Trash service...I get this trying to make a call..."We noticed you attempted to call LIBERIA Is this really you? If so please reply to this text message with Y then process your call again. If not please disregard this message. Para espanol responda 8 "........respond Y and went back to make the same call and call was ended with this same text message sent again

I'm happy to report much improved performance. Seems to work as well as before my 6/25 review. Feedback function still not working. I caution users & developer to beware of possible negative effects of updates to other apps and/or operating system on the individual device.

never worked. waste of money buying global calling credit of $10. It still never worked for the same numbers that worked easily with other competitors like BOSS revolution. The customer service via chat could not even solve this issue. It's just a pity that my $10 is just sitting there stuck with tracfone global calling credit as just a waste of money. It should not be hard like this, if this international calling concept works perfectly with competitors like BOSS revolution.

It used to perfect better calling with my husband's phone he has another carrier. Now all of sudden I can't make any international calls at all. All it says unable to make call or it takes up to 10 minutes for the screen to let you call. This is ridiculous.

when i down loaded the app last year i was able to call canada. Now i get a message saying my service does not allow this. i called tracfone and they told me i had to update the app which I did. It still didnt work. i deleted the app and re-installed it but it still doesnot work.

This app does not work ! I installed it on my android Samsung galaxy phone and I have a balance of $10.05 specially for international calls on my tracfone account, but it does not show on the app installed on my android phone. When I try to make a call, it fails because the app does not find my balance. I tried to get help from the Tracfone support but I got only automated answering system which found apparently a problem and tried to fixed it. But it did not address the problem which still remains. Very frustrating when you have to make an urgent call abroad... Totally useless !!! Update 5/5/2020 a few hours later...: I contacted Tracfone and tried to get help with my app issue. The representative did not seem to understand my problem first, then asked me to reinstall the app and run it, which I already did before. I did it again but it still did not work. Then as the representative fell short, she tried to transfer me to higher level for help and put me on hold. After 20 minutes of waiting, I just told her that I did not want to waste any longer my time and I quit. So, i am still left with an app which is not working and I cannot make international call although I spent $10 for it ! Tracfone need to fix their app and invest more in their help desks.

This App does not work anymore! A message "Wait a moment please" then the whole screen flashes constantly!! Only way to close it is to minimize the app then close the app. Very annoying, as a long time Tracfone customer, please fix this ASAP.

I am trying to make an international call to Canada. I can’t call using my phone. I downloaded the app. It comes back with no internet, and only allows you to select ACCEPT. I do have internet. This app just doesn’t work. I am so upset trying make a simple international call to Canada.

Really disappointed Tracfone doesn't recognize my telephone contacts. When we first started calling internationally with tracfone, we could dial right from our contacts. Now it will only dial from the international contacts it puts onto the dialing app which many are left off and very inconvenient for calling internationally. Very disappointed in the change in the app from a few years ago. Think Tracfone could make significant changes to make it much more user friendly!

Only gave it 1 star because the app exist. This is a very bad app it doesn't make international calling any easy. It continuously tells me that l can not make the call yet l purchased international credit. I tried getting intouch with the service stuff and so far no change with the situation. I'm disappointed.

it just plain doesn't work. when you try to access your contacts within the app the app crashes. The only option is to set up frequently called numbers which are individual toll free numbers for up to 10 contacts until they fix the app.

I attempted an install on a new Pixel 3a phone with Android 10, and received the same error message as the reviewer on September 8th. The install works, but get the following message on the last screen of the configuration for permissions, etc.: "System error Try again". I also tried to uninstall and reinstall, but same result. The app worked fine on my old phone, so maybe the issue is no support for Android 10?

App stopped working completely after 1 January. Cannot call out internationally anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled no help, now it won't even recognize my phone number. Support called and worked on it for a day, then gave up. Would not download until they fix it.

For about a month now I haven't been able to use International calling. Whenever I call any number in Germany the phone goes immediately to a busy signal. I've called several numbers in several cities in Germany... same results. Talked to technicians at Tracfone multiple times for many hours and they are not able to figure it out and/or fix it. Until now everything worked fine! So disappointed!

Has worked well in the past, but recently stopped working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but after going through the setup screens each time, it states "System error Try again" and to contact customer service if not resolved. I called customer service, pulled the phone battery out and reinstalled as they suggested, but that didn't fix problem. Maybe there's a glitch in the app.

Bad first impression. The first thing this app did was import roughly 30 names and numbers from my Contacts list. But only 2 of them are international and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove the 28 non-international numbers. So, straight away this app created more chaos and clutter! Very irritating. However, dialing directly from the app is straightforward and call quality is good. The core function of this app is very good; the extra features could be improved or eliminated.

Edit: app still acting up. Still flickers and unable to use even when on tracfone data. Please fix so i can call friends & family overseas. Thanks in advance Prior review: Normally, this is a great and easy app to use, but for some unknown reason, cannot use it today. Never had this issue before, regardless of if on data or wifi. Today, I'm on wifi. App wo 't fully boot up. I had wanted to call some overseas friends to use up my int'l minutes. I have the latezt update too
