Fantastic app. I needed something like this to improve my productivity with reminders for work, and this app delivers more with cool features like projects, tags, priorities, comments, and so much more. The smart-typing and interpretation of text is amazing to set specific dates and tags just by typing, it really speeds up the process of creating tasks, which makes it easier to use and way more functional. I highly recommend the app, and the unlocked subscription fee is incredibly reasonable!

Fantastic tool. Keeps all my tasks beautifully organized. Bug free. Wish that it was easier to manage recurrance. Seems you can only manage recurrance using the text feature in the name, but if you want to change the date or time of an occurrence you lose the recurrance settings. I wish there were an option for manually setting up the recurrence settings.

Edit-2023. Not sure why the devs decided to remove the ability to arrange the project list with a press and hold, then drag and replace it with a several step process of scrolling and pressing buttons, but I will not be using the app any more because of this. It's been this way for many months now. 2017 -Great app with premium subscription. There are some inconsistencies between app and web interfaces that are bogus but can be overcome with filters. I think filters are what make this app for me.

Great app. I pay for the subscription because I find the app invaluable for creating structure in my life. However, there was a recent update that changed how reminders are set, and while I do like the new feature, I wish they didn't remove the old one that allowed you to type a specific reminder with your keyboard. For example, I used to be able to type in something like, "every other Sunday at 8am", but now I can only select a specific date and time unless I use Todoist on my PC.

A very nice, highly functional to-do list. Lots of great features, including the rare ability to place tasks on more than one list (using labels). Still some limitations, especially the number of tasks per project and the ability to easily change the order of tasks. Also, completed tasks are only available on the full site, not the app. Still, the best I have found, and I've looked at a lot! UPDATE: Virtually all of the objections I had before have been fixed and functions added. Excellent!

UPDATE: I got tired of waiting on support so I uninstalled. When I reinstalled, it finally worked. But still... That's twice in 2 months you've pushed a broken update, and twice you've crashed my business productivity. Todoist is great. But it has to work, and new updates need tested before they're pushed out to avoid this problem in the future.

Without a doubt the best to-do list in the market. The main differentiator compared to other products is the support of natural language processing. EDIT: Removing a star because of a super slow support when it comes to resolving issues. I have had a problem reported for a couple of months and it is still not resolved even though I have been begging the support team several times. EDIT2: Another star down for even more issues (broken login, broken MacOS app upgrades). Shame.

Mostly works well, as the daily checklist app I needed. Has one extremely annoying lack of a feature: You can't change the reset time for daily tasks. Not everyone works on a schedule where a 12 am reset works. It's utterly ridiculous to not have this as a feature. App would be perfect for me if this was fixed.

I've used this 2018. It's the best free to-do list app on the market. Sometimes they update and it sucks, but they are quick to listen and make course-corrections. The app has tons of extras that you can use, some free, some paid. But I'm a simple guy who wants a simple to-do list app and this does it for me. 5 stars for the consistency, simplicity, and for listening to their customers when they make a mistake.

I got the app 2 weeks so am still in the learning phase but it's super intuitive to get started with so many great templates and ideas. The meal planning template is awesome and sooo much more useful than the meal plan app I have. Todoist has replaced apps I've used previously all for different things (calendar, tasks, recipes, ADHD centric apps). It's streamlined my life into just having to use one app to get my life together and for that, so worth it for the paid version.

Todoist is a fantastic app that helps me keep my life organized and never miss a task. I have tried many task apps and todoist is by far the best. I have been using the app now for 3 years and it keeps getting better. This app lowers my stress levels during busy times as I know that I can focus on the task at hand without forgetting anything else I need to do. I love that I can tag tasks based on how they relate to each other, though my favorite feature is the smart recognition scheduling tool!

This app has an effective workflow and really makes it easy to create, organize, and view tasks. I didn't do any of the sharing features, but it has been working great for personal task organization and planning. It does take frontend time and effort to import all of the single and recurring tasks into the app while getting familiar with many interesting features, but once I got that set, the workflow has been amazing!

Even as a free user this is still a pretty powerful tool. It has almost everything I need in a to do list. My only complaint is default predictive features designed to help, but instead complicating simple tasks, i.e. a task with a holiday in the title sets a due date of the holiday. Thankfully a nice developer quickly responded to a previous review with a work around, but it would be nice if this were a bit more intuitive. Edited to change rating and add thanks to the developer.

Latest update has made the app completely useless. Can't open the app, can't refresh the widget, can't access any of my lists. Tried restarting my phone, force stopping the app, reinstalling the app, nothing has worked. Until this, I was a big fan of this app. Everything was very intuitive and easy to create collaborative lists for shared tasks. Having a widget was very convenient as well. Very sad to have to find a new alternative since this no longer works.

The use of pinned reminders and the ability to snooze these reminders was a fantastic feature. However, after recent updates, I no longer have pinned reminders. Additionally, swiping tasks within notifications now just clears them completely. This change has caused me to forget some tasks, which is quite frustrating.

This app has everything I was looking for, but a bit confusing. At 9 tasks on the free version, it wouldn't let me add anymore. There was no indication why, it just wouldn't add anything. It's not enough tasks to use this as a daily planner. Plus, there wasn't anything that said about a limit or if buying pro would boost that limit. I'm too poor to take that chance. Bummer

This is my preferred to-do list app that I like to use as a cache for my tasks outside of my project management, for which I use ClickUp and manage my personal tasks. Syncs fairly well with Google Calendar! The task entry with super handy shortcuts for task creation is absolutely awesome! It makes creating tasks efficient and organized with significantly reduced effort.

I rely on Todoist to organize my life beyond just work projects and tasks, and it has never let me down. I can quickly capture everything I need to remember or tasks I need to complete. Its cross-platform availability and seamless integration have been a lifesaver. I recommend this app to anyone who will listen. Highly recommend!

This app is a life saver! 🛟 I am happily neurodivergent because of ToDoist. I do, however, have a feature request: an alarm clock. Yes, I know every phone comes with an alarm clock, but not all alarm clocks are created equally. I trust the folks at ToDoist to develop a reliable alarm clock as an extension to their stupendous time management app. Please add an alarm clock, please! 🙏

This app is easy to learn and use, and yet so powerful. Update June 1st 2024: well I tried upgrading to the pro version today so that I could get reminders. Setting a reminder didn't work for me at all. First of all The quick selections for reminder time and date were shown to be relative to today. Yet the task I wanted to be reminded about is a year away! That just seems so silly. Of course reminders should default to be near the time of the task! Then no matter how hard I tried I couldn't save
