don't download this app if your want a stress free day/week.I transferred money from tonik to seabank and now more than one day it's still processing. I'm contacting in app support but agent is not answering. I pulled out all of my funds from this trash Digi bank

At first, there was a great loan offer, but after I closed my account and tried to loan, they only offered up to 20,000 with higher interest compared to my first loan. Big disappointment. Already deactivated my account.

no point using this app as said on the app wait 24hrs for loan to progress ive been waiting for 2 months still nothing no calls or anything to verify been using this app for almost a year for my incomes. now i wont be using this im going back to paypal

This apps doesn't deserve even 1 one star, its difficult to take the loan it keeps repeating my currently job after i fix the location after i fi,its keep repeating asking my job and location service to setting .stupid i did it more than 5times already.this app also a scam never deposit your money

adding IDs with the ID scanner was the most difficult experience ever. There's no option to just upload a photo or a capture button to make sure you took the damn photo of the document. Instead you have to wait if the AI gets it, which it doesn't, putting the process in idle and makes you go back to step 1.

Since I updated the app to the new version, I couldn't pass through the resetting of password. It keeps on verifying the information then informing me that the app logs me out even though I didn't log in yet. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and now I couldn't even get through the first landing page. Pls. Fix this.

Truly great customer experience ❤ As for me Tonik is best loan app and the best bank that offers high loan and easy processing. They have great Customer Service that readily reply to my emails at around 1am to 2am. Thanks much Tonik Bank. **Update: My experience with Tonik is truly amazing! I just have today an upgrade on my flexiloan, was given a new loan and my balance was deducted from my new loan 🥰 I am so grateful. Couldn't thank you more Tonik Bank ❤❤

When I got my first loan it was nice and fast. I loan 25k in April 2023, payable in 12 months. when July came I decided to pay the full 21,669k so I could get a big loan and that was the most wrong thing that I did. The second time is different. I was decline. My budgeting skills are shuttered . Well, it was my mistake too, I should have just followed the payment schedule😅. Sumakit talaga ulo ko dito

I have sent thousands to another bank, and I have yet to receive it. Was told that Instapay does not work but it isn't disabled from the app? What more, since Instapay does not work and Pesonet only works on weekdays, my money is basically trapped in Tonik until they freaking solve their app issues. Been a long time user tho. This is sad Update: they gave back my money after a day. Edit to 4 stars

Pls add a qr scanner. Pls allow us to keep/retain same password when asked to change/update like the rcbc and bayad apps. It gets confusing to always change and remember the password specially when I keep it on mind only.

I've been using tonik for months. However I'm quite disappointed because I just repaid my remaining balance and planning to apply for a loan again but they rejected me and it feels like it takes forever for them to reevaluate my account to re apply for loan.

First of all, I think the app is promising and cute. I love the features too. The problem is after a few successful transactions, all my subscriptions and online purchases are getting blocked and declined. Customer service sucks they don't know what it is nor they have any suggestions or troubleshooting to resolve it. The sole purpose of me using this digital bank is to have an effortless experience in making an online purchase and it failed. I will take my business elsewhere.
