I've done everything I can. they eliminated and erased all my pictures. they keep sending me the download the app which I obviously have. I'm going to unsubscribe and go back to Google if I get one more. if there is something I'm missing explain it to me don't threaten to shut the app down. They also tell me to upgrade my payment yet they have gotten paid $150 and I'm not sure what I got. except all my pictures eliminated.

Cannot see Total Drive on my mobile. I am paying £10;a month now for ( it should be for10 TB) but I can only see 2 GB. How do I back up my photos and documents from my laptop, ipad, and phone? I am finding this very frustrating right now because I want to be able to save everything on Total Drive in order to save space on the above devices. Please can someone help me?

If you want to ask a question, good luck. Because of the confusing billing at sign-up, I approved the purchase of another app I do not need. They have no way of contacting them about it. The email address posted here did not work, and my email was returned as undeliverable. If I can not get this corrected I have paid double. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me. You're a business, and your customers should have an easy way to contact you.

I believe that this is a great app except for the constant text messages that they keep sending to me about upgrading my storage and that I am running out of storage space. If this continues to happen then I will just go back to Google One and pay the $20 per month for 2TB of storage that they offer.

got an email from my regular cloud saying I need to pay before it gets closed out. leads me to a link for this (thinking its some kind of extension to the regular cloud) and it said all I needed to pay that day was $1.99. ok. whatever. I can spare that much...AND THEN ALSO GET CHARGED $34!!! and no one wants to reply to my email asking for my refund and canceling the subscription! imagine that! why did I get charged both when only advertised the $1.99?! id like my money back please and thank you

its a great idea but the download transition from phone to app storage is absolutely ridiculously SLOW. when not in the app it continues in background and its literally been over a month now and its still not done! that needs to be addressed asap surely it woukd churn through the photos do you can delete them to free up space but its just so damn slow its driving me crazy. can't delete it or i lose pics and vids forever. for a PREMIUM version its disappointing

A pain in the tail. l will be deleting it very soon! it's also a pain in that l cancelled the subscription not long after joining and yet you are STILL TAKING MONEY from my bank! Check your accounts. 7/15/2025 $9.99 taken!.

do not like this app. there is no way to cancel it. it stated charging 9.99 and I got all kinds of pop up adds on my phone once I down loaded. I want this dame thing off my phone and can't get if off

they keep charging me 9.99 a month then at the same time, they say my account has been canceled and all files will be deleted. I cannot get a hold of anyone. my bank keeps sending me notifications they are withdrawing money.

I'm not appreciative of what TotalDrive is doing to MY photos! They are MINE. Sooner rather than later, I will figure out how to get my photos back into my SOLE possession!

I just want to stop ads. I do not want to download a bunch of backed up old photographs, through this total drive cloud storage thing that you have going on now. all I want is to stop ads, scammers, and soliciting. I have already processed my payment, I do not want anything, extra! please just sign me up to stop ads and fishing. They kept harassing me to pay them, but would never be available when needed. So I decided to let them go and sent them the trial payment plus the first one regular payment then said I wanted out. Somehow they keep saying I need to give them my payment method. For over a month I ask them to identify themselves and they would just say that they would take my images away. Still would not identify themselves. Never was there when I had questions. I'm done with them.

I've just downloaded this app today, I've been fooling w I th this app and my entire phone's integrity, since the installment approx 8-10 hrs ago, I'm still having issues with pop-ups, seems like my phone is worse, with just more junk added, this is really frustrating.

I won't use this. I explained it and asked them to unsubscribe me. I thought they had but ta-da $9.99 was taken out of my bank account anyways. Now I don't know about you but I have to wait for them to decide if and when I get my money back. so please be safe and try any other app that does the same thing or you won't get free they will just keep taking money. Even after you cancelled your subscription. BEWARE
