Be careful if you have a loyalty card! Changing your address on the app, even if it appears to save correctly, DOES NOT WORK. The app pulls from loyalty card data, even if it's a decade old, and it's not possible to correct. You won't know until too late, and customer service claims they cannot see the addresses or help in any way, and that it's a long-term, known issue.

Review about the app experience, for me personally I have had problem after problem with the app. Please do not misunderstand I absolutely ADORE all of Torrids clothing and accessories they fit amazingly and last so much longer than other plus size clothing. I just feel, as far as the app goes that there is work to be done as far as glitchy type of nonfunctioning stuff always happening to me.... it prevents me from doing more shopping for sure.

Don't get me wrong. I love shopping with Torrid but their app is just irritating. If I see something on their catalog I usually cannot find it. If I see something on their main page and I am interested in it because their showing it, I usually cannot find it after clicking on their links. The app and the website needs improvement. Don't misunderstand, I will continue shopping with them. However, it will only be in store and no where else.

I like the app for not having to constantly sign in to view my wishlist but I wish they separated the "in stock" from the "unavailable" like they do in the web browser version. Or if they put them in order from recently saved would be easier to look through. I dislike having to scroll through every item I have ever added to try and find something I recently added to move it to my cart.

Love Torrid. The app could use some work. I agree they should have better notifications with tracking orders/ shipments. I also have issues with my wishlist. It will not let me add anything to it. There's only one item in it, which was added a long time ago. You're supposed to be able to select a size and click the heart icon, and it should be in the wishlist. Definitely need to work out the bugs.

Some items aren't worth what they charge. mainly the shoes and bras. They price things so high because they know the demand is there. not that their clothes last any longer than Wal-Mart or any other stores clothes. And the rewards program make you spend money to use your reward points or Torrid cash and its only certain times you can use it. So it's not that great of a rewards program.

the prices do not match the quality. cheap rayon, polyurethane, and cotton blends going for over 100$, and starts pilling after a few washes. it's a shame they leaned so heavily into fast fashion and middle aged mom prints and garbage graphic tees. app itself continuously buggy. after the latest update, the bottom navigation buttons on the app do not respond on my zflip 5. the app itself crashes randomly. this is a brand new phone, so not user error. it has been buggy for years.

I've purchased quite a few things from the app in the past and decided to re-download it. The main reason I deleted it the first time was because i bought items that where sold out. I re-download today, years later and face the same issue. I hope they start cutting off the sold out stuff BEFORE actually selling out. I'm not waiting for several items to ship knowing that I won't actually get them and will be faced with a cancelation on the orders.

I've ordered off the website and app before with no problems but since a month ago I cannot check out. I keep getting a 'review payment settings' message as I try to pay for my items. I've checked, rechecked, deleted my details and put them back in countless times and I still get the same message on both the website and app. There's nothing wrong with my details or payment settings. Super frustrating.

Prior issue with the cart was fixed, thank you! But now when I scroll down thru numerous items to the bottom of a search page it pops up a screen that states something along the lines of "nothing matches the search criteria". Which causes me to have to go back and start all over, I lose my place because the items are all arranged different on the page. Frustrating. Otherwise a very good app, makes shoping easier. Wish you could add to wishlist from cart.

Unbelievably bad app and gets worse every single time I make the mistake of attempting to use it. Reviews disappear, can't view pictures, and constant errors at checkout with no idea whether I'll receive my package, have my credit card maxed out by the 100 attempts at checking out, or get nothing at all. I won't be making this mistake again.

I've been shopping with Torrid for years & I always find the very best deals. I can't stress enough how wonderful their deals are, as well as their programs for earning $20 reward certificates & "Torrid Cash," which basically takes 50% off your purchase during certain redemption periods throughout the year. Today I was able to use my $20 bday reward toward my purchase. Thank you Torrid, once again, for not letting me down! I got a whole summer wardrobe for less than $170-including footwear! ;)

The app crashes a lot. I ordered over $150 of clothing on torrid only for their delivery service, USPS, to claim in their paperwork that we refused the packages. Had to contact customer service to get a refund. Jeans are good quality but all their articles of clothing are severely over priced unless on sale/clearance. Don't buy through the app if the delivery service is through USPS. Apparently they've been having issues with them for a bit.

Torrid is the love of my life! Very cute, quality, current clothing. I like to look good at the size I am. Most plus size clothes are fuddy duddy. Torrid has the style for any event - weddings, funerals, parties, holidays - I have found exactly what I need for all these occasions over the decade plus that I've been shopping here. I go to other stores to look and always leave dejected and frustrated. Do yourself a favor and GO!

I like the app better than the website. The website kept taking me in circles. I would put stuff in my cart, then when I would go to checkout, if I tried to use my Torrid cash thr website would return me to sign in, then it would dump everything out of my cart. It did that to me three times in a row. At least the app let me go through checkout without a problem.

The app, store, & clothing is cool, but... !!!🚨DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CREDIT CARD🚨!!! I did in May & it has been a NIGHTMARE!!! Here's why: they want your bank acct information or they want to charge a $9 fee to pay with a debit card. They do not properly notify you if anything is wrong in the acct & if you find out something is wrong & you rectify the issue, they still freeze your acct & demand you pay 3 payments before you can use the acct again. Comenity bank is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!

Can't shop without being harassed by the location notification. I have my favorite store set so I don't see why location access is such a huge deal for torrid. I miss the "new and now" tab. Daily drop table is not showing everything that's new. I liked having everything in one spot so that I could just scroll down until I got to older items. I don't understand why you guys insist on overhauling things that aren't broken.
