The app doesnt refresh when changes are made on the web app. The mobile version has to be killed and restarted before the changes can be seen.

In many ways, the app is not as intuitive. If I could wish for one thing, it would be a widget for the home screen, that would make it much better for me

Slightly clunky, not much personalisation can be done on the app, not given the choice to see month view or day view.

The windows desktop app is awesome (I'd rate 4.5 out of 5), but this mobile app is so bad. You simply cannot do anything useful in this app, not even easily view the calendar.

Still missing a lot of features but heading on the right path! The web version of this shows the promise the project has. Just found out about this and I'm already a fan!

Mobile version is not usefull at all. The navigation is terrible. It is not possible to zoom in to see all your daily tasks.

Hi. if you're using it for personal use remember to assign yourself to each task (in the details window of the task you can do it). Otherwise, this app won't show the tasks and it will become barely useless.

In the website I don't use the timeline view, I use the board view (i came from trello) and this app only shows the timeline. Are you going to add board view to the app? If not, then it's useless for me.

Can't open attached files in app. Trying to open it on web on mobile is just impossible. Ok for viewing tasks on the go but not seeing attached files is huge disadvantage.

I love the app honestly, but why would you have different scrolling behaviours in desktop vs mobile app? Yes users can adapt and get used to it but I'd really prefer the same natural behaviour in both places (horizontal in both or vertical in both)

Hi teamweek! We love using your app on desktop. On mobile, is it possible to have different views? Full week or month in landscape? It's a bit hard to see what everyone's doing with the current layout. Thank you!:)

Very pleasantly improved! Almost as good as the website now! Now, it would be awesome if it was possible to just tap a time slot in timeline view to open the task set up panel at this date.

App ran fine until "daily overview" feature was added. Now the app is stuck on the notification telling me about the feature, and doesn't let me use the app when I press ok. Using latest Android, on Google pixel 2.

Please can you implement the horizontal scrolling and can we make sure that events are in time order somehow. Unless I can't find the option to do this, we would benefit greatly from having this as a standard setting. We have had a few confused team members mixing up their schedules as they get more and more filled

Very disappointed. When I downgraded my number of users I had no opportunity to save any information on those users, causing loss of data. Also email verification links require download of app even when using only the web app. Poor experience across the board.

Designers have made an excellent site, however, it seems they don't care about their app at all. You cannot add a checklist, move tasks to make the order you'd like. After synchronization with the website, there is a high chance of mixing tasks with the way app wants! Conclusion: this application is a forgotten experiment made for fun.

Going to echo the sentiments of others here in the reviews and say that this is an incomplete app. It's strange because Toggl Track seems so much more complete. Are they not by the same development team? I also found it very concerning that there's a different login process. Track has the usual Google option, but Plan only had the standard under name and password. Also, why are there no real options? No dark mode option as there is with Track and the web version of Plan.

UPDATED OCT 26 2018: Extremely impressed with how quick Teamweek was with addressing this issue and fixing it right away. My app works perfectly now and I have no complaints! :) Loved this app until the newest update! The daily overview freezes the whole app and doesn't let me use it. The occasional time I'm allowed, I'm on a read only though Im the administrator for it. Please fix this, as me and my work team rely on your app!

Love the website and its user interface. The planning overview is a great addition (coming from trello). Unfortunately completely dropped the ball on the app. Can't do anything useful with it. Tried the website in mobile mode, also not great. I hope you fix this soon, huge deal breaker. 26.10.20 Update: deleting toggl, and going back to trello.

Reasonably displays togl data, but UI is not intuitive on mobile. I would expect to long click on a day to add a task, and be able to drag and drop and resize timelimes and to zoom in and out. I think it was better when it was WeekPlan.. Also please stop putting important buttons like save at the top of the screen. Our thumbs are at the bottom, you wouldnt put the keyboard up there why ate comfirmation buttons up there.
