The app keeps crashing and can't open up at all after latest update. Despite multiple attempts had been made including clearing cache, restarting phone, uninstalled n reinstalling app etc, but still can't get the app to work. The best Hari Merdeka update version by TnG

I had it for a long time, now it force face recognition even when you go to config and turn it off, so I uninstall it. And no, wasn't one time, was everytime I wanna pay something, and if a car pass at my back or any light blink in the night can keep me there for several minutes just for that one step.

USELESS APP. 1, ALL MY TRANSACTIONS AND REQUESTS ARE GONE. 2, Your rewards system is redundant. So much points for cheap vouchers and stupid lucky draws. I would rather you allow us to redeem those points as cashback or reload pins (NOT your stupid lucky draws reloads). Those 'lucky draws' are such a slimy trick of you to pull, nobody even knows if anyone actually wins the things you show.

1. Received notification on free reload PIN item waiting to be claimed. However, after click on the notification, there is no any of mentioned item to be found in the app. 2. All the advertised "free reload PIN" claims or lucky draw are fake as the chances to win them are zero. 3. Too many advertisement notification. 4. Application updates are forced to users with no method to dismiss or postpone it.

i would like to topup tng ewallet online. But the way to topup is not user friendly. It takes long time to topup thus my online banking doesnt show bank as "Touch n Go eWallet". You need to revise how it works for all online banking. The guidance shown is not helping me. Quiet dissappinted and make me feel doesnt want to use tng ewallet again. Please improve.

I only have one problem thus far... THE PARKING SYSTEM IS ALWAYS ERROR. I clear cache sometimes, refresh apps, nothing work! . This always being a nuisance. I wish i could able to give picture here. But yeah, the parking part is always error. And i need to pay my parking asap before i get saman... please help fix this bug. Thank you.

Before this I'am having no issue with reload TnG NFC. But the past few months, the reload keep become unsuccessful. This happened a lot and I almost losing my sanity with this app. This always happened when I urgently want to use the TnG NFC. Not sure what happened but based on my last call to your contact centre seems to be system issue. I have no issue with other service in this app. Please improve. I'm regularly using highway and require this service urgently.

My early experiences are okay, but recently I can no longer scan DuitNow QR even though I've already activated the relevant function in the app. I've also enabled camera permission AND updated the app to its recent update. However, I was able to scan a few other QR, but for most of them, I can't. Please help resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

I never encounter any problem before but today I had a problem with the app, i installed it and uninstall it a few times and it still doesnt work. i press on the TNG icon and i cant even get in the app anymore. it just crash. even after i restart my phone and try to access it.. itll be the same. please fix this asap.

I downloaded the app because of friends suggesting how easy it is to use and to make online transactions but I have troubles logging into the app using my passport. In my device, I don't have the option for passport in my ID type. I hope that this problem will soon be resolved, other people too are unable to use this app as how it was meant to be because of this problem.

Got some error since last month. GO Reward and Alipay+ Reward page encountered long loading time, we called unable to load/use, just freeze white screen there.. Many page unable to load like usual. Please take a look on that issue,please fix it immediately , wanted to redeem my points. i missed to use all the feature. Rating will be adjusted back once problem is fixed. Let me be a beta user to help report an issue.

I bought the dinosaur charm and wanted to add it via the app. However it kept rejecting-error pending transaction. I only have the apps for transaction statement as both my current touch n go cards can not be linked (the older version). I do not use the apps for other usage. Nothing can be done and chat with CS is useless! Giving the assumption solution without allowing time for any response and immediately close the chat.

One stupid thing, every time i tried to top up enhanced tng card from the app, the first time it would failed. Ok the money goes to the ewallet, but still the subsequent try the amount is charged again to my credit card. So i end up spending twice the amount for example 100 goes to ewallet and another 100 goes to the tng card. This is so frustrating, why not you allow to transfer ewallet balance to the tng card? This happened EVERY TIME i top up tng card.

E principal user interface isnt user friendly. Also, stuck on an advertisement from tng with promo code merdeka. With no way to close it. When i press go back button it go back to main page but when i press the little 'x' it close the principal. Then, how the hell i check the money i invested? I've been annoyed by its UI before but now this make me rate 1 star.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Recently travelled to China and you don't know how useful tng is, alipay integration, direct conversion and CNY ewallet as well. From Malaysia to China, tng was the only app that was super useful. Just needs a bit of latency fixes but otherwise the best overall ewallet ever. I can have 10k in my ewallet and utilise the best of it. Great job Malaysia, very proud of this one 👏

It's quite frustrating. Keeps on prompting to scan face. Each time just says unable to recognise, been trying for ages without success. Now unable to login to the app :( Just tried face scan again for 40 plus times with different light settings. This is the worse experience, still unable to recognise. Lousy app. If possible, I will give -100 review

Unreliable apps I ever used. Most of the time have to relogin back with your pin / passkey then face recognition. Too many security features. Also the worst customer service i ever come across. No live chat and most of it are through via email communication. When you want to select the problem you have it doesn't show and very options you have. When paying for parking also very slow to pay and then it says server error. Not most places can pay for parking via EWallet. Very bad service.

Hello TnG eWallet, could you please somehow add a feature that allows users to rearrange the Favourite list, instead of just editing, deleting, or adding Favourites? Another feature that needs updating is the receipt view and sharing option. It's great that we can share/send the transaction receipts, but the design could be improved to look more polished, add more colours and cool design, unique. Also, consider adding more margin on the right and left, as well as the top and bottom. Thank you.

I am facing a bug where I cannot scan my nfc tng card when i am adding my card. It will tell me that the card is wrong or to not move the card too quickly. Found out the issue, it was the app issue. I tried installing earlier versions (1 8.26) and it was working fine until i updated the app. Have been emailing with the careline department, and was told to wait future updates to fixed it. Currently on version 1.8.35, still not working. And now you are forcing me to update by 7 Sept. Welldone

I was presented a black screen for about 7 to 8 secs each time I launch this app(version 1.7.94.1 & the version before). This undesirable delay during launch certainly disturbs you when you're standing at the cashier, ready to make payment. But you cant. It starts too slow ! Cashless should be quick & convenient ! I also noticed the amount of adverts has increased in sheer numbers, sometimes beyond 10 notifications per day. That's too much !
