To be very honest. I prefer this service because i can be anywhere in the country and i can top up my phone credit and have data 24/7. Its simple, connect your Visa Card (Debit/Credit) to your flow account after you've connected your flow account to your mobile number. Install app or not but you will get a top up for sure once you have a connection.

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would. I send credit monthly to Jamaica from canada....I have never had any issues. For the past 10 times I have tried to send money with my visa...gives an error "currency code". I have always chosen canadian currency. All 10 times money was charge to my credit card then reversed. Did send a message through the app, and yet to get an answer back. Will never use this app again. Waste of time.

Awful. This app consistently gives the wrong information about data plan balances. It gives you the wrong time of data plan expiry and as a result all of my credit was run off while i thought my data plan was still active. Even as im typing this, the app is telling me i still have data left and the time hasn't expired as yet. This has happened before, but ive only now realized that the app was responsible through misinformation.

Love this app, i have been using this app over a year now. I don't have any issues with it, i don't even remember what a phone card looks like. Only issue i have is that the minimum amount to top up is $650. Please allow for the minimum to drop to $100. my reason for saying this is because i only top up with the 28 days unlimited plan and just the other day i wanted some credit to send an international text message....... I had to top up $650 and now i have an additional $600 on excess credit.

well it is a excellent app to use and it shows the time and date when plans and primary balances expires on the mobile devices.

It's a really convenient way to actually top up..one thing I don't really like is the auto renew top up which can be clicked to on by accident and charges ur credit card without u even realising..so I think that should prolly not be there to be clicked on so easily...I think it would be better to put that in like the settings option or something...

Poor app. All it shows is what you owe. Data information does not appear readily in the "Lobby" window as it does in other cell phone apps and as suggested in the Play Store pictures. Does not help much in monitoring your account activity

Awesome 👌. Swift with no hassle. Thank you. It has never been this easy for me to top up. Thank you 😊. My only concern is that I want to make my payment with straight EC Dollars in St. Lucia not US Dollars.

What is the purpose of a flow Lend app if it's not lending anything, the purpose of the lending is so people can pay back when they have cash available. This app ain't no different from me going and pay for a top up at the gas station, I prefer the other one, at least if I was strap for cash I could put on a plan and pay back the money later, as for the points I accumulated it was a waste cause they weren't going towards anything, you all need to go back to the drawing board

Whenever time I sent topup to a person most of the time they don't get the service they want,and when they ring the customer service they tell them its not topup its something else and they don't get back they credit nor the money. And that's is very annoying and disgusting and everything that's bad 👎 You people need to do better 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Service was unable to be used and I purchased a plan. unlimited is not defined with regular understanding of limitations. it is sometimes 2 to 3 hours

Is not functioning always. Has no function to stop a plan. SMS code to stop a plan doesn't work either. So, one gets into trouble cancelling the auto renewal.

I tried to top up a friend's phone payment was taken but the top up was not received, my friend went into a Flow store and said that because I was from the UK trying to top up a Barbados number it would work. The app clearly says that is possible. I tried to contact Flow via the message service on the app but no response received. Very disappointing service, or lack of should I say. I'd give zero stars if I could!

App is deficient as it does not allow users to get details on usage. An alternative company shows details of usage akin to a mini statement detailing amounts billed. One can easily track usage. Additionally it does not allow one to transfer credit to another person. This should be standard.

Zero stars aren't an option, only reason flow got 1. CSR in store like robots telling customers "there's nothing we can do" when they can absolutely do something. The wait at the store is ridiculous. You will absolutely receive a text saying you're 2nd in line, don't get too excited, 6 people and an hour later, you're still not called. Throw the whole system away, it's not working. Do better!

A lot of negative reviews made me hesitant to install this app. I took a chance and the experience was perfectly fine. I didn't top-up, but instead renewed a plan. That was very straightforward. It was intuitive, but I am not yet able to figure out how to initiate autopay. That's why I haven't given it 5 stars. I should be able to select the recipient from the "Recents" list and enable/disable autopay using something like a checkbox. The page mentions "Auto Renew" but it is not clickable.
