app for a few days and try access it via a widget I get the yellow tracker login screen and it takes ages to log in. If there ever was an emergency this would be terrible. I use the app to keep track of my family. Please fix the login and stop having the app crash or become unresponsive. Even the widgets break and log out Not a great experience at all. Note 24 Ultra with latest software installed.

I have 3 devices. I don't get notifications on all devices. stay logged in option but it logs you out. it also offers you biometric login but limits it to one device. So if you have 2 devices you can only login on one I have safeguard on my plan, I don't get notifications. if I do it's long after time, no real time tracking must keep refreshing and then it's still behind. Tracker has no engine cut option, way behind competitors. Cartrack in one of the cars different story. they way ahead.

This app sucks! I purchased a new vehicle, I cant delete the old vehicle, which is sold. The new vehicle is added, but I cant view anything on the app about the vehicle, no trip logs etc, but can still view everything on the old vehicle. I cant send an enquiry via the app because in the required fields I can't type info.... how stupid an frustrating, but tracker takes my money every month.

App cannot be openend without camera, storage, location and phone access. This is excessive for a app that is primary feature is to monitor other objects. The app should be able to run with no/minimal permissions. In response to Tracker's reply: that is just a symptom of bad design then. These permissions should not be required (and we should not even need to have the discussion on whether or not we trust Tracker with our personal information on our phones) for a app to show my car's location.

I had Tracker for a long time and on the app I could always track my vehicle in terms of location. Recently, I noticed that the app isn't providing any details except my car reg no. However, online it makes mention that my car is moving and in which direction. I logged a complaint. The guy says the features is restricted & I must now upgrade at a cost of course. This restriction happened all of a sudden with no notification whatsoever. It's a Money making marketing scam. Appalled and disgusted!!

Worst app ever!! I've had to reinstall it frequently, then it still doesn't work. Time-lag for alerts sometimes (+-60%) takes ten or more minutes to come through, even when manually refreshing. The latest issue is that my login Password doesn't get recognised and if I try to change it, I don't get the OTP, not even after 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the insurance requirement, I would have cancelled it immediately and go without it, or check what CAR TRACK can offer me. So in short, RUBBISH APP.
