Very bad user experience. I just don't understand what I can watch and what I can't. Also can't watch the Euro games today (already cost me extra) and I don't see any reason (error) just a looping circle and it stops. If you make users pay such amounts of money you better offer a good and reliable service.

Absolute a waste of money. A big disgrace. I had subscribed for the euro 2024 monthly package and had to de-subscribe the same day. It took me to the payment options after clicking on euro 2024 subscription. After activation, it says you need to subscribe again. There was unfortunately no help provided regarding this issue. People out there be careful to what u subscribe as it is comparatively expensive to other streaming platforms.

I cant susbsecribe to the Euro 2024. It doesnt show any package to add or subseceibe to. There is no number to call and the virtual assistant is useless. I submitted a request but still waiting for someone to contact me. The website showes an error 403 when i try to go to the sign in page. This app is pethetic and the technical support experience is the worst.

After last update, casting icon doesn't appear. Watching on phone is fine, but casting is very buggy and the stream starts to buffer. And obviously, your support doesn't care and you make it difficult to reach out to you based on your user experience and by design. If this isn't fixed, I'm canceling my subscription.

the negative points in this app are much more than 500 characters allowed here, but the main one is, live TV, you don't see programs guide, you must click on the channel, it doesn't tell you what's playing, you click the watch button, the program plays, but most channels doesn't tell what's the program's name. I'm using Samsung S20 Ultra, Samsung TAB S7 FE, smart TV. very frustrating to use if no stars allowed I'd give zero stars, I subscribed just for F1, not worth it not worth the headache.

Overall, it's not absolutely the worst .. but it is very annoying not to be able to manually change the video quality .. too much waste of data sometimes

I have a subscription, and I am no longer able to cast to the smart tv, I tried the customer care service, no phone number to call or text for support. There is only a virtual assistant, which was completely useless, even the article it suggested, cannot be viewed for more than one second, and won't probably give the full answer.

It consume internet more than netflix!! Also it require a very high speed internet!! The subscription process is very difficult and its not user friendly, i canceled the service from google pay and my subscription was supposed to continue till july 01, but despite that, once i canceled my payment i became not able to watch the euro 2024 even before july 01, this was like the were stealing my money!!

Worst experience ever. I have paid for a one year subscription months ago and was not able to view anything, as the app state that I need to subscribe ( eventhough a confirmation has been sent to my email ). I have tried contacting their customer care email million times but they simply didn't resolve my issue nor refunded me. Please avoid as this can happen to you. Note: unfortunately their is no zero stars or else I would have given it a zero.

Very bad experience. Not recommended, unless you want to get ripped off. I've paid a monthly subscription to watch EURO 2024, but unfortunately I was shocked that it's nit included. Nonetheless, their streaming service of movies, series and live channels does not work. It's utterly a pure scam and a total ripp-off.

I have decided not to subscribe to this app and use it anymore. In my last subscription, TV device isn't supported, after it was supported, and number of devices had been limited to 1, after it was 5. One worse validation implemented in this app is, if you ever project your device screen to your TV, stream immediately stops, and you will never be able to start it, unless you stop projecting/casting your mobile screen.

The worst paid App ever No customer support, no one to help you with all the tech issues they have My TV is registered with the app, suddenly it stopped, i tried to register it again it told me i have to wait 30 days , no support for these cases. The ganes are 45 seconds late than cable Bein sports should give other app the rights

Installed and paid to watch Euro games. The app is decent and streams direct to my tv in good quality from the ipad. Two problems though. You have to pay over and above (well above) the monthly subscription to watch the Euro cup! Total rip-off!!! Second, the highlight feature only shows the goals and the yellow cards!! What the hell... Who programmed this??? The highlights need to show the most exciting parts of the football game! Devs need to fix this ASAP!

The worst sports app you could imagine. It's backward, poorly designed, and visually unappealing. beIN Sports should be held accountable for their fraudulent services. Committing to a yearly subscription only to discover continuous glitches in the payment plan is unacceptable. The user interface is extremely unfriendly. When watching highlights, you cannot navigate along the play bar to specific moments, which is incredibly frustrating. The app feels cheap & gives off a fraudulent vibe.

The application is bad, and the customer service is severely lacking; they simply don't respond. It's clear their priority is solely on collecting payments. Despite subscribing to the desired package, it fails to function on my device, despite owning an S24 Ultra. I've been attempting to contact them since Saturday without success, encountering nothing but an unhelpful bot. This experience feels fraudulent; I strongly advise against subscribing. I pay subscription on time. Today I cannot watch any game, I cannot login, i cannot contact them to resolve the issue, the help service is irrelevant. I cannot change my credentials when they prompt me to do so. The website keeps going no where. I tried on tv, on mobile app, on laptop no luck. Very bad experience.

I subscribed to watch the world cup and honestly it's a good app. However, there's multiple issues, first issue is that during the match you will get check you internet connection pop that covers the whole screen despite the fact that the internet is good. And, the second problem is that fact that you can only watch on 1 Device at the same time and you can't deregister more than 1 device for 30 days. Other than these issues the watching experience is good .

Worst customer service ever. I wanted to renew my subscription and I enteredy credit card details and passed the 3D-Secure step and payment was deducted from my card. However, the screen kept loading and then an error screen showed up and my subscription was not renewed. I sent multiple emails in the past two weeks to complain and have the issue fixed but I didn't hear back from them nor have my money back of even my subscription renewed. Very bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with the TOD - Watch Football & Movies platform. As a resident of the United States, I subscribed to their service and was charged for the first month immediately upon activation. However, when I tried to access the content, I received a message stating that it was not supported in my region and could not be displayed. This restriction applies to all content on the platform.

The most anticipated game of season is on I can't log into my account!!! 4k games aren't available in En commentary on the TV app! Pleas fx the problem! I've now changed it to 4 stars! Very bad resolution! Home page on the samsung app doesn't let you scroll down all the way! You can't see what your remote is selecting at the bottom of the page! Needs a lot of work!they charge 14$ amonth for less than HD resolution! "View all" feature doesn't work on samsung TV App!!
