The game doesn't even load anymore. It's acting like it was removed from the my phone and the store, but it's definitely still here. I can't even open the game to a loading screen. It's just 2 characters fighting with a black backdrop

It's been multiple months and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game refuses to load. Before you respond to tell me to "contact in-game customer service" YOUR APP DOESNT LOAD. YOU CANNOT REACH IN GAME CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE YOUR. APP. DOES. NOT. LOAD. I got it from the play Store, it's a free game. There would be no point of getting it anywhere else.

Game won't load anymore. Fully updated Galaxy S22 Ultra, always either with 5G UWB network or my gigabit WiFi connection. Doesn't matter, won't load. Edit: Emailed your support over a week ago, still haven't gotten an answer. Feeling a little scammed here as I have spent money with you guys... Edit 2: FIX YOUR GAME. IT'S BEEN BROKEN AND UNUSABLE FOR FOUR MONTHS. AND YOUR SUPPORT DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS.

No new content, Devs let people who can exploit the game continue to play not a great experience for the people who have stuck by this..... Nice automatic response, I have made contact in game and I get, please wait we are working on this, how long does it take to figure out someone is using an exploit?

Game does not want to load at all. All I see is a head rolling across the screen. I know there's a resource update on the game but it's not giving me a pop up notice anymore other than maybe an hour ago. I cleared out my cache, restarted the phone, turned wifi off and on. Still nothing. Will rate this more stars once it's working again. Update: I reinstalled the game and it works for now

I haven't been able to load the game it gets to loading game details and never starts. I have tried to uninstall then reinstall, clearing my cashe, restarting my phone, and turning on wifi and shutting it back off and nothing works it's been 4 days

Love playing this game, nice changing events and plenty of options to play without required purchases. Recommended for people looking for a game that can be played alone or with people in groups as well.

Used to be fun.. but for whatever reason skills are locked on cool down so now half the fun and half your power is gone because cant use the skills even though they are unlocked and equiped its just in constant cool down and other features have bugs that won't allow to collect prizes or says already have collected but still shows as not being collect. Also customer service is trash and never responds

NOTHING like the ads. It's literally just an auto-fighting game where you level up your stats. Already full of ads that are way too long. Timers take too long (a full minute for the first one with no free skipb unless you want an ad. You have to watch ads for everything, even the daily quest rewards once you complete those quests.

I think there's something wrong with the game. I won't let me play videos to be able to keep playing the missions that use keys. I am trying to unlock another level but it keeps telling me that it is the max times the advertisement can be viewed. I also can't get more props to do the digging

Every time I watch an ad for a re-ward, if I watch 2 in a row, the second one keeps saying network error. Try again and doesn't give me the reward, making me watch Nutley adds, someone infinitely, and never giving me the reward. Stop letting me waste my time on the ad if I can't get the reward. I was invested, now I'll never play this again, so frustrating.

Game won't load anymore. Uninstalled multiple times. Doesn't work. Also, game is very, very pay to win. Game creators have no idea how to price for US market since they are clearly Chinese cash grabbers. Levels are stupidly creeped up in level of difficulty. First, bosses do way too much damage. Then all of a sudden, you don't do enough damage and oh, by the way, there's a freaking timer of all damn things on the fight. Like what the hell?

It's not bad, one of the better games of its type. It just has too many bugs. Crashes, ads not giving rewards and saying network issue, ads not loading at all, things not working like the new facebook freebee not giving the rewards after I went to the link. The biggest issue is ads. I watch alot of ads, this is an ad farm. You better make sure it works perfectly cuz not getting a reward about 1 out of 5 times makes me want to quit right away.

There are too many things happening all the time. It's hard to focus on the main game when every 5 seconds there's a new page to click on, a new mini game, or a bunch of red notifications hashes that most likely lead you to a micro transaction. It's a very crowded game that doesn't really feel like a game, more like a to-do list. It feels like 75% of the content is just fluff to hide the fact that the core gameplay of fighting and leveling your gear is too easy and not paced well.

The most recent reskin of a "game" that was barely able to waste your time to begin with, the only thing that makes it stand out is how buggy and laggy it (I've sadly played several of these and this is the only one I've had these problems with) is with barely being able to use it for about 20 minutes (at most) before being forced to close and restart it from it freezing or some other glitch.

Game is great and super fun to play, but having to watch 50 ads a day or pay 5$ a month is a bit wild to me. At least give a permanent ad option. It's not like the game doesn't have plenty of micro transactions that it needs that as well. That's also not including the 5$ you have to spend for auto blessings if u don't want to watch 3 more ads every 20 minutes.

It's a fun, somewhat unique take on the idle hero type game. It's also a cash grab. The most powerful heroes are obtainable after spending thousands of dollars. HOWEVER, the game provides ample opportunity to collect most heroes through F2P. Furthermore, although being a newer app, I expect more adjustments to follow. *Dropped to 2 stars because the game is nothing like the photos you see when you view the app in the store*
