Sir: 1 Track application is a very useful app. I use this app to track products from AliExpress. It is very important to improve one thing in the app, the thing is: 1 Track Apps login to AliExpress and after importing the product in the tracking list, I think it is very important to give the option of logout to the AliExpress account. I hope you will take my application seriously. Thanks.

Just a lousy app! Doesn't track anything! States not updated yet by post office and indicates that Purolator was checked also. In the mean time the package was delivered 2 days ago, and all transport info & history was clearly available on Purolator's tracking page. Hate being lied to about the app's abilities! Total waste of time. 0 stars if possible!!

Developer put a bug Report link in the app to help people who have problems with the app, but then ignores all emails describing troubles people are having. I think this app is more for show then functionality. Dev also states that we can import our packages from online stores then lists Amazon, ebay, wish.... none of witch are available to import. I think the reviews for this app are fake cause it's useless.

A devoted user of a very popular tracking app for years, I experienced over its lifetime, that its completness and accuracy had degraded. Like so many other apps that spiral away for a lack of interest in product care or improvement... just because they garner a high user rating. Never to realize that their users will rarely complain, but will just disappear. After many similar app downloads and testing them on some existing problematic orders in route.... this underrated app topped them all!

Update [1.2.11]: (+) Copy tracking # now possible; (-) Ads appeared; (-) Notifications appear over and over again on archived packages; ••• Shows the recipient's name (for some packages) and other tracking numbers (if available). Translation not reliable. No copy-paste of original text. No way to select haulier, if it's not auto-detected you need another app. I haven't tried import as I have concerns about privacy.

Works very good. The option to turn off ads just like that instead of forcing them, made me leave them on. Great app. EDIT: I had to reduce the stars. The app is constantly sending notifications for archived parcels. Please add the option "Received" and stop the notifications.

Maybe one day it can be very good, when there is account synchronization on aap and on the pc site, without that it is just another application that does not do what users really need, so I am uninstalling it, because I only use applications that are of real interest in being good, not an incomplete and meaningless thing to exist. When the developer makes it really usable and after testing if it is really useful, I change my assessment, until then I don't recommend to anyone to value his time.

This app is missing too much vital information to be convenient such as expected delivery date and location. There is a map that is zoomed out enough to provide country information, but I need to know what city it is in. There is a button for more provided information but for some reason it doesn't provide the information the official website has. I think it could be great, it's just not finished yet.

Most of the global tracking apps do a decent job but this one does an excellent job recognizing who the courier is, translates the tracking status and push notifications so you can stay on top of your parcels from ordering to delivery. I order often from Wish, Aliexpress and DHGate and i like to know where these items are throughout the process. It also has the ability to pull in your Aliexpress orders without having to copy and paste.

I entered 4 tracking numbers from 3 different couriers. It only properly tracked 1. The other 3, while it pulled up the origin and destination of the package, it was unable to show any tracking updates. These packages had all been shipped days ago, and I had been successfully tracking them on 2 other apps and through their individual courier sites too. Was looking for a potentially better app, but this certainly isn't it.

App seemed fine until I added my first package, then an ad popped into both the package list and the actual parcel page when I went to check its details. Would have rated higher and kept it installed if there was a way to pay to remove ads at least, but there's not so I removed it and will use a different app.

I've installed the app about a month ago, added 15 active parcels and receive zero push notifications about their updates. When I enter the app and try to update the status manually, it is very slow and very often fails to complete the update. I have parcels from multiple carriers from China and US, so it's not a problem with a carrier. Total waste of time.

Best tracking app, I really like it and best of all is ad free and no sign-up or sign in with account is required. I prefer to disable push notifications as it drains more battery (so I don't know how well that feature works) but I love that I can turn them off. In terms of tracking, it's one of the best and most accurate apps, I tried other apps on the store that are more popular and have more downloads and positive reviews but none of them were actually able to track most of my packages.

So fat the details provided for the tracking is ok on the app itself. If you're looking for more deets, you'll have to click "website" on the bottom right of the tracking area where it would show you more insight. Forget trying to click maps.....it doesn't work.....period. Notifying me of when my parcel will arrive.....well nah.....nothing yet so far.

It is an eccellent and very detailed tracking app. One of the best, if not for a couple reasons: it doesn't post any notifications despite even having the option enabled. I remember this being an issue years ago when I switched to another one (that currently works no more). Auto importing used to work back then but now it just lands on the orders page and does nothing. Map function is new but shows nothing. And with all that I use it because it displays a lot of information.

Settled on using this tracking app after downloading (and uninstalling) about 6 of them, this one is easy to use, add packages to, has equally good tracking info compared to any other website. The map feature needs work. For NZ, it shows all packages arriving in the sea off Wellington. Actually they're in Auckland city airport. No internal transit points are shown. Also one package shows jumping all over the world back and forth not even in the countries the tracking events show.

This app is pretty cool it also has the ability to where you can go to your settings and turn off the adds if there bothering you and there is no charge. It's a 5+ app

Best thing I can think of is it's free, the adds aren't very bothersome, and you don't have to register. The bad part is it sends out alerts when nothing has happened. While running this app and another for comparison this app failed to show a current update. When I manually refreshed the update showed. What good is that? Deleting app.

The absolute best tracking app I've found! Ive purchased countless items from all sorts of places with various shipping services (China, France, US) and this app has been able to actually get the latest updates for every single tracking number I've thrown at it! Super easy to use with great QOL functions (auto paste when a shipping number is detected, notifications) and the UI is great with a dark mode option and map tracker for your packages.

I debated on what to rate this. I would go with 5 stars if the notifications worked. I have them turned on in both the app and in my system. I like that you can easily import from aliexpress and it also shows you a picture of the shipped items. It's helpful when you've purchased similar things from different sellers. I like how it lists updates from the different shipping agencies but I wish it would link to their official sites. That way I can easily double check the information is correct.
