Trying to sign into the app since the wwe tops slams app is closing down but apparently when i put all my login it says ive entered the wrong username or password. I go to change my password and it asks for my username which says was correct then i change my password which said success. So i put my same username and new password and somehow its still wrong. This app is messed up and dont bother trying to contact support there useless. Cant believe im gonna lose a years worth of cards. Sort it

Normally I don't write reviews. But I'm irritated. Either I'm simply doing something wrong or what. I been a Topps Slam player for a few years now. CAN NOT LOG IN VIA FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE. Can't even get in through email. Changed password multiple times.. I'm really hoping this app gets fixed. Alot of money invested in the Slam game. Even in the Marvel and NHL Topps games. We want to know what's up? We shouldn't be struggling. Figure it out.

Facebook login no longer works. Password reset doesn't work either. So, unless something changes, they've pretty much ripped most folks collection off. Can't imagine they will be able to compete with Panini much longer. Gotta figure this is where Bunt is headed. Hugely dissapointing and an embarrassing effort by what was once a respectable brand..

Should be a zero rating. Just seeing that everybody else has the same issue and topps doesn't seem to be doing anything to fix it is frustrating enough. But also, we've paid money into your apps to build our collections and you wont take the time to fix it for those who were and still continue to be loyal to your apps is just disappointing :(

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to get the app to work. I have contacted customer service and followed their instructions but it will still not allow me to access my Slam Account, which I'm going to assume now is essentially permanently gone. The whole process discouraged me from continuing to play the other Topps apps for fear they will be inaccessible someday. I try to steer away from one-star reviews, but I'm at a loss at what to do to get the app working.

*UPDATE 2024* This app is still completely unusable, no way to sign in or view any of the collections. I've spent real money on these cards and cannot access any of them. DO NOT DOWNLOAD complete waste of time and money 😡 Terrible, won't let me sign in to view TWDU collection that I've spent actual money on, no way to get a refund and no way to view my collection.

16/3/22: Says you can only select one of the archived collections if you had an account. I had/have an account to huddle, yet cannot select nothing. For years I have never been able to log into this thing. What are you guys doing? Update 20/2/23: After years of trying to log in, I have finally been able to lock into my huddle account using this app. In fact, this is the first time this app has ever worked for me. I won't change my app ratibg because it shouldn't have taken me years to enter.

You need an account to use the app but there's no option to create an account so there's nothing I can do on the app except look at the login screen

I'm unable to login to my slam account through this digital archive and it says user credentials not found?! Like why the hell is this happening? I need it fixed topps no matter what and this is a issue which must be fixed on your end. It really frustrates a person who spent all the time and is unable to access his/her account. So fix this if you want us all to change the review. Edit- The topps team has fixed the error so do give a try contacting them. I got my slam account archive. Thank you.

Everyone had a problem logging in. It shouldn't take days of contacting customer support in order to have access to your collection. Get it together.

I got this app because Topps skate is shutting down but I can't log in. I've tried for multiple days but it just keeps saying there is an error whenever I try to sign in with Google.

Here's hoping one day topps aquires licenses to make these traceable again, or perhaps make a centralised aftermarket cross brand old content trading option. Maybe even enable these to be transferred to an active aftermarket like quidd via linked accounts/email options. Am glad there's still links to our old accounts but wish they were traceable or sellable, seems like such a waste of all that time and money

Can't log in with Google and I'm reading they make you switch login methods and then uninstall and reinstall all the apps? This is ridiculous and should have been fixed long ago. And we can't even trade the cards once logged in so what is the point???

I have had this app installed since they announced they were ending the WWE Slam app. I have tried to log in ever since and still today in October 2023, I still can't log in. I have tried everything I have read and what I was told to do by customer service and I still can't log in and enjoy my collection. Now it's March 2024 and still can't log in. Would be nice to be able to view my slam cards.

I feel robbed from my money,I spent a lot of my real hard earned money on this collection for it just to stopall I can do now is just look at my collections, nothing else. Really a waste of money and time collecting for it to end up here in a vault that you can not do anything with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TOPPS APPS. They take your money then close the app before they make a new one all over again.

After contacting Topps by email, and jumping through all the hoops, I can now log in and view my archived collection. I was forced to switch away from Google login because that is apparently the problem, I had to uninstall all Topps apps, then reinstall and login with the new way. Not ideal, and idk why they can't resolve this entirely from their side instead of making us do all the extra work. ..as for the app, Im surprised there is no trading feature, but at least I can view my stuff now
