The application network is poor,l can't recover my wallet with 24 recovery phrase.The app is showing wrong phrase after I back it up and jote it down. while my coins are inside. my friend account too is experiencing the same issue. @tonkeeper

Very user friendly when it's completely open but so boring due to slow booting before it opens, I advised the tonkeeper owners to upgrade the wallet software upto standard like other wallets for smooth opening operation.

This app gave me one of the worst experience in coin swapping process Lost some bucks trying to swap to usdt and eventually ended up getting their so called ton energy instead of performing the actual swap. Pathetic!

This app caused that i lose my not voucher I wanted to send this voucher to another wallet and this app has got shown a contract address (which belongs to another single NFT in my wallet) as an address which I've sent fund to recently but I didn't even copy this address and this bug caused that I trust this app and choose it and then I figured it out my NFT has been sent to a smart contract and tonkeeper support haven't answered me yet

I purchased ton through moonpay in this app, and it gave me usdt. Then I try to swap in to ton coin an I don't have enough for fees so I thought ok I'll just send the usdt to another wallet but it won't accept any usdt addresses from trust wallet,binace,meta musk, an much more wallets I tried sending to an I don't even have a promo number to charge the battery very frustrating considering its alot of money I have just sitting ther but can't withdraw

This app have scammed me,I copied a wallet address and sent about 2,500 not to someone kucoin,on the receipt of the transaction was a different wallet address and the receiver never received the money...it broke my heart,and I'm going to pay a blogger to podcast the fraud in this app

Very bad....I advice not to use. I've sent ton the first time and they changed address. I sent $87 worth of notcoin just to notice that the address has been changed.... Until you refund my money I'll continue to post this. Useless app

I had a token sent to my wallet that hasn't been listed yet which kept showing UNVERIFIED TOKEN, I was told that after listing it, it will no longer show that. It been 3 days since it has been listed but yet still showing UNVERIFIED TOKEN, I can't even swap or do anything with it.

Ever since you upgrade the app, it lag so much, for me to login, it takes forever. Kindly look at the loading and speed for end-user to have a good experience.

A very good app that is user friendly. I'm only having issue with the time and date automation, my device's time and date setting is automatic but the app always prompt me to set my time and date.

If you are about to download this app i highly recommended you read this, recently i wanted to transfer my coins to binance but when i have already sent the coin i saw the Address was changed and the address belongs to them as i realized it was the exact address that sent me toncoin when i recharged in the app. I tried to contact their support in any way possible but it doesn't seem like they'll ever respond. This is obviously not what you expect. Let's see.

All my $not token I intended in transferring to another wallet was used in recharging battery fee, and I messaged them to help me reverse it so i can pay the minimum battery recharge and send continuewith my transaction, but nothing has been done till now. If they resolve it, I will come back for a positive review

This app is the worst thing ever, don't download it, use telegram instead, You need gas fee for EVERYTHING, even if you want to swap usdt to ton (to use as gas fee for another transaction), if they can, they'll charge gas fee for breathing while on the app. No customer support, I see they keep replying reviews and adding support_bot under the reply, but the telegram support bot doesn't work, there's no way them. Once I'm able to get all my coins out of this terrible app, I WILL DELETE IT.

I downloaded this app to store my notcoin and ton following the recommendation from telegram, little did i know how much of a fraudulent app it is.... Tried my first transaction by transferring 0.07$ worth of ton to my trust wallet and upon completion of the transaction i noticed an automated change of the intended wallet address,hence my ton never arrived... That's scam of the highest order and i think summoning the fbi wouldn't be bad😔

I'd give 5 stars, buuut.. I've been trying for over a week to buy TON to be able to transfer my NOT. Every method they have for me to pay does not allow me to purchase. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if someone could actually help me with this, but it hasn't happened yet. Oh I forgot , it wouldn't let me connect my wallet to the @mywallet in Telegram.

MUST READ! MUST READ!! MUST READ!!! I sent Notcoin to my Bybit wallet, a significant issue arose. I copied the wallet address directly from my Bybit app and pasted it into Tonkeeper, including the necessary memo. Everything seemed correct, and I proceeded with the transaction. To my dismay, after sending, I discovered that Tonkeeper had automatically changed the wallet address to theirs. This manipulation of the address is highly concerning and, frankly, unacceptable.

I love the app for now. I'll come back in 2 weeks to edit and add. I gave 5 stars before, but I have received about three deposits, and i get the transaction history, but it says "too long to trace," and then my balance doesn't increase. There's no support team to contact. The bot doesn't work. So I'll take out two stars until I find a solution to my issue. (Edit)
